I honestly went in to smell the Lost Cherry but came out with something better thanks to the salesperson Joey. He asked what scents I prefer and I told him I love vanilla scents. Then he had a few vanilla scents that he wanted me to smell, we ran across one that I absolutely love I had to purchase right away. So thank you Joey for great customer service and your great list of vanilla scents. I will definitely enjoy this warm aroma.

Who doesnt love Sephora? Like that there is a purchase from store and pick up option now. Otherwise, I would not have gotten a lipstick color I wanted because it was out of stock online, but it was in stock here. YAY. Pick up was quick and easy. Thank you.

First time going to this Sephora, just to get followed around the store. I went in trying to find a new perfume and possibly some skin care(sc)products. As soon as I found a perfumed I liked I started walking around trying to find the skin care section all while browsing and trying items that interested me. I was soon asked if I needed any assistance which I declined, I thought nothing of it and went on. When I got to the sc section I was browsing once more just trying to see what caught my eye, in the few minutes I was there 3 ppl came asking if I needed help and one even stood next to me pretending to look for something just to end up standing there the rest of the time watching me. I felt uncomfortable so I went to pay for my few things, but check out wasn’t any better due to one of the previous women coming close to the line just to stand and watch. All this while there were plenty of customers who might have needed assistance.

Fell in love with one of the tarte cosmetics unfortunately they did not have it available. One of the associates there was very nice and helped me find a close match in another brand. We left super happy. Everyone there is super friendly and seem so happy to be there!

Wow. I’ve yet to leave a negative review for a makeup counter, yet this Sephora continues to push the limits on what is acceptable as customer service. When you order online for in store pickup, it specifically states even if there is a line you’ll be the first to go in and get your products. I had no intentions of shopping around, just wanted to pick up my order... was told by the beauty advisor at the door I’d have to wait in line. This isn’t a problem, it’s quite common, However it’s not common when the company completely dictates the opposite of what this beauty advisor had me do. Stop lying and perpetuating false information if your training is so lack luster for a multi million dollar company. The manager, Danielle, whom I spoke with was nothing but combative, not genuine, and was more worried about how to get me out of the store than fixing the blatant hypocrisy and mixed messages the company is sending. Rouge member here, and it’ll expire this year for a reason. Also, when In this store be prepared to answer “how are you doing” or “looking for something in particular” at least 8 times. It’s great the first two, but after that it’s annoying and pretentious.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My family and I had such a great time. Usually in Sephora my husband and kids are ignored or sneered at but not this time and my husband actually purchased something for himself due to his comfortability. We laughed and had an amazing time at this location. The entire staff are gems 💎 keep up the great work!

Angie rocks! As busy as this location was this evening (10/24/2020), the customer service was amazing! Angie matched my skin color with Nars (because I was looking for my wonderful Makeup Forever water blend that wasnt in store). I will definitely return to this location!

Staff are not helpful/not willing to help, nonchalant, rude, snooty. Manager is reflective of that. Wanted to exchange a promo product for a different color, they asked where I got it as if I stole it. Talked to assistant manager who said oh just give it to a friend. Yes, That was his solution. Talked to the manager whom I (agree with previous reviews) likes to call people “sweetie/hun”, very Karen of her. Also said she knew the business and exchanges/returns on promo Items is never approved. That’s funny because Customer support allowed the color switch on online orders because I spoke with someone and they were able to help me.

The estatician (Nancy) was wonderful. She specializes in Kiehls products which are ALL titanium oxide free. She was very friendly and knew her stuff. The other sales people were helpful and patient.

Got scolded for spraying perfume on myself from a tester that was available on the fragrance shelf. The associate said “you can’t spray yourself.....we have to spray you” You can’t make this stuff up.

I was visiting from out of town and needed to pick up some things I missed when packing. Everyone was super friendly and helped me find all the items on my list. I have been to MANY Sephoras and this one has perhaps the best customer service I have seen. I wished I lived here so I could return again. The manager (Meredith?) was awesome and I could tell her staff was well informed and positive due to her positive example.

I have shopped at many Sephora stores this one is the worst. The representatives racially profiled you and give your false information about product policies. The manager is condescending calling me pet names such as babe and hun. I am complexly shocked by this and this needs to be addressed. The rep sold me I was outside of the return windows so my item was discounted. In fact the item was in the return window as verified by the Sephora phone manager.

