I love this shop and everybody that worked there I’m mad because they closed it down and then opened it without the same people mr Anthony and mr James and mr Elmer was the nicest people ever my car had a lot of problems but they fixed everything and kne car it runs great and they tell u step by step what’s wrong and how to fix it I hated they closed it down I miss them people you will not find another good place like this 😞

They closed down and they put up an ad on groupon for oil change. The old owner is scammer.There is a completely different place there.

The owner is very respectable and courteous. I came in during the morning for an oil change though prior appointments were needed (I did not make any appointments before coming hoping it should be a quick job), he checked my car and added some oil right away without questioning any payments.My car was extremely low on engine oil, and he gave my car the boost it needed. He is really friendly and professional, I would do business with this place next time around.Dont be skeptical about the place, it may not look as nice compared to other auto shops, but its what on the inside that counts.

Amazing Customer service and a very short wait time. The owner came out and talked to me for a bit while my car was being serviced and he was super nice and helpful. The guy working on my car was very nice and informative as well. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing work done on their vehicle!

I went into this place today even though they was closing at 5, they still said they will take me in for my oil change, and thank God, I went in for that because they literally saved me when I had just got my tires changed a week and a half ago, but nobody wanted to tell me that my brake pads were gone and I was riding with nothing but metal to metal, that is very scary, and then if you have a kid makes me even more scary long story short, they did my oil change, gave me a good price on my brakes and had wonderful conversation Elmer is great. These are wonderful people who care, and I am definitely going back. These are my new mechanics. 😍

Came in for oil change/tire rotation, didn’t tell me they weren’t gonna balance my tires. Came in 2 weeks later to balance them (for a fee) just to be told it’s due to a flat spot & they can’t help me. Happily took my money though!! Do not trust, do not go here for any services

*Returning customer*this place use to be under different management and it went smooth. You booked your Groupon, called and set your appt and you were in and out. Small disposal fee of $7 no big deal my first time.New manager names is Anthony. Not as professional as the Spanish gentlemen who ran it before here.The office where you wait has no AC. I had a gentleman come after me with the same car ironic enough and they said they were having problems with the oil shield on mine.... He charged me 18.43 for my disposal fee and I waited from 12:55 until 3:15. Needless to say they finished the gentleman that came after me, before me.Disappointed this place has turned to what it is now. I wouldn’t recommend using this place.

I used to come here and get a great price for oil changes. But recently they tried to double the price on me. The owner spoke in the most unprofessional way and almost made me cry... never going back again

They dont answer their phone. I got a groupon, keep calling for an oil change, and no one ever answers, and voice mail is full.: Ill find a real business who answers their phone.

Here at the shop as we speak. Thank you for the professional work during the calls (me being late..sorry) and the quick service (for the problems I was having). I appreciate the nice but quiet atmosphere. And the food truck was BOMB!! I will be back with family and friend in tow.

The bottom of my car is messed up after getting an oil change here. I found them on Groupon and I got what I paid for. My car is still messed up and I’ll have to deal with it on my own. Did not trust thoughts mechanics.

Worst experience ever. Made appointment for 1, was there for over 2 hrs for oil change and tire patch. Cheap is right because driving on I4 the fixed tire went flat. Also the sensor wasnt working, guess it was unplugged. Went back today said it was covered and was there for over an hour. Came back and said they couldnt do anything it wasnt guaranteed. Will never go back, cheap is right!!!! Price and work!!!!

Horrible!!! They scam you if you have a Groupon, they charge you more if you have the Groupon. I wish I could give 0 stars.They tell you not to buy the Groupon and they will give you a better rate. If thats the case you shouldnt advertise a Groupon. The point of a Groupon is to get a better rate. Crooks and scam artist...I would never patronize this so called establishment again...I could have went somewhere else with better service and they didnt even reset my oil light. Very dissatisfied...

This place is a scam! We had a Groupon for synthetic oil change and tire rotation, they told us we “didn’t need” the tire rotation or synthetic oil and all they would give us was a standard oil change. We insisted we wanted it regardless of what their opinion was (it was well over the manufacturers recommended schedule) and they still refused even though that was the listed services we paid for.

