Our facility was working with our marketing vendor to purchase awards for a last minute recognition ceremony. One week before the event, we were informed that they could not deliver what we needed within our budget. Needless to say, the celebration planning team was at a loss. Luckily, one of our brilliant team members had an event-saving idea. He called Crown Trophy and even put them on speaker phone during our meeting. The staff at Crown Trophy jumped right in and helped us, on the spot, most notably by assuring us that we would have the trophies (we had yet to design) before our event. Their website is transparent about pricing, and he verbally informed us of the very, very, very reasonable set up fee for our custom logo. After ending the call, we raced to the office and began the design process calling the Crown Team several times for options and suggestions. Honestly, it felt like they were part of our team. We emailed the order and final design them after 5 pm that same day. Now here is the unbelievable part (if you are still reading this far), I think there are elves that work at night at Crown Trophy because in less than 24 hours we picked up 30 fan-freaking-tastic trophies that were as ordered in 5 different styles. Now we dont have to worry all weekend about whether the trophies will be ready on time for the event next week. Bonus info: the trophies were WAY less expensive than what we ALL expected and they didnt gouge us for the rush order (I dont think they charged us at all). If everyone treated people like the folks at Crown treat their clients, I think we would have a shot at world peace! Thank you, Crown Trophy, for giving us beautiful trophies to recognize our teams for the amazing work they are doing to care for their patients and each other. You made a huge difference for all of us, and we appreciate all that you do!

These folks are awesome! A couple of years ago my son lost all his trophies in a fire. Even though they were ruined, he couldnt let them go, so I went to Crown Trophy to see if they could duplicate them. They were able to duplicate every one. That in itself was awesome, but they went even further. When my wife went to pick them up, they said there would be no charge! They just wanted to make sure my son got his trophies back. WOW! What amazing people! I so appreciate their compassion, and I can tell you my son was blown away. He never expected to see those trophies in original condition again. Thank you Crown Trophy!!!

This was my first time using this establishment for our Juvenile Detention Academy, the price was great one flat rate no added fees or extra prices for letters. It was quick and easy to use i emailed them this morning and my contract back same day! They had a variety of options to choose from. I will definitely recommend them for plaques!

Everyone was so friendly from the minute I walked into the business. I haven’t gotten my order yet, but from the professionalism of Kurt and Tammy I know it is going to be AWESOME!! Tammy was very patient with my sister and I deciding what we wanted. In fact we were so excited that when we left we forgot our credit card. Placed my order over the phone with them and they were super professional. Great customer service and even gave me a follow up call to confirm everything was good. Easy people to deal with. Im giving them 2 only because the work was actually really good. On the other side I feel that they are over priced and their summer hours which are not posted online but posted in a small sign on the window at the location.When I dropped my trophy off I told them when I needed it, I called for hours on Saturday that was posted they were open to pick it up but they were not open for summer hours, would be nice if you would update your online hours if you plan to have different hours of operation for a period of time.Because of this we were not able to have the trophy back in time for the event. I will be looking into other options moving forward.

I ordered an appreciation plaque for our Taekwondo instructor at Ayalas Martial Arts. I got the most amazing service. Kurt and Cindy were so helpful and gave me great options.And the turn around time was fast. I would definitely recommend them and we will be coming back to use their services again. Kurt and Bernie were extremely helpful when I came with a tall order from my company to build a unique trophy. They walked me through their site, prices, colors, options, and a ton of suggestions to make sure the end result was what we wanted. The trophy is shared amongst our office of 50+ and when they first laid their eyes on it, there were a lot of oohs and ahhs in the room. I highly recommend working with these guys if youre looking to build something special!
