He’s helped me with a few tweaks on my Ford Mustang that some said were too small to bother with. Justin took the time to find the part I wanted even though it was hardly any profit to him. I contacted Justin with an idea for a vinyl kitchen backsplash and the wall under the kitchen island. I wanted a sea glass tile look for the backsplash and a weathered gray shiplap for the island wall (part that faces the living room). In the email I sent some ideas from pictures that I found on the internet...not quality, but it gave him an idea of what I wanted.Justin went above and beyond my expectations!! Not only did he custom create the back splash in a three layer effect (tiles, grout, marbling), the shiplap image picks up the coloring from the tile look! It all blends so well.Justin came to my home and installed the vinyl impeccably! His professionalism is outstanding. His attention to details is five star...he explains that he takes his time creating custom pieces that he would actually use in his own home.I am very pleased with the finished product. My friends and family cant believe that its vinyl and upon inspection are totally blown away at the quality and details of the tile look. Paid $500 to do some carbon fiber trim wrapping on my q60s red sport. I did rear diffuser, rear spoiler tip, door handles, vents and front lip. Everything was great except the the front lip had a large amount of peeling and lifting within 10 days with a lot of extra wrap just folded over itself like duct tape. The rear spoiler tip also started peeling and lifting within the first two weeks. All other areas seem perfectly fine. I had to pull the wrap off the front lip and the spoiler because of how bad it was starting to look. The staff here were super cool and I really wish I would have had a better experience to leave a better review.

This company was a recommendation to me and I called in to get some details on wrapping my car. The gentleman I spoke to spent well over 40 minutes discussing my options helping me navigate what to do and what will be best for my car and even suggested other companies if his didn’t work out due to the distance between Florida and Texas. Customer service was top notch.

Im getting ready to build a car and wanted to talk to somebody about vinyl wrap. I know next to nothing about it, but Justin took the time to answer all of my questions and show me samples. If i could give 0 Stars I would. I went to this place in January about getting a few of my cars wrapped, one was going to be a custom design and the designer said that he was going to need a deposit so I left a deposit with him so that he could work on artwork. He made one proof for me and I told him what I wanted differently about it. He said he would get back with me in a day or two this went on for several months and at this point I was finally so disappointed that I sent them a message saying that I wanted my deposit back (he said he was out of the country, idk why he took on this job knowing he wouldnt be able to do it, he told me apx 2 weeks be done with art and wrap) I was going to take my business elsewhere since they cannot do what they said they were going to do and their communication is not good at all. They denied me my deposit because apparently he spent countless hours working on something to me it looks like he just pulled up Google images of a very simple design that was not what I wanted and sent me a couple of images on Facebook that were specifically what I told him I did not want. Dont go here it is a waste of time and money. They just lost a couple of thousand dollars of business with me. Very unprofessional
