Love it! I had my eyes on this one since it’s modern and matches my indoor kitchen counter tops. Patrick was very helpful and helped us close the deal. Very happy with the process.

Really dont know where to start. I would run from this place. We bought a 2 piece section in May. Paid about 15k and paid in full. It was delivered at 11pm at night and was put together until roughly 1230am. The top had a huge Crack all the way across the top. The grill doesnt work. All of the stainless is already rusty. I have called the sales rep Mitch and was provided Zero support. Was told to call the customer service hot line. The customer service is horrific. There is zero support and no one ever calls you back. Good luck actually ever talking to anyone.. The overall quality is 2/10 at best. We currently have zero support to fix or replace the grill. They sent a team out to finally replace the counter top and to service the grill. The counter top is replaced however it now has a similar Crack across the top. The guy worked on the grill for an hour or so and said he couldnt fix it. Said we would hear back from paradise on a solution.....nothing. so as of 8/14/2021. We spent 15k for a cheap bar that has again has a Crack on it and a grill we cant use. If you want to spend a ton of money on cheaply made bar equipment and be completely frustrated with customer service.....then Paradise is the place. Otherwise I would strongly recommend other options.

We debated trying to build our own outdoor kitchen, my husband is very handy! But our neighbors got an amazing out door kitchen set fromParadise grills so we decided to go “look.” Stephen was our sales associate and spent lots of time explaining all of the products in detail. We had already done some price comparing and decided it really wouldn’t have saved us much more money when you factor in the time to build your own outdoor space. Plus the materials at paradise grills are top notch! The set we chose came with built in speakers that we never considered and greatly influenced our decision! We still want to get our outdoor Sonos set but you can link all the speakers together! They said delivery time is approx 2-5 weeks. Will update about delivery process after! Overall experience has been wonderful and we definitely recommend their product.**update** We purchased several months ago and our unit was delivered over 8 weeks ago. They brought us the wrong top. We are supposed to have a hole in the corner for our umbrella and it has still yet to be corrected. We have contacted them multiple times and have yet to have it fixed.

Stopped in to browse and purchased our ideal grilling station to finish our dream back yard. Price was unbeatable, staff was friendly, not pushy and very helpful. So far, very accommodating to our delivery time frame. We are super excited for it to be delivered and set up in the near future. Based off of our experience thus far, I would highly recommend the staff at the Tampa location.

I am writing this review to share my personal experience with Paradise Grills. I had seen Paradise Grills many times before at Home Shows and Boat Show at the Fair Grounds and always thought they had a very well built product. My wife and I werent exactly in love with the tile countertops they used to have to offer. I noticed awhile ago they had opened a retail store and showroom. One day I decided to stop in to see if they had anything new to offer. I was completely taken back on there all NEW redesigned product they went with a new modern look that was 1000× better then what they had to offer before when I saw them at the shows. Along with the new look they seemed to make even better improvements to the structure going with aluminum frames instead of steel. I had already thought they built a great quality product I spoke with a very knowledgeable and helpful sales manager there named Patrick who went into detail about there all new product. I explained to Patrick that I had seen Paradise Grills in the past but wasnt completely in love with what we saw esthetically. I told Patrick I would bring my wife back when we decided to sell our home recently and moved to a new home we had the perfect spot for one of their grill island models called the GX10D. The sales experience with Patrick was extremely helpful he did not pressure us to make a sale and was not aggravated in the many visits it took for me to decide what color and what options to go with. Patrick explained everything as far as what to expect with delivery and how that process would work. He prepared me for what to expect thru the whole process. I spoke with customer service during scheduling a few times and each person I spoke with there was very helpful also the delivery team that delivered the unit showed up and worked hard to make sure that the unit was exactly where and how we wanted it. I can say that OUR experience from start to finish was one we would recommend to anyone. In fact we have already recommended a few family members and friends go see Patrick at the Tampa Showroom. Thank you again Patrick and the whole Paradise Grills!

Extremely poor/non--existent customer service. We paid more for the life-time guarantee. We now have several parts that need to be replaced. We called the store and they were too busy to assist, rather we were told they are selling 100s of grills and to call Paradise customer service directly. 10 e-mails, multiples calls, pictures submitted over the last month and a half, and we cannot get anyone to respond to our recent requests. We were advised that Paradise recently in-sourced their service work to ensure better service. Hate to see what the service was like when it was out-sourced.

