My first time using and they mistakenly sent me the wrong wine, actually a case, when I only ordered 5 bottles of a completely different wine . Instead of asking for the case back, Craft & Curd told me to keep and enjoy, and shipped out my correct order. Thats customer service, one I very much appreciate. :)

I stumbled upon C&C after searching online for a Pinot I received as a gift from a co-worker via another online retailer. That retailer was charging a LOT more for the same vintage.Because Im a cheap Yankee, I cant resist a bargain. After finding the same wine on C&C for 20% less and reading many positive reviews, I took the plunge and placed my order. The service is fast and courteous. I was shocked at how quickly the wine was shipped to me, during a pandemic no less.The prices and shipping charges are reasonable compared to other online retailers. I have since recommended C&C to several friends. I love Toms picks. I will buy from C&C again.

Best wine shop in all of Tampa/the web. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and the wine they buy (and the prices) are always impeccable. If you need to speak with someone on the phone to baby sit you, this isnt your shop as they are much too busy working on new deals and new wines for all of us to enjoy. If you have any problems (never have before!), just e-mail them and wait for a response like a normal human being.

LOVE, love, love this store. Moved from CA where there is always great wine for fine prices to east coast where all CA wines must have ridden the first class seats if you consider the markup. IDK how I found Craft and Curd, but am so glad I did. We get great wine from Craft and Curd for good prices shipped quickly and efficiently. Nor am I asking someone what should I get who has a personal bias towards certain wines. The reviews Craft & Curd provide me help me weed out the stuff I know I wouldnt like. They are that detailed and informative. Their prices generally cant be beat. As for the shipping, I have my wine in a few days from Florida to NY. This was a small, local (Gandy Blvd., Tampa, FL) wine shop that made the transition to a big-time online wine merchant. The wine shop now only serves as a pick-up point for local purchasers like me. While I miss being able to browse through the shop (I always found a gem I just had to buy) their online business is terrific - good-to-great selections, good prices, even better service. Get on their mailing list - Tom will email you weekly about deals and new arrivals. If you are local, nothing beats going to the old shop to pick up your order and visit with Franz for a few minutes.

DONT buy from this place. Its sketchy. I purchased 3 bottles with free shipping and it ended up it had to be picked up. This place wont last. Save your money buy something else or somewhere else. Very strange retail hours. No phones and no one to talk to.

I was reluctant to purchase wine online, however, the product I ordered is hard to find. I spent more than $80 and have yet to receive anything. I emailed the store and the response was that once LSO has the shipment, it’s out of the stores hands. No offer to make an inquiry to LSO for me, no offer to refund my money. I do not recommend. Additionally, their website states they use FedEx. Not sure how I got shafted with LSO.

If I could give this a negativity review I would. Dont waste your time or money.

Very impressed with this company. The owner took personal care of my order and made sure I could get what I needed... when I needed it... even though he was out of the country. Amazing really. I also found their pricing some of the best around. Im a real red lover and he has some fantastic values on reds in my experience.

I love this place. I wish it was here in Michigan. I always thought it was odd that I like buying wine from Florida more than my local stores. I’ve seen some of the best wine prices from here. If it was in my town I would be buying more from them. Even with the small shipping charge you can still get some of the best prices on wine. Im not just writing an review and leaving 5 stars because of my last email from Craft & Curd; but I would becuase their prices are excellent, their website easy to navigate, and they deliver what they promise, on time and well-packaged. Having lived in the Tampa Bay area for what seems like forever, and having purchased wine from a great number of vendors in and outside the area, and having multiple issues with some in California, I can honestly say that this is the shop to buy from! When I mange to drink some of what is cluttering my kitchen and condo, I will purchase more from them. Craft & Curd may be the only place I buy wine from in the future.

This is my favorite local shop to go to for beer and wine. I am more of a beer guy myself and Tom has some great stuff in all the time. They do weekly wine tastings at the shop and they sell meat and cheese to go with the wines as well.

If you want ‘what everybody is drinking’ and pricey wines with big marketing budgets, go to Total Wine. If you want some nice boutique wines, grapes you’ve never tried, regions you haven’t heard of, and advice from a pro — go to Craft & Curd. I’m always amazed with what I find there and even more amazed with the suggestions to try....which are spot on.
