We did my hair in two separate sessions. First visit was just a cut and the second (next day) was highlights.AJ is amazing! I did full highlights. She did one inch sections, wedged and sliced (I think) was the term she used. Turned out great! Highly recommend AJ for any hair needs and look forward to my next visit with her.

Had an appointment and was told my hair was too curly then tried to pass me off to another stylist who was clearly busy assisting another customer. The most unprofessional thing I have ever been through at a pennys salon will never go to another one again.

Jennifer, jade and marianella are amazing. They took the perfect amount of time with my 3 daughters and my moms hair and they all came out looking amazing! Definitely recommend. Very sweet ladies.

Just called there to make appt for my elderly mother, who needs someone to understand what she wants and listen... I couldnt even get the lady to listen to my phone number without being interrupted. Soooo how are you going to listen to what we want done to her hair?! No thanks.

Poor staff very awfull experience. They dont even know how to handle a kid while they do hair cut and expect the gratuity to be given very high and they bill the amount with their own gratuity without even asking us.... I am never going back there again.....

I went in to get an ombre done on my hair,i had black hair i understand its a process to get there but i wanted to start the process. I understand it wasnt gonna come out the way i wanted due to my black hair but i wanted to start the process of getting there but they refused to do what i wanted as a person that has gone to many salons and Ive gotten all the colors of the rainbow i was in shock. They said all they would do was cut my hair and do a treatment, so i got up and left and went to the other salon in the mall and did exactly what i wanted and my hair has never felt more healthy. I just wanted to tell the lady at jc penny that you can accomplish anything with patience and listening to the costumer have a nice day im in love with my hair.

The Salon itself isnt stunning, but Carl is a great stylist! Prices are very affordable, too.
