Okay this place is a local gem!!! It’s so cute inside with lots of fun games and an enjoyable atmosphere! I revisited my love of beer pong with sanitation out the wazoo!!! Lots of great beer at great prices and the bartender named Oz was very knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely be back!!!

I confusing place the moment you walk in the door eze you expect a lounge or a bar what you get is a very comforting warming establishment offering board games jenga foosball video games couches love seats and you are afforded the opportunity to feel like you are in a home based situation with ample libations

Nice little hookah spot with drinks, snacks, TVs, chill music and extremely comfortable couches. Devon was our waitress and she was amazing. Always making sure we were okay and offering drinks or refills on hookah without being pushy. The only suggestion I would make is to dim the lights slightly and see about why the hookah doesn’t last for very long or gets harsh quickly. They fix it for you with no issue but just an observation.Definitely try the Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavored hookah...it was my favorite.

I came here with my girlfriend to try hookah for the first time. It was great! Cover is $11 and comes with one hookah, but if you come at happy hour everything is half off. A good selection of flavors, decent music, and comfortable seating.

Ive been here quite a few times, and Ive almost always had a good experience. The atmosphere is laid back and quite cozy, with the huge cushiony seats to sink into. I remember the older setup, with the red couches, but I think the blue is a huge improvement, its much more chill.The hookah flavors are awesome as well; my personal favorite is to mix vanilla, chocolate, and cappuccino. Whenever Ive been stuck on finding a different flavor, the servers have always been helpful in suggestions, and a lot of them have been quite tasty.This place is also quite inexpensive, so its definitely worth checking out for those who like to do hookah. :)

Honestly this place is not too bad... it is way less expensive than up north. though, they could do a lot better at costumer service. overall, I have to say I had a bad experience.I went there a couple of weeks ago, a very nice blond girl (initially) took care of my table. she asked us what we needed and set us all up, but after that the girl was pretty much gone the whole night. at the time there were two servers working the night. I could see that she was talking to someone, so I waited (I was just trying to order a couple beers). but eventually, I got too tired of waiting so I tried to get her attention... she pretty much looked the other way. lucky for us the other server was attentive, but it took him a little while to get to our table, since he pretty much was taking care of all the place by himself, while the other inconsiderate girl talked to who knows who.I was so angry and felt so bad for the other server (let it be known that Im a server as well and I know how this feels), that by the end of he night when she decided to check us out (at the counter) I gave her an attitude. she thought I didnt see her but she was clearly trying to make fun of me to the other server.Overall, I dont know how I feel about this place. I mean prices are great as well as the overall feel of the place, but my server kinda sucked and ruined not only my experience but the experience of all my table.

Staff was extremely nice. They charge $11 per person even if you’re not smoking. I go to a place back home that charges $10 per hookah. Extremely over priced.

Have to say this place used to be amazing it was Cozy, Fun, Relaxed And now that the owners who i may add live in Nevada came in and gave it a re design i have to say its like walking into a office waiting room and is in no way comfy anymore. The music streaming system is way to loud and you have to sign up for a app and pay money to get play credits to select a song. The lighting is way to bight!, and the couches are uncomfortable and modern now. My wife and i were loyal to this place as our favorite but now i dont think we will ever go again and i am very disappointed in the direction the owners took, Really killed it for us and they have lost us as loyal return customers.

First time coming & was a bit skeptical however when we walked in the atmosphere was so calm & soothing. I felt so relaxed and the interior design of the room made the setting very calm. Not bad for price either .

Nice place, but the hookahs sucked. For $11 a hookah they should be using better coals than quick lights. They made the hookah taste burnt and like ash the entire time. The staff was friendly, but didnt seem like he cared about the quality of his hookahs. Also informed me that he didnt actually check the age on anyones ID. That he only does it for the camera and to bring underage friends.

Cozy place. Staff still doesnt know how to properly handle hookah. Ive gone 10+ times. Probably got it right like once, and that girl doesnt work there anymore.

A great place to relax after a difficult day. The place has a very relaxing atmosphere with good music . The couches are comfortable and the place is clean. If you are looking for a place to relax by yourself or with friends, this is the place to go.

Havent been since the redesign, but their hookah is solid. It is very strong though so people who dont smoke a lot should be careful. Ive seen people black out from the headrush when theyve attempted to stand after smoking for hours. Credit to the staff, they always warn newcomers of this and when Ive seen it, theyve always taken care of them (free snacks and water to get them feeling better).

