Einstein bagels offer a variety of bagel sandwiches as well as the traditional bagel and cream cheese. They always have prompt quick service and they do it with a smile. I’ve never delt with anyone who wasn’t polite. I did try the iced coffee and it wasn’t bad at all. I will definitely be back.

Great service. Good location. Definitely fell in love with Einstein bros on my vacation and had to stop by before coming back home. This one isn’t as packed as the one on S dale mabry so i liked it a lot more and it has drive thru ! The chairs outside were nicer than the other locations and the overall atmosphere.

Decided to finally try this place out. Ordered a Tasty Turkey Sandwich and was pleased with its...er...tastiness. Comes with Vickis BBQ or Sea Salt potato chips and a pickle slice. There was a bit of a line at the drive-thru, but it moved rather quickly. I think there was an issue with either the microphone at the order site or the employees headset was malfunctioning, as some of the other customers in line seemed to be having great difficulty getting their order across. All I had to do was speak up, and the employee had absolutely no issue hearing me. Employee at the window was a delight. Asked a couple questions to make sure my order was just right, and off I went. Would definitely come back.

THIS PLACE SUCKS! I dont know what they are doing in the back but it sure as hell isnt working. Not once have I received a correct order and considering you have to wait forever to even get your messed up order its a surprise they are even in business. The only thing that they always make sure to do is overcharge you ($8 for a spinach Swiss mushroom bagel with garlic herb smear) and dont even put the smear on it. I wish the owners of this place would actually care about customer satisfaction but apparently nobody gives a bagel.

If you venture to Einstein, don’t come expecting New York or North East quality bagels. That being said, this particular establishment does a fantastic job for being a chain restaurant which is why I gave it 4 stars. I have frequented this Einstein many times during the early morning hours and I am always greeted with excellent customer service and decent bagel sandwiches. I do recommend downloading the Einstein app if you plan on going more than twice a month, the points actually do accrue quickly and the rewards are worth it!

Some of the coffee products are made somewhere else in mixed in this door but the staff are amazing and thoughtful and made really solid recommendations and they produce some real good bagels... Im totally pleased that they are still making the chocolate croissants too, I got 4 of em... I encourage people to stop there to pick up a bagel and some coffee if you want, places like this to be kept open... Its privately owned now, its no longer tied up with a large parent monster organization.

Would be 5 stars if not for Amy [the freaking store manager]. Fortunately Kevin, Im pretty sure thats his name saved the day. Hes white and has a full beard. Hes been there a long time I think. He should be the trainer for anyone handling the window. Anyone but Amy.

Drive thru always fast, and the vanilla hazelnut coffee is perfection.

Got a bagelrito. It was literally frozen in the middle. I also asked for it to be cut in half and it was not. Ordered a bagel box and let them know when ordering I would need plates. Had to ask for plates at window.

As a pregnant woman, I take my food seriously. Over the pandemic and with work requiring so much screen time, ordering Einstein through DoorDash had become a normalcy. The issue was, they could NOT seem to get the orders right. I eventually reached out to DoorDash as it seems they are benefiting most from fees and not doing much to rectify the situation. That was a dead end to say the least, so I reached out to the manager at the store. She IMMEDIATELY took the call, took full ownership, and went into measures to explain and provide some of THE BEST customer care I have seen in quite some time! Her interest was to make it right and I can’t scream how impressed I was. She had the correct order personally delivered the following day, I asked for it to be between 9 and 9:30 and it was there at 9:15, correct (with no Nike signs in the bagels lol).To add to that, I have ordered after and my orders have been on point!Mistakes happens, opportunities for learning take place, because of her professionalism, I will definitely continue to speak highly of this franchise and order here as well!

Nice upbeat employees at 5 am. Our visitors enjoyed this locations contribution to our Great American Teach In at our school. Very generous.

The staff was not friendly, were slow, they charge for fake butter while saying they charge for butter. Not worth going to since Einstein was bought out by Carabiu.

The bagels are good, although mine was somewhat over toasted... But not enough to complain. Only had soda, so cant comment on the coffee. Service was quick and pleasant. We will return.

I usually love this place...but honestly I just dont understand why you shut down your machines before you actually close. if I show up 15 minutes before you close, I still expect to be able to order.

Big fan of Caribou coffee after doing some extensive work in the northern plains states. This Caribou/Einstein hybrid is great. Chill atmosphere and comfy furniture. Retains that Caribou cottage charm with delicious bagels. Parking is a bit strange. Solid choice for bagels in carrollwood.

This place is a dump. We were there at 7 am and the dining room probably hasnt been cleaned in a week. Sun coming in from east and you can see all the crums and dirt on the floor. Wife had to clean the table with 2-3 wet wipes and you wouldnt believe how dirty it was. Just imagine...thats the dining room, what does the kitchen look like??

