Hadnt been here in a while and I was actually just walking around waiting for an appointment. I ended up getting a new set of sheets, blanket and pillows. The prices were amazing. I really expected them to be out of my price range but it was right on the mark. Great affordable stuff.

I prefer the bed bath and beyond in Brandon. I’ll tell you why. My firs impression of this store, was they don’t have any new good working shopping carts. I managed to find one that will work ok, come into the store to find the layout super basic. This location has very little inventory to choose from, and so few staff to help you. I was greeted and helped by professional and helpful staff at the front end, but in terms of layout and inventory selection, you’re better off at the Brandon store.

Ngock (woman at return/exchange desk) should not be working there. She clearly does not understand customer requests. I was sold a ring doorbell that was shorting out all of my ring batteries and the doorbell refused to power on. All I wanted was an exchange. She had no idea how to handle that pressure. Good job with your hiring team. I will not be returning specifically because she made something super simple seem impossible.

Beautiful things but too rich for my blood! Cannot shop there, I can get practically the same and sometimes just what Im really looking for at a better price, believe me!

I came in for one thing but Dean asked he could help us find anything. I asked for bread slicers. He suggested online. He found one at a terrific price and I was able to use a coupon making the price even better. Thank you Dean!

Made online order at this location today. They emailed me to notify me they canceled my order.. This is my 3rd consecutive online order that has been canceled by BB&B. Clearly they are in need of assistance with their online inventory for all locations. It is not hard to keep track of in stock items..

I will really be surprised if this Bed Bath & Beyond survives. For decades I shopped at the one at Citrus Park which closed over a year ago. It is NOT the same experience. Not the inventory, not the employees, not the condition of the store, not the management. Every thing they do they make you feel like theyre doing the customer a big favor. Not rushing back anytime soon!

It is busy, a little hard to find someone to help. But I was able to find what I was looking for and get in and out very quickly.

Sorry folks but unless you have a 6 figure income this place is not for you. Walmart has much of the same items at much more affordable prices.

Its hard not to like this retail home, kitchen and bath and more accessory store. The variety of products and their pricing is hard to beat. Great place to get inspirations on those hard to find accessory products that just work and make life so much easier.Social distancing was acceptable and they also have touchless payment and curbside pick up. The store is organized in a logical way and I find products easy to find.Check out is usually pretty quick here and they are generous with accepting and applying their coupon policy but be cautious because they are considering a change to their precious policy which I consider very generous.

Went here for the first time. I loved it! I didn’t know they had really good prices and the customer service was great! I’ll be shopping there from now on!

A lot of products! Visited the day after Christmas and the place was trashed!Understandable that it is the day after Christmas however you had all day to get the store in order. A lot of cute sustainable items

The sales staff here is particularly attentive as they ask you many times if you need any help which I like. The items were in stock that I needed and I was able to check out quickly.

Very impressed with this store’s diverse selection of draperies and window treatments. Seems to be more than any other location and the prices are very reasonable. I found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I normally go to the Citrus Park location, which is also great, but I found this location to have a more unique selection of higher end products. I will definitely be back and plan on ordering all my window treatments!

I like this store forgot all about them till I needed a coffee machine, looking on line and they piped up great price from other store with about the same machine, bought it on line and they brought it out to me. I will be back again, very happy employees.

Sales associate acted like he wanted to be anywhere but there. I wanted to purchase a $200 appliance but with lack luster customer services skills and the unwillingness to provide any help whatsoever I decided to take my money else where.

I DOES EXIST! Mobility scooter hidden behind bridal area, a rarity. A large store for this chain with wide aisles, good for strollers too. Customary great service. Would or purchased more, except, forgot coupon, pain!

I was so surprised to see all appropriate serving ware available at a great price, that I returned to get a set of gravy boats & 21 oval tray(not in photo) @ 1/2 price & expired coupons acceptable, to even save more.

The items and prices are ok, and I like that they are all in 1 store, but I have been to the bb&b near me, and Everytime, the cashiers act in disbelief of the sale of the items I purchase, and impose as if I am trying to pull a fast 1. I have learned by this disrespect to take pictures of all prices, and ask associates to follow me to the item to confirm what it says beforehand. The cashiers should never treat customers like criminals! On busy days, they give no care to even checking to confirm that they have the correct priceses displayed, and will shrug it off like the trash associates they are . Managers should teach associates to ask the customer to stand aside momentarily, so they can obtain someone to assist. Learn some manners please!!