Really nice place except for one employee named Tracy that has had an attitude and argued in front of customers both times Ive been there. The second time I brought friends and they literally wanted to leave the moment she started arguing. We came back after being overcharged and even though she admitted she overcharged us, she refused to give us a refund for the difference. The manager Meric, however, is awesome and very customer friendly.

The servers and managers are incredibly friendly and all around great! The hookah is amazing. The prices are great. Highly recommend for someone looking for good hookah and a relaxed environment 😊

The atmosphere is great for a hangout, but don’t come here for the hookah. The flavor doesn’t last and they only allow one coal. There are a ton of hookah lounges around USF. Pick another one.

I read the reviews, an questioned going but Im glad I did. It has a relaxed comfortable feel, the sofas are comfortable. There flavors are great, and so was the service. I recommend trying it for your self.

Okay so, the staff is amazing, excellent customer service... but they be taxing ! Meaning they charge for everything. They charge if i want to request music... if you do buy music credits you cant even have it loud, they charge per person 11 dollars and even if your not smoking hookah at all, your just chillin you still have to pay atleast 5 dollars. Also they dont have food, and dont allow you to bring food inside. Idk it was a super annoying experience, dont get me wrong though the staff is amazing.

This hookah lounge tries things a little differently from what some folks might be used to. Theres a cover that includes your hookah and first coal(s). After that, theres a refill charge and more coals cost extra. They do serve alcohol as well. Ive had some minor issues with hookah quality, where I wish I had slightly more ability to manage my own coals, but with the new furniture it makes sense that they would want to do that thenselves. Overall, one of the better spots in Tampa.

I love the atmosphere...thats it! Theres is nothing like listening to angry chick music while trying to relax......every bowl I got, 5 minutes later it would become harsh. They taste test it before I get it and one came to me with the mouth price still in it....I got aids once but I dont need it again! The first couple hookahs I got came with Luke warm water....asked for ice cubes to make it colder and got charged for it....You will not see me come back as I will stay at home and play with myself....

Hookah was terrible ! Only lasted 4 puffs before it burnt completely out... It wasn’t even a outlet on the hookah for us to blow into it ‘ to release some of the burnt smoke .. internet didn’t work, they ran otta water .. No nature coconut coals .. this experience was horrible . I come wayy from Chicago and I wasted $31 dollars .. I would of been better off ! Just walking up to a homeless person and giving them $31 dollars if I was gonna waste $31 dollars.

Really enjoy smoking here, the place is cozy and as a student I actually get to work on my school stuff and relax at the same time. The service is great and the hookahs are really good however, I would change the shishas brand to have a wider variety.

I have to been multiple hookah lounges in the Tampa area, this place is by far the best. Great staff, comfortable couches, amazing atmosphere, good hookah and all together an awesome place to chill and relax. They also have free wifi.

Horrible hookah, liquor (wine based), and prices. Staff was friendly, but insistent on their prices and that they would correct their manager upon his return from Las Vegas. We had to mix our own hookah. What a racket.

Couches and atmosphere were great. Staff were friendly but kept to themselves more. Hookahs were terrible. One coal at a time and flipped upside down, I didnt get any smoke out of a mint hookah. I wont be returning to this place.

Awesome place to relax with a few friends or by yourself. It almost feels like a living room away from home which gives a cozy feel. Not only do they have a wide variety of shisha flavors that mix and pair well, they also provide an assortment of beer to sip on while your hookah is prepared. I usually offer to play music through their jukebox interface, RockBot which can go into a playlist compiled by participating guests -BIG + !. Highly recommend for people who want a laid-backed atmosphere.

Being a commited customer for Blue Lizzard, I Had the greatest experience I had with a server by the name of Matt. He completely made it comfortable for me to relax and gave me the best flavor I never tasted which motivated me to come back more often. Would reccomend this place highly.

Not the best Ive been to. Decent atmosphere but the Pandora shuffle they have going on is a bit too eclectic. From cut myself music to classic rock all over the place. They only use instant light coals, so their hookahs definitely have a chemical flavor to them. The employee I spoke to didnt even know the difference between natural coals and instant lights... Then kava is okay, but they were out of ingredients before we got there at 10:30. They dont start hookahs up before bringing them out. The bathroom has a toilet that hardly works and an unmaintained and empty air wick. Only positive really is the atmosphere... And the shorts on one waitress. #girlfriendagreesOh, and wifi connection is spotty.

The atmosphere is great, most lounges around here are dirty and full of 14 year olds. But this place is crazy expensive, and they only use tiny heads, its a total rip off.
