I was interested in refinishing the wheels on my car due to the amount of chips in them and made many calls to try and find a shop who could provide me the end result I was looking for without having to ship them out of the area or be without the car for an extended period of time.Due to the 3 piece construction of my wheels, Jason graciously transported my wheels to be disassembled by a local partner shop of his, refinished/cleared at his shop, and transported them back to be reassembled and ceramic coated. I knew this would add on a couple of extra days, but felt it was my best choice and I could live with the extended lead time.He went out of his way to ensure Id be happy with the finish by doing a test refinish (pic attached) on 1 of the wheels so I could get an idea of the finished product before I made my final decision.Rare to find a business professional who goes the extra mile these days, but Jason is that professional.....high recommendations!!! Jason is AWESOME! My problem was a cracked rim... The dealer recommended him so I brought my car to him and he immediately diagnosed not one but two cracks on the inner rim. He gave me options in terms of either welding the wheel or replacing the wheel and I chose to try to find a wheel replacement. He welded the rim professionally so I could drive it until I could locate and procure another rim. When I got to his shop with my new rim, it turned out it was not a perfect match... so Jason said he could paint the room to match the original rim. I arrived today and was blown away at how beautiful the rim looks...It is absolutely dead on perfect and I am thrilled and thanks to Jason I saved $600 from the price of a dealer supplied rim… Thank you Jason! Glenns Wheel Polishing and Repair is outstanding ! I dropped off a set of forged alloy rims to have tested, balanced, blasted and powder coated. They did this all in 3 days for a price I found extremely reasonable.I worked with Jason who was tremendously knowledgeable and very helpful. He spent a good deal of time trying to locate a specific color I had requested. It turned out to be unavailable but he came up with a color that was nearly identical.Anyone who is in need of wheel repair or refinishing should absolutely contact Glenns. I asked my wife to please bring her car into Glenns after she became impatient while waiting in line to exit Trader Joes and proceeded to pick a fight with the concrete curb. The curb won and one of her rims suffered some cosmetic damage. She went in to have them swap the spare for the damaged rim and then keep the rim for a few days for the repair. They removed the spare and realized that it was an exact match for the other 4 tires. They recommended we just swap the cosmetically damaged rim for the spare. After all of that they didnt even charge my wife. Their reviews on-line are legit. This place is an amazing business that really knows how to take care of its customers. If we ever have any issues with wheel rims going forward we will more definitely be going to Glenns.

Purchased a new set of mud tires for my truck. The staff was polite, easy to talk to, and friendly.I usually order tires online but price, and not having to pay shipping, made this the right choice. The manager was very sincere about customer service and knowledgeable.I wish I knew about Glenns a long time ago!Ill call them first the next time I need tires or rims.

Hit a pothole. Bought a tire. Tire shop pointed out the new tire was holding air but the wheel was bent and going to vibrate no matter where it was placed on the car. They were right. They recommended Glenns. Mind you the tire shop was in New Port Richey and Glenns in 45 mins away in Tampa. They have to be good to get a recommendation from that far away? Luckily, I work in Tampa so wouldnt be a stretch to get there. I stopped by on a Friday. Jason greeted me explained the options and pricing. Repair, take a chance on ordering refurb online or buy new. He said he couldnt fix that day but if I came back at 7am Mon or Tues, he could put the spare on for me and have my wheel back same day. Jason came through. Cheaper than other options. Fixed right and properly installed. Dont let all the cars on jacks in the lot fool you. Quality equipment. Install done right. Hand start bolts, air gun, lower car, torque wrench, triangle pattern used in tightening it all down. Drove away windows down, sunroof open, radio up. And with a straight wheel. Stop reading reviews. Get your wheels right. This is the place.

Well where do I start? I was in Tampa from Virginia, on the way down I cracked my rim on my Yukon that I just got earlier that week. Glenn’s came recommended from the GMC dealership. I was not please to start. Jason (which I believe is the head shop guy) would not help me get my spare down. I was very frustrated because it was a new car that I could not figure out. Once he told me the reason why I understood where he was coming from. After I got the wheel down and to him he was very nice to talk with and runs a good shop and not trying to stick it to people. Like a lot of places now days do. That is the key to running a business today. They did a great job and got my cracked rim done very quickly. I would recommend Glenn’s to anyone. Thanks Jason!

Took my 750Li BMW to a different auto shop to do some tire work and they couldnt complete the job. Did some online research and found Glenns Wheel Polishing. After speaking with Glenns over the phone, I took my car to Glenns Wheel. Not only did they fix my cracked rim but they also put a tire sensor back on one of my tire which was causing the flat tire alert to constantly go off even though new tires were just installed. This tire sensor mishap was done by the previous auto shop I took my car to. Instead of sending me back to the other shop, Jason and his team were super nice to replace it instead. Jasons customer service was OUTSTANDING. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me out. Amazing and warming experience ! I had a nail in my tire short notice on my way to work. Went in and got a Free quote for powder coating 4 rims black. Glenn helped me see which color variant (Matte/Glossy/Semi-gloss) would look best on my car. I ended up going through with it, the next day I got my car back and I couldn’t be happier. Even though I was only getting them painted my rims were straightened and refurbished they look Brand-new rims!

Stopped in here by default, was heading to Mercedes dealership and GPS took me the wrong way. Luckily I saw the sign for Glenn’s Wheel Polishing! My tire was going flat so I asked them if they were able to check it out and patch it if necessary. They found a nail & Jason went right out and patched it for me! We were able to partner with Glenns on a rim repair for one of our customers of Black Dog Tire Service. They did a phenomenal job and got the rim back in like new condition!