Thank you for your EXCELLENT service!! Wow I went in to get the Make-up Forever Aqua stick foundation because I was told as a performer it’s the best! So I go in and I’m immediately greeted and ask by this wonderful young man if I needed any help, why yes I do!! He then leads me over to the makeup forever section and helps me with my color! Spot on! Perfection!! These artist know their stuff when it come to their field!! I know that I will definitely be back!

Went to do a return of two products that I bought Back in February. I’ve never returned anything before. Then covid happened. I work in the hospital, I’ve been fighting the covid. The one time I came to return these products, Sephora wasn’t open yet, even though online it said they were. Today was the first day that I was able to go back to the mall to return these products. They said the policy stopped last weekend. 4 days “late”. Too busy in the hospital taking care of dying patients to even keep this return at the forefront of my mind. No exceptions, brushed me off like I was bothering them. HORRIBLE customer service. I’m a VIB member, never shopping at a Sephora again.

I cant remember her name, but she was amazing. I was redeeming my Birthday Gift and buying some perfume, when she helped me. Super sweet and super kind. She even gave me a few samples, wish is what Sephora mostly does when you are a member of their store membership. I dont think I have had anyone as warm as her in the store, and for that, this is why this store is getting a 5 star review. Thank you!!

I went in yesterday to return something I received as a gift and get matched to a new tinted moisturizer. My last one was discontinued. The ladies at the register were very friendly and helpful with my return. The visit fell flat when I was looking at products. The associate saw me looking at one thing and I asked if was interested. After being matched, I asked for a sample bc I wanted to take 2 different ones home to compare before I drop 50 bucks on a new product. She just walked away and didnt say a word. I luckily found some one else but it was not a pleasant experience.

I wont be returning. I had one of the staff acting completely rude when I was looking for a shade of lip gloss. I didnt ask for her help, she offered but had a flippant attitude about it. They didnt have it so I chose to keep browsing and she started watching me like a hawk. Staring me down like I was stealing stuff. Completely off putting. I left and purchased from Ulta instead.

I enjoy going to this Sephora with my lady. The employees here realize that Im actually not shopping for anything and that I came with my lady for moral support. Im always provided with a shopping bag to hold my ladys items and no one asks me questions. If thats not great customer service, then I dont know what is.

Ive shopped at a lot of Sephora stores and I have to say that customer service at the International Mall store is lacking in a big way! The rep that was helping me had no clue as to how to help a 61 year old with make-up. She kept leading me to looks for a 20-something. After my daughter and I tried to find what would work on our own, we overheard that rep comment to another rep that this feels like a Tuesday (it was Friday), so whatever that meant, but it wasnt taken as a compliment to the current customers. You might want to retrain your reps on customer service.

I was recently here and the staff helped out a bunch! The line to checkout was long, however one of the associates helped me out and checked me out through their mobile device. She was very nice, despite having technical difficulties. Will definitely come back to shop some more!

I’ve been a long time Sephora fan, has spent a lot of money here. I’m also familiar with the store return policy. When I was trying to return a gift (only sold at Sephora), I was totally blown off by Meredith, the store manager.She was not only unpleasant, but obviously ingenuine. She was keep saying that the return policy has changed and didn’t offer any other help or solutions.Needless to say, I will not return and will take care of my skincare and make up needs somewhere else.

This store provides customer service. I walked in and asked for a product they did not carry I advised they were listed on the internet As carrying it. The associate called for help. Upon arriving to assist, the young woman pulled out her phone to locate where I could find the product (the internet is sketchy in her store). She apologized and made a suggestion of a store she thought might have it.

Another store with the poorest customer service. It seems that the employees either ignore you completely and chat amongst themselves or look you up and down to decide whether youre worth their assistance or not. Ive visited this Sephora three separate times and I see different employees every time. First visit, three of the employees walked past me without even saying, Hi. For the last two visits, they chatted with each other while standing near me, completely disregarding the customers. Products are nice but the employees are no help at all.

Within the first 30 seconds of being in the store we were asked “can I help you find anything?” By 3 different people. Each time my husband and I said “no thank you, just looking for now” and tried to make our way to the perfume section. We were followed there by one of the employees who we had previously told we didn’t need help. I think she must have been upset that we just wanted to test out perfume on our own. Every time we looked at a perfume she was breathing down our necks, standing over us with her hands on her hips (literally 6 inches away from us), making faces at us as if she wanted us gone. Then whenever we would make eye contact she would turn her nose up and look the other way. She treated us (as well as other customers) as if we were going to steal something. This experience made us very uncomfortable and we left without any perfume.