This place use to be great but the new manager Anthony is horrible. I went there to get my car checked out for a weird noise it was making and to get a few other things worked on my car. While my car was in their possession they broke the fob key to my car. Anthony calls me as though its funny that they broke my fob key and that they will not be able to have it fixed for 3 days. I went down to the shop to check on the situation and to make my payment. I was not giving any discount for the inconvenience and in fact while speaking with Anthony while I was making my payment I asked if they were going to ans he stated to me Well the mechanic did some extra work that I was not aware of so Ill just not add that in. What?!?!? I told him that dont even makes since. This was on a Wednesday now and so when I took my car that night using a plier to drive my car. Smh. I was old the key would be done by Friday. I get a call the next day while I was at work from Anthony saying he found a guy to make me a key that day. I was like GREAT! I couldnt get out of work so I sent my friend. So my friend was there for about 4 hours for them to end of trying to give me a regular key instead of a fob. When my friend sent me the picture. I called the shop and Anthony was upset that I didnt want to take a regular ket instead of the fob key that they broke. My friend brings me a paper with the Volvo dealership address and a time of 7am written on it. I asked my friend what this is and he stated that Anthony wants me to meet him them Monday morning at 7am. What!?!?!? I try to always have patience so I was like forget okay. Ill just meet him Monday and just be done with all this. Boyyyyyy was I wrong. Lol. So Monday comes and there I am at the Volvo dealership 30 minutes from my house. I waited 2 hours for no one to show up. I call the shop and spoke with one of the mechanics who stated he was there by himself and that Anthony told him he would be in late that day. I called back and the same guy answered who stated that Anthony was 30 minutes away. I asked for the owners number who name is Cal. The mechanic stated he does not know any of their numbers. I asked him to please have someone call. I was late for work waiting on Anthony at the Volvo dealership. So that whole Monday no one calls me back. I call on Tuesday and Anthony answers He tells me that the owner Cal was suppose to meet me not him because he had a family emergency. I asked for Cals number and Anthony gave it to me. I call Cal and now I see why the management is horrible. Cal is even worst. He acted on the phone as though I was disturbing him and he sounded half sleep the whole time on the phone. Anyways he tells me that Anthony was suppose to meet me at the dealership, not him. I told Holm Anthony said the opposite and he had nothing to say. He tells me hell call me back. I end up having to call him back a few hours later at which point im told just to come pick up a check and go get the key made myself. Smh. I just wanted to be done again. So I sent my friend to grab the check and got the key done myself at the dealership. Once again the worst owner Cal and management Anthony. Will never go back to this establishment .

Fast and courteous service for my Groupon discounted oil change. Mechanics appear to be knowledgeable and helpful regarding auto repair. Ill be sure to call them for future service.

As of 3/2018 I would avoid this business. The owner posted groupons and would not honor them ! Ive never been to a place where the wouldn’t honor what you paid for especially when it is their fault. Whats $100 going to hurt a business if its thriving? If they would rather lose a customer and potentially more by not honoring their promotions imagine how they will handle anyone elses complaints. If i was you id choose another mechanic. And for any other grouponers DO NOT BUY THEIR PROMOTIONS THEY WILL NOT HONOR, even the “owner”. Have a good day.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Terrible experience, did not honor Groupon after scheduled appointment for tune up. Then tried to offer the tune up for $300! I spoke with the owner who was extremely rude and refused to hear out anything I had to say and then proceeded to blame Groupon for still having their package listed on the site. Spoke with Groupon and according to them there was never a request to remove the package. Will NEVER be going there for my car needs. Find somewhere else!

Horrid service. I was waiting almost an hour and a half for my oil change and they said it would only take 20 minutes. They charge extra for everything and don’t communicate with their customers at all. There is no AC at the office, only a fan which barely works. I would never go here again and am telling my friends close by to avoid this dump.

Customer ordered parts with stolen credit card then had them delivered to FYZ Autocare. After it was delivered and signed for by the owner i received a chargeback. Called FYZ Auto and they claimed to know nothing about the delivery even though it was signed for at their shop !!! It was a 60 pound box !! Now they are not helping or returning any calls!!

Had a Groupon and got me in same day. They seem to me a full service shop and told me they would give me the Groupon price again as a walk in.
