Absolutely disgusted by the customer service. This company claims to have customer service in mind. I live 4 hours away from that store so went to another store to return. To find out you have to return at the store. Cause their financial software do not speak to each other. How is that my problem as a customer? I spent $400 at your store and now I am held hostage to have to drive to their store. Unbelievable. Never in my life have I had to do deal with something like this. And then to be told at the location I went to return to leave all the products and my personal information including credit card for them to return eventually. That is one messed up customer service that you have. Never again will buy through you. I would rather buy all the merchandise directly from the companies.

I love shopping here. I always get personalized attention. Jadira is absolutely fabulous and welcoming. She has now become my personal skin care expert. I always get such expert advice in regards to the products. Kirsten is also so fun to shop with. I wont shop anywhere else for my skincare needs!

I love shopping here. The service is always superb and very helpful, but I’m also given the freedom to explore on my own. Bluemercury has all the best brands to choose from in a boutique style setting. It’s such a nice addition to the Village.

LOVE this BlueMercury. Came in the other day to buy a few refills and had the best service from the lady working. She gave me a ton of samples for my upcoming travel (even one for my husband and a treat for my dog!) and was super helpful. They have a wonderful selection of brands and products and are helpful while not being pushy or overly sales-y.

This was the first time I had ever been to Hyde Park. When I went in, the woman working did not greet me or even acknowledge that I existed. She never once came up to me asking if I would like samples or if I needed help finding anything. When other women came in, she immediately greeted & catered to their every need.I most definitely WILL NOT RETURN here. It seems like the only way you will get the staffs attention is to flash something designer in their direction. Absolutely pathetic.

First time in thos store. They have a ton of creams, serums and the like to help with all kinds of pampering and skin care needs.

This little skin care boutique and spa has the kindest staff. You definitely feel like they take pride in what they do and represent. It is personal. As it should be. Nothing is more intimate than what goes on your skin. You are in good hands here. I am curious to learn more about their spa. I am sure it will be a pleasant escape during the holidays. Blue Mercury take me away....

Went in today for first time and was greeted with smiles and friendly faces. Was asked I would like some assistance right away. I was stopping in to see an associate that used to be employed by a high end department store that always helped me with my selections. I was so pleased and impressed with the shop....I like how quaint it is, the location, and that it is not overwhelming. Everything was so organized. I booked my facial and am looking forward to it. I was given some samples of different brands I have never tried to help me decide on things to purchase with the upcoming promotion in December. I already used some of my samples tonight and am in love with what was given me.Thank you Miss Kaitlyn...looking forward to my day at the spa and getting my goodies. You were as helpful as always and are an asset to this company.

My daughter, who is 14 shops in Hyde Park all the time. She had received a lot of money for her birthday, and went in this store to shop, and the sales lady said to her and her friends “You girls don’t have the money to shop in here do you?” My daughter was embarrassed, and left the store. Little did the sales lady know, she had plenty of money to shop there. We will NEVER go back.

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. We were just in there celebrating my sisters bachelorette day, looking around. One friend was looking at buying some stuff, but we got told by the staff to get out because they were “doing inventory” in the middle of the day and that if we weren’t going to buy anything get out. My friend was about to buy something, but we all agreed that even if we did want to, we’d never buy from a place like that. Also, the sarcastic “Bye, honey!” At the end didn’t help. Sorry we were chatting and having a fun time. Just because we don’t “look” like serious shoppers doesn’t mean we aren’t.

One of my favorite shops in Hyde Park Village. Some of the best beauty brands are tucked away in here, along with the friendliest faces youll ever meet.

Really disappointing how much this store has crashed and burned in the last year. Great brands but the staff is over the top stingy. I’ve witnessed them harass teenagers to leave which I thought just crazy to me because I have shopped high-end make up brands since before I could drive. They replaced my foundation with the wrong color and when I went to exchange it, she insisted that I took sample and wouldn’t sell me the damn bottle. I’ve spent hundreds here. I couldnt believe it and I was in too big of a rush to argue. I haven’t been back.

Great staff, knowledgeable, welcoming and customer focused. The village location and store design are suited to a fun day of browsing and shopping.
