They will work with you, and understand what will work for all parties involved, with no pressure.They are a family based company. I had taken my wifes 2007 Cadillac SRX into this shop about 6 weeks ago as she was having issues starting the car every time she filled the gas tank up. Owners Jay and Mike were very helpful along with their technician Chris whose input as to the likely issue was spot on!They actually had me run a self diagnostic to ensure that all possible causes were eliminated before bringing the vehicle in and so as not to incur any unnecessary costs (what car shop does that these days!??) and after confirming our suspicions I went ahead and brought the car in for a simple parts replacement that required a little more work to get to the area on the gas tank but the the issue was resolved and as the saying goes Happy wife happy life!. In addition they were kind enough to provide additional diagnostics but did not pressure us into repairing anything that wasnt of any urgency. Stand up guys all the way!!..(-;}Rafael and Helena

I needed my power windows fixed and a side mirror so I read some reviews of local auto body repairs and many were negative but this one; Performance Auto Body and Collision.It had an excellent rating and I now know why. Service and repairs were excellent!!! They looked for best parts pricing and labor very reasonable. They dropped me at the local mall while repairs were made and picked me up when ready. Work was excellent!!! Honest and friendly and very customer focused! Jay and his folks are the best in the area, in my opinion. T

This place is awesome. My husband went to 6-7 other shops, looking for help with his locking lug nuts. No one would give him the time of day. He then met Chris & the owners. They were amazing ! They helped immediately. We cant recommend this place enough.

My 911 was in an accident and PAC restored it to perfect condition...Dwight Young worked with me on getting it through insurance and the shop before I returned to Florida for the winter...When I asked three different people where should I go to get my car repaired two of them told there is only place you take your high-end car to for repairs and that is PAC.

A+ shop, very quick turn around time, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They truly look out for the best intrest of both the customer and the vehicle. Will come here for any future work.

Really wanted to not leave this but I feel I have to :/ the people working here are very nice and respectful, and were generous enough to give me a ride back to my house 3 blocks away while checking on a shaky wheel issue. I try to support small businesses so I was all about it.They checked a few things and told me their guess is that the play in my wheel means I need a new steering rack and piston ($800 issue). They were not pushy at all about getting me to replace it there, but after I spoke to a few friends I realized it sounds like my issues arent steering rack related. Ended up getting my front two tires replaced because they had obvious tread issues and my issue was totally resolved. I was about to pay $800 for a $100 issue and any mechanic should have realized it was easily a tire issue by narrowing down the other signs/noticing the tires etc.Not sure if I was getting ripped off purposefully or if it was a mistake, but its not a mistake auto shops should make. I appreciate the respect I was given but I have to let people know about the misdiagnosis and how I almost blew $800 for nothing.

I had a 1991 Alfa Romeo 164 S completely disassembled and painted. I asked for an OEM paint patch and they nailed it! Down to 0.01g of red pearl in the tricoat paint and lots of layers of clear. The car is like black glass & they havent even cut and buffed it. No orange peel anywhere! Not to mention the excellent mechanical competency. All at a fair price and worth the wait. Perfection takes time and they understand that. So if you want excellet service at a great price, and done right: go see Mike & Jay at Performance Auto Collision & A/C.

Took my G8 their a wile back price was fair an attention to detail was excellent. Looking forward to doing business again.

Worst place in Florida! Michael Fleishman is a joke! He will rip you off every chance he can! Bar none the most undedicated staff there is!