Salesman/manager great job selling their product . Unfortunately the 3/5 week delivery date was a lie. When you call their customer service line expect to be treated like they owe you no answers . Absolutely horrible . Took two months to receive the kitchen . Delivery guys where excellent. Somehow the Warehouse forgot to load a new refrigerator... so they gave me a used one. A week has gone by and no return phone call for a delivery date to replace the item. I don’t know who the owner is to paradise ... but this is not how you treat customers . Damn shame this kitchen is very nice .

Stay away from Paradise Grills.I’ve been waiting 5 months for the refrigerator to come, and 5 months for my igniter to get fixed on one of my burners. Every time I call customer service ( which is a joke ) your on hold for hours and then they promise you the world. Looks like I’ll have to go through the court system and file small claims. STAY AWAY FROM PARADISE GRILLS

Be very careful. This is the WORSE company I have ever done business with. They want all of the cash up front and they deliver a sub standard product. When you call them they do follow through and never give you a return call. There life time warrantee is only as long as your credit card is processing. Every time I call them the person I speak to says the last person I spoke to do not work there any more. I send them an email everyday and never get a response. 14k for a grill that is a piece of garbage. Even one of their employees told me that the owners laugh at customer service and dont care. You would have been better to just burn my cash.

I have owned my outdoor kitchen going on 5 years. Since then I have rust on the bottom part of the refrigerator. The grill I have replaced alot of parts on it which includ the burner and the briquette trays 2 times already.Now the bottom parts of the grill is completely rusted out that you can see the floor from the top.They dont want to honor any warranty on it at all. They tell that the grill is valued at 2,000.00 plus dollars. For it to rust within 5 years I dont think so.I have spoken to other retailers about the grill and they told me it is very common for that to happen in that grill, that is why they dont carry it.Over all, like the framing but hate their extras.

They have nice products but terrible customer service. They delivered my outdoor kitchen the first weekend in April with the wrong top. I have called countless times to have them replace it. Every time I talk to someone they say I will look into it and call you back later today. I would look elsewhere to purchase an outdoor kitchen. Not worth the hassle.

Sales personnel are very helpful, unfortunately they ordered the wrong refrigerator and it will take 6 months to correct the issue. (NOT ACCEPTABLE) When I was installing my grill, I noticed a pinched gas line. They expedited a new gas line to me and expected me to replace it. A lot of parts to dismantle that would void my warranty. When I called customer service, which is a joke, they told me they are working on it. It’s been 2 weeks now and I haven’t heard back from them at all for a repair date. Buyers beware of their customer service and warranty. I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB.

We recently purchased a GX-4 grill island, St. Croix 8’ island bar and cocktail station. We were so impressed with the construction and quality of these items. My initial visit to Paradise Grills was to get an idea of the scope and quality of their product line and to compare their product to other local Tampa and online outdoor kitchen providers. I worked with Maurice and Brian in the Tampa Store. I ve never bought an outdoor kitchen grill. My first visit was a learning experience and both employees explained everything about the grill, natural gas or propane, the construction, styles, accessories, etc... and trust me, I had a lot of questions. Second, they came out and measured my area for the perfect size to fit my area (NO COST). Third, I picked the design of the grill and burner, the tile choice or granite, the sink which side or not, the refrigerator which side or not. After these decisions, I put down a deposit for my designed grill. The price was exceptional compared to other companies I shopped. When they finished building the grill you are required to pay for the rest in full prior to delivery. Paradise will call you for a appointment which fits your schedule. The delivery guys were great and on time. They just put the grill where you want it (they do not install gas lines). Since my home is natural gas I worked with Paradises Installers they recommend but not affiliated ( Propane Connection-Lou). He is phenomenal. Propane Connection made an appointment to install the gas lines and level the grill. They made sure everything works properly before leaving. Propane Connection also has a service to dress up the grill on the bottom with the materials used for the top of the grill. I had a great experience and love grilling out!!! For starters, we spend a lot of time outdoors. We have a huge backyard where we love to host and have friends over for some outdoor grass volleyball. This past Sunday we decided because we use the space so much it was time to do a little upgrade and take our event hosting to the next level, and what better way to do that than create a space that can do it all. Let me tell you, if your in a situation like mine, THIS IS THE SPOT YOU NEED TO COME TO FIRST AND ONLY! The displays they have in their Tampa store are nothing like I have ever seen. Couple this with the most polite and knowledgeable sales team I have ever come across ( Patrick showed us around and he was amazing) and there wasnt a doubt in my mind id found the right place to get the job done better than i could have ever imagined. We are so looking forward to our new outdoor space and if you are having any hesitations cast them aside. This place, its the real deal!

