I contacted T Square to have lockers wrapped for our Mortgage Company, 14 Days To Close. Of all the vendors I contacted, they were most responsive, had the quickest turn around time, and great pricing. We worked with Joel, he was super knowledgeable and accommodating. T-Square did an AMAZING job on our lobby sign. At first, our boss had a lot of questions and concerns about the look he was wanting to achieve, but Joel was very open to discussing it and providing valuable feedback on insights on the design he was quoting. The overall product is EXACTLY what we were looking for and is even better than we had expected. Other quotes in the area for the same thing were much higher, so this was a very affordable sign. We will be using T-Square for future work.

Our previous sign vendor (T-Square) was bought out by a national company (Axe Signs). Communication was not good with the new company. Our business has an in-house design team that provides all of our other sign vendors with eps files that are good to go straight to fabrication. After receiving the design files, the rep repeatedly insisted that there would need to be many hours spent by their staff to create an acceptable design, and that if we paid a $95 deposit it would give our project priority with their designers. This was all before I received an full estimate for the job that included installation. It was very frustrating to have our preferences and every bit of information provided ignored. Luckily, I found another vendor who is able to work with us instead of dictating a counter-productive process.

This company discussed working with our small business and never did anything they said they would do. I would suggest trying to find a small local printer to work with instead of this national corporate liar.

We had a custom project and they really took the time to understand what we were looking for and then utilizing their industry expertise, made some suggestions that really made a huge difference in our final product.