I had no idea a Bed Bath & Beyond could look so awful. The negative review is not about the staff in the store. They were all very nice. But the management must be really awful. They better clean this store up. The closed the wrong store in Tampa. Its literally dirty in there. Even the lights are yellow. Try the Clearwater store or stick with Amazon.

Coupons are helpful, but know what your looking for. You can get email coupons, paper loaded to your App. No need to stuff your purse anymore.

Due to the holidays the item I was looking for was not in stock. Never expected a juicer to be one of those items 😆 but, anyways, its a decent store with decent customer service most of the time with some occasional hiccups.

Place was a mess with a ton of items misplaced and not marked with pricing.

Easy to return items ordered online.

Odd store, many things not stocked, and looks not as clean as other stores. The Citrus Park location was much cleaner. It may have something to do with the company downsizing or going out of business, who knows?

I havent been more obsessed with enhancing the look of my house than ever before. When you have coupons and come here when the deals are hot, its worth it. The quality and service here is pretty good too. Just dont make it a habit to come here daily, because thats how addictive it could be. Save your money for the several big sales they have, even they know this.

Attempting to furnish a apartment, I thought this would be the place to go. I ended up buying every item on my list elsewhere because everything was overpriced, even something such as an over the door hanger. I did buy a toblerone, that was pretty good.

I had a problem with a purchase, that I caused, and it took someone at the customer service desk 15 minutes to correct, because she had to go line item by line item correct each thing and a Christmas purchase that had about 30 small items. She did it gladly and chatted with me the entire time, never once acting like it was an imposition. Awesome service, a little pricey unless you have the coupons.

Everything you can need for your kitchen and bathroom. If they dont have it instore they will order and have delivered to you. 90 day full exchange on any product purchased if you retain your slip. Lots of staff and they helpful and kbow the products. Also some snack foods available. You can find many discount coupons too.

Nice place for home goods, prices are little above average but with all the coupons out there you can bring them down to bargains.

The store has everything you need and the employees are nice

My mother was looking for an item from the flyer and after searching the store ourselves for it without luck we decided to ask someone for help. They pointed us in one direction of the store. Still no luck. Someone else came along and asked if we needed help and we asked them where it was... they said it was on the opposite side of the store and walked us over to the area. It did appear to be the right area but they didnt have the item. It would have been nice if the first person made sure of the correct location and didnt point us in the wrong direction wasting lots of time while we searched the wrong area. And the store should have room or a location in the store to stock items that are advertised in the flyer.

Just moved to Tampa and needed to outfit my entire bedroom. Dominique, a.k.a. The Curtain Lady, did an outstanding job of understanding my needs and what I was looking for and within a matter of minutes assembled my entire bedroom including curtains. This task would have taken me days of researching and shopping. Nope, not with Dominique, 15 minutes! Couldnt be happier with the selections and quality. Love this place!

The store is laid out like other Bed Bath and Beyonds, but this store had a larger inventory and we found what we were looking for. Its in a good location and close to multiple good places to grab a bite. We really like the brands in here because of the quality. Be prepared to pay top dollar for it though.

Gorgeous items but way over priced

I found the large boxes of Kpods in half-calf and hazelnut decaf that I dont find in the grocery stores. My coupons gave me a nice discount, AND Bed Bath & Beyond is less than five minutes from my home. Nice!

I am done with BB&B! This particular store has the rudest employees I’ve ever come across @ a BB&B. I did my wedding registry through the St Pete store, and let me just tell you that the Dale Mabry location could learn a thing or two from St Pete! I went in today to exchange a vacuum I recently bought that quit working, and was denied because I didn’t have the receipt. I’ve NEVER had this problem before, and Joseph @ the front couldn’t have been more condescending if he tried. I’ve exchanged many items over the years without a receipt, and Joseph argued with me that that was not the case. As a matter of fact I exchanged a faulty paper towel roll holder without a receipt at his location 2 weeks ago. He has no idea what he is talking about. I was a loyal customer, but no more. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I recommend you do the same!