Called to order some unique coffees and teas as a hostess gift. I was amazed how everything was ready,labeled and neatly packaged. You can be sure this was Not my last trip,but the beginning of a great coffee and tea shop.Customer Service was exceptional!!

I came here when I was in desperate need of an everything bagel with smoked salmon and capers. I ordered a Nova Lox on an everything bagel with no tomato. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my food was ready. I was expecting, like, 5 minutes but it was out to me in probably 2 minutes.Id never been here before but the inside is so cute. They have an electric fireplace with comfy lounge chairs and newspapers, and I could imagine myself sitting there, having some coffee and a bagel on a chilly day.

One humble day I strolled into this fine establishment and enjoyed a chocolate chip bagel as my father indulged in some morning coffee. A very notable childhood memory. As we talked, a large Italian man waltzed by. He stopped and look at my father with a puzzled yet positive expression. He asked “Aye, yous Italian?”. Answering truthfully my father replied with a yes. The man smiled and said “Good job.” and then left me with a sense of contentment and happiness. The smoothies are also nice here.

This is what Einsteins Bagel is becoming and its not great. Still gets my sandwich wrong. Now that Caribou Coffee owns them, theyve been having an identity crisis in which theyve reduced bagel options, added coffees, and are almost trying to compete with Starbucks. Dont. Strive to have unique food options, dont screw up the food or coffee, and give your employees a restaurant that doesnt require hours to clean (aka fix the stores you neglected that STILL havent undergone the renovations you started 5 years ago).

I stop there for a cappuccino a few times per week and consistently get a great cappuccino with quick friendly service. Had an egg bagel the other day too and it was fast and yummy.

Went there two days in a row the first day extremely poor service but my chai tea was delicious and the second day Kevin at the front counter was very friendly and extremely helpful but it looked like he was the only one working, I waited 15 minutes for my tea and when I checked with Kevin no one had even started it. I thought I found my new daily coffee spot, my search continues. I will add I used the restroom there and it was filthy, there were dirty toilet scrubbers my the toilet, toilet paper on the ground and seat covers on the ground.

I stopped in on a whim because I couldn’t find a parking spot at Starbucks. I will never go to Starbucks again if there is an Einstein Bagels close by because I was blown away with the nice atmosphere, comfortable meeting space, electric plug ins and thoughtful associates. Try it you may be surprised!

We Love the brunch box to take to work.

Great breakfast beagle stop off and they have a nice dining area that doubles as a great place to get some work done as the atmosphere is much better that the other coffee shop further south on Dale Mabry. The only problem is I do not have a palate for their coffee. I have always found it way too bitter.

Always meets expectations, reasonably priced breakfast sandwiches. The Vegetable Hummus bagel thing (the name escapes me) is delicious and the quality of the produce on it is always top notch.Coffee aint bad either, but Im a bit of a coffee snob. Wife loves their Campfire Mocha.

Im only giving it 3 stars because it has Caribou Coffee which for this Minnesota girl is THE best coffee. But the crew behind the counter do not do that coffee justice. To our strange checkout woman to seeing the manager and crew not cleaning up spills and constant objects dropping we left (which I had plans to stay for a while)

Well lets start with they are out of all blueberry and cinnamon raisin bagels before 9 a.m. Then they dont know the difference between vanilla and hazelnut in my coffee. And to top it off literally, the cheese comes out cold on your hot sandwich bagel. The manager walked by ask how everything was, and as we started to express our concerns just kept on walking out the door to smoke a cigarette. Guess thats more important than your customers. Only reason I give it two stars is because the actual Bagels tasted good.

Coffee is good and so was the food, got the pesto chicken on a potato bun while my daughter got the green chili club. Despite that, our experience wasnt great. The older gentlemen that was working with an older blonde woman were rude to us. Because our appearance and height we look slightly younger than we are, so they treated us both like children even though Im an adult with a 17 year old daughter. It was both rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location because of this, my experience was uncomfortable. After getting what we ordered, we sat down and the older woman kept staring at us. My daughter and I decided to move to a different seat seeing my daughter has high anxiety, so this was bothering her.. The woman still continued to watch us. It was to the point we rushed to eat our food so that we could get out of this unwelcoming environment. For this being our first time here, they didnt even give us a chance to look over the menu or anything. Even though no one was in line behind us or was waiting before us, we felt rushed. Giving 2 stars only because the food was good and so was the coffee, but the staff is terrible.

Tasted good but list prices and charge me the same thing every time please. I usually get three shots of espresso over ice and it comes to just under three dollars 2.67. Today they gave me only two shots and charged me three and a half $3.41. I told them and they did nothing. Only apologized. How about refund or give me a bagel since I was clearly overcharged. Bad decisions made by the staff today. Ill probably never come back. Go to the bagel shop on the corner of West village and South village. Best bagel Ive ever had.

