Awesome people that we have done business with for years

I ordered a flag on a Wednesday afternoon. Needed it for Saturday morning. Flags Unlimited offered many shipping choices and I selected two day Fed Ex shipping. Paid extra for this service but I really needed the flag on Saturday. Imagine my surprise when I got an email the next day from FedEx letting me know my flag would be there on Monday! I called Flags Unlimited and their response was that they were closed on Wednesday, didn’t ship it until Thursday and two days meant business days. So they believed Monday was reasonable. I felt deceived and am very upset that they wouldn’t even offer to refund the extra shipping cost. I will no longer be at my current location after Saturday so I have basically lost all my money. Very disappointed in their customer service.

Although retail store closed I was able to order by phone and pick up 45 min later.

Needed a flag pole repaired quickly after Hurricane Irma last week. Called Flags Unlimited and they rescheduled a service tech to come out before his regular route, before the sun came up, and fix the pole for us in Bloomingdale!!! As a property management company, we love contractors like this and would give them ten stars if possible!!! Merit Management

I have bought flags from them. They are of very good quality and the reason I buy them is i give them to my friends so they remenber where their families originated from. I have never given one that they were not fantastic surprised sometimes to tears. Great gifts. Oh there prices are reasonable. The ones I buy are 15.00 3x5 very nice.