I shop here for convenience and not because of service. The staff here are typically pretty rude. I also do not trust 99% of the staffs opinion on skin care or makeup because of how they present themselves, in a very creative way. Im all for uniqueness but I thought that Sephora represented a clean,fresh, edgy, brand. Most of the time people look overdoneand trying to cover up a hang over. Ive been helped a few times by Marqueta in skin care near the back of the store and she is great! Cares about her customers and has a lot of integrity for what she does. If you need help and want to avoid all the drama, go see her.

Soola (maybe spelled Sula? She didn’t have a name tag on so I had to ask another associate for her name) is an absolutely terrible associate. She yelled and humiliated me and my friend over us trying to see how much product we were getting in a primer. When my friend told her there was no need for her to be rude towards us, she continued to raise her voice and say “ I don’t think so “ instead of just apologizing for such negative service. Every other associate we talked to that day were all very nice. Soola needs to work on her customer service or find a new job. It is not okay to humiliate and have attitudes towards customers.

Customer service is awful. It seems like no one wants to help you and managers are just as awful however there was a girl named Mia who was so helpful and friendly. Sephora you need to hire more associates even managers like her. Sephora is slacking in customer service maybe upper management needs replacement because the staff is a mirror of the leader. Terrible! The registry yawned at me while I was inquiring about a product and shes seem to be in the lala land and not paying attention to my inquiry at all. The first sale associate that I asked for help told me she couldnt leave her station and the person who actually tried to help me matched my face with a wrong color of my skin. She was nice but I dont think she knows what shes doing other than try to sell me a brand that is not compatible to my skin. I came home with a very itchy face. The products that she sell me with was returned the following day. What a complete waste of my time.

I went for custom makeover and that was the worst experience I ever had. She applied one shade lighter foundation and I looked like a vampire. She did worst makeup ever may it be eye liner, lipstick, blush. Horrible!! I couldnt see myself in the mirror and asked for makeup removal wipes and cleaned it off. I would never again go to their beauty salon.

Such a busy Sephora store but I was greeted by three different sales associates (sometimes at wiregrass mall I am ignored, maybe I go in there a lot?) who were all very nice and knowledgeable! I was offered to try out the two mascaras I was eyeing by the makeup artist but I picked one (Milk: Kush, so good). I am always happy with my Sephora purchases but they do politely accept returns also!

Last mothers day (May 14,2017) I went to Sephora on International Mall, Tampa Bay FL. I bought this product because I heard that it was non-greasy like others sunscreens. First I felt it in my skin kind of greasy, and I have really dry skin so that was weird. A week after using this product my I could see pimples in my face. I have a clear skin, never had acne in my life or pimples and now I have them? Anyways, looking for an answer I saw on the bottom of the bottle the expiration date, 06/17. I dont know why Sephora is selling expired product, but you guys should be careful because can cause any reactions on your skin. I just wasted $32 in a product that I cant even use.

Giving it a 1 star because I did end up buying foundation otherwise my experience at this location would be a big 0. From the moment I walked into the store I was followed by associates, then badgered with the numerous questioning of are you finding everything okay? Now, this was by 2 associates that eyed me from a distance, which made for a very uncomfortable shopping experience. Not sure if it was racially motivated, who knows? I love Sephora, am a VIB member that will continue to shop at the Tysons Corner location in Northern Va, but will never step foot in the International Plaza location when I visit Florida.

Horrible customer service! The employees didnt acknowledge anybody, they were too busy looking at themselves or talking. When the hairstylist asked the make up artists if they had a certain make up product, they didnt check, instead said no. Customer support said they did carry it and had it in stock. Will not be back.

I recently went to get matched for one of the new Too Faced Born This Way foundation colors, which is a collab with YouTube celebrity Jackie Aina. After being told several times they didn’t carry the foundation they finally opened their ears to realize that they do have the foundation. I thought that would’ve been the end to my troubles but it wasn’t. The young man who color matched me matched, one unbeknownst to me brought out old shades that were not apart of the collab, two was color matching me with their concealer not the foundation and three the color that he matched me for was not my color as he states “you could probably get away with it” it can already be difficult being a POC seeking makeup tips but getting bad customer service takes the cake. It was almost like he knew he hadn’t given me the correct item because he continued to look at me as I left with my bag. I’m really disappointed. I’m new to makeup and thought I could count on the people that work at Sephora to point me in the right direction but I was sadly mistaken. I will not be returning to this Sephora again.

And made comments about my skin care rotine both of them had shoulder length curly hair onr looked biracial and other one was a plane jane who had no idea what she was doing and laughed in my face.