Grill catches on fire. After about four months and maybe 20 uses the inside of the grill behind the front knobs developed a gas leak behind the burner knobs. If I had not been watching it would have burnt down my porch balcony.Flames came through the front console and the only way to put out the fire was by cutting off the gas tank supply underneath. After buying and being told if I had any problems they would send out a technician to fix it. Now I am being told that is not true and I have to pay for a service call. Very dangerous grill. Customer Service is horrible and apathetic.

Paradise Grills is the best place to buy your outdoor kitchen. I went into Paradise Grills looking for a Green Egg. I was approached immediately by Patrick.We began discussing my needs. Within seconds Patrick had established enough trust with me to ask me a few questions. We decided that the Green Egg was not the right solution for me. He showed me several grill options including the option of rebuilding my entire outdoor kitchen. I decided on just the grill for now, but due to Patrick and his staff genuine engagement with me, I will be back to purchase an entire outdoor oasis. The knowledge level of everyone I interacted with was spectacular. They were not pushy at all and allowed me to make changes to my order, hassle free. Bought an 8 grill this summer. It took three delivery teams to install it correctly. Most didnt speak English. One voided my warranty. One said they leveled it when they clearly did not so I did it myself. And one said dont worry about the exposed wire electrical cord. One group made my wife so upset she was crying. Just now lifted the lid to cook some chicken and the screw on the left side fell off into the grill. It was already heated so now I am trying to lift a 15lb lid without ripping out the right side screw while cooking. Although customer service was great and tried to remedy the actions of their inept workers, the company should invest in some dedicated full time employees rather than trades who dont care. Build quality was mediocre at best. You can tell they just rushed through it. For the cost of a used car, I expected much, much, much more. Save your money and hire a trusted contractor to build you one. Very disappointed.

The company lies and refuses to honor upgrade offers from there employee. Buyer beware.

The grill itself is awesome but their customer service is the worst Ive ever experienced. Ive been trying to get the tile on top replaced since around August. They keep sending people out that dont have the tile and they NEVER followup after the appointment to let me know whats going on. I have to call everytime and they cant schedule an appointment for almost a month. Then they come out with no tile. Then I have to call again. I am sick of it. Whats the point of lifetime warranty if they never fix it?

Even though our interaction was completely over the phone, the whole process was seamless and stress free! Needless to say, on Friday morning, my order was delivered to my home. The in-store experience with Patrick was great. The delivery was a disaster. It began with no masks for the delivery drivers. It made me uncomfortable. I stayed away as much as I could and kept my mask on. Next was their attitude. 5 on a 10 scale. Certainly did not meet my expectations especially considering the high cost of delivery ($350?).Finally there are imperfections on the counter top and a scratch. They did not seem to care. Disappointed in the final outcome.

This place is awesome they have great deals and great personality. 100% suggest to shop here they even give you free drinks while you wait.

The customer service is terrible. I called many times about the outlets in the outdoor kitchens not working. I have been waiting three months for someone to come to my house and fix the outlets. Unacceptable customer service. Just horrible. Theyve ruined my whole experience. The grills look nice, but the electrical outlets are terrible, grill is dented. Waiting on the replacement grill since November.

The craftsmanship and quality is excellent with good prices. They really just want to make sure that you get exactly what you want so they’ll customize it if need be. Our overall experience was awesome.

Don’t buy their showroom models!These are high end expensive products that can completely change the ambiance of your back yard. I’d expect top notch quality and customer service, but Paradise Grills is lacking on both fronts. Their priority seems to be quickly churning products instead of focusing on ensuring their customers have a great experience.Delivery was a month later than promised. Only because they intentionally delayed it due to a lack of inventory to replace it on the showroom.The grill isn’t leveled which will lead to grease pooling up over time. I scheduled a service appointment to get this addressed and no one ever came. It was also missing some adapters so the grill was unusable upon delivery.If you get a unit that includes a TV make sure you test it before the delivery crew leaves. The quality is horrendous. I’m replacing it myself.The unit I purchased came with a CD player circa 2008. While comical I didn’t mind until after delivery it didn’t work at all.The rope lighting is dimmer than a candle light. In other words it’s pointless and I’ve added my own lighting.My unit also has a Tiki Hut Thatch. If you’re considering this option make sure you thoroughly analyze it. It’s a round thatch which means the grill has to be at least 2 feet off the wall. In other words the unit can’t be flush against a wall. It would be helpful if they let you know when you’re drawing out the dimensions, but why would they do that when they don’t want to risk the sale. The delivery guys even said “yeah everyone assumes they can push it up against the wall”Do I regret my purchase? Not necessarily. Having an outdoor kitchen dramatically changes your relationship with your backyardWould I buy again or recommend Paradise Grills? NOPE