I ordered a small catering order online the night before a work event. Came by to pick it up the next morning at 7 AM and everything was ready for me. My coworkers loved the Schmearfuls. My only complaint would be that the price of a 1/2 gallon of orange juice (says it’ll serve 6 people) is $10. I opted to just pick some up at Target for $2.

Good bagels, hot coffee, sporadic service. When it first opened after the remodel, it took forever to get your food. Literally a half hour. Then over the past few months, it got a little, better, but occasionally the help would forget to give you water or the coffee you ordered. Today it took over 15 minutes for me to get a toasted bagel with butter. People that ordered 10 minutes after I did got served before me. Horrible service here. Wont be going back any more. Ill head to Starbucks down the road.

Delicious bagels and great coffee. Definitely recommend this place. Only thing is their drive thru system is not working properly so you have to order directly in the window and this makes the process longer than usual. Quality is good though.

Typical bagel shop. Freshly baked bagels. They have sandwiches and coffee as well. They have these bagels called Smearfull and wow are they good. They have the cream cheese inside the bagel so no need for applying yourself. So good. Im totally addicted. They are on the expensive side and this place is always busy. Despite being busy this location gets everyone in and out pretty quick. When Im craving a bagel this is where I go.They do have a new dairy free, vegan gluten free shmear available.

GREAT Food...try the hashbrowns..It comes in a bakery paper in form of a small muffin....cheese, seasoning all baked in. They run out of them often....

I am a huge fan of Einstein’s and Caribou! I was so excited this location reopened on Dale Mabry. But after about 10 terrible experiences I had finally given up on this location. I am a server and very patient and understand being busy however, the wait times are 4-5 times longer than I have waited at any other. Very disappointed

The staff here is clueless. I ordered a nova lox and they brought it out without the salmon. the iced coffees were terrible, could have gotten better quality for better price elsewhere.

I would have given one star but because the lady working the drive through had great customer service and seemed like she was running the show by herself, I gave 2 stars. I asked for a caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar, and my coffe came with NO cream and NO sugar. I ordered a bacon avocado tomato egg white, and the tomatoes in my bagel we’re old and mushy, the tomato was more clear than red. There was avocado on only half of my bagel. I also asked for cream cheese on bagel which they charged me $1.50 for and there was barley and cream cheese on my bagel. My entire sandwich cost $7.18. The wait time was about 20 minutes, which I don’t mind the wait. But you would think waiting 20 minutes for a bagel, your bagel would be better than ever.

I had no food and was waiting for 30 minutes only to find put they served the wrong table our food and the other table ate it. Long waitimes and mistakes. Bad service.

Burnt coffee. Ordered the bagel, lox, cream cheese, onion, tomato - was skimpy on cream cheese, pieces of onion ends of tomato, not full slices. Figured the first time may have been an isolated incident but it wasnt, happened two different visits. Pricey for skimpy amounts. Have been to other Einsteins and they give a good amount of cream cheese and full slices. This location keeps the eating area as cold as a freezer so you wont stay long, plus the tables and chairs are extremely close together so you are eating on top of each other. Go elsewhere.

Had a little rough start, but, was able to get through by phone, and pre-order for Sun., a.m. pickup. The wonderful patience and personableness of Rachel kept me hopeful that our customer experience will be a great one-just like our last visit was in 2016. Thank you, Rachel. And, really looking forward to our breakfast tomorrow.

Friendly service. The outside seating is horrible no shade from the sun to enjoy our iced coffee and H20, although they have two umbrellas that do nothing. The coffee is great. You must try the pretzel bagel oh so yummy.

My fiance ordered a dark house with Turkey sausage and they put Turkey, when asked to fix it the girl in the back put a small sausage patty on one side and left the Turkey. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and it was ice cold in the middle. Dont recommend coming here cause I wont be coming back

The food is very good, although I typically get some flavors of other bagels/cream cheeses on my bagel. The staff is always friendly. But why is it that the drive thru always takes about 3x as long as going inside, ordering, and getting back to the car??

Would give zero stars if I could. The manager Alex has the worst customer service I have ever seen, and apparently she is okay with serving food that has been dropped on the floor. Ive even heard her cat call some of the other workers, and I was uncomfortable for them. Definitely miss the old management. Do not go here.

Came here at 5pm on Sunday. They close at 8pm. Server at front was rude. We wanna order a sandwhich and they dont have any eggs or bacon. I ask how long it takes and she pretty much said too long. And its like you have 3 hours before closing?! If I were the manager at this place this lady is fired on the spot!
