I am a master mechanic, I live in New Jersey and my sister lives in Florida, she went this shop to have her car completely checked and have some repairs done, they did not perform a courtesy check although they advertise performing courtesy checks as a part of all repairs. It is required by law for any shop that does a repair not to let a car leave the shop that is unsafe. After my sister spent almost $300 to have her repairs done they did not perform the advertised courtesy check, they let her car leave there with under 2 quarts of oil low, her brake light out, her antifreeze Low about a quart, did not clean up the mess that sprayed all over the engine from opening the antifreeze cap, and when we called and asked for the manager to make a complaint he completely dismissed the complaint and stated that “they do not Perform courtesy checks without somebody asking for it” although they advertise that they perform courtesy checks and I vehicles. They let my sister leave in a car that was completely unsafe to drive and had absolutely no care or compassion for the fact that she could have been harmed after she left the shop. The problem is, this shop is completely unprofessional, unethical, untrained, not certified, and most of all does not care about its customers nor their cars. I highly and extremely do not recommend this shop. I will state it again I do not recommend that anybody goes to the shop .

Took care of a small tire issue for $10!!Even replaced missing valve stem caps.This is the place, gentleman in the office is awesome, can both take care of you personally and multi task in communication with techs.Five stars all around!

I visited this place a few days prior to me dropping my vehicle off as I was instructed to so, so that they could properly diagnose my car. Got there just they were opening (8am ) gave them the keys and I left.I get a call around 11 saying that (the boss) say they cant work on my vehicle because its all wheel drive. Ok.. Youre not working on it ..Youre diagnosing the issues we discussed prior to me dropping it off. For whatever reason they still refused. This was a big inconvenience to me as Im trying to work and get my vehicle diagnosed I had to clock out catch a lyft from their shop and back to their shop all for them to do nothing on something they could have told me the first day that I brung it to them. Very unprofessional nor do they greet or assist you when you pull up.

Went to this place and I told him what was wrong with my car from the BEGINNING. I was told I needed a rack and pinion. $1500 later I take my car back for them to tell me what I KNEW was wrong with FOH. THEN WANNA CHARGE ME ADDITIONAL $400 to fix the problem. I feel like they CHEATED me.

Drove all the way from Saint Petersburg to get my car looked at only for the mechanic dismissively say he could not help. He did not offer any solutions when I described the problem and it was only when asked did he run a brief test on the battery and alternator. His behavior made me feel as though I was inconveniencing him. I hope everyone else has a better experience.

This company is not worth my time for a comment... I tell u I will never visit this place ever!!!!! Just close ur doors until u learn how to treat custmers....

Nicest and most professional mechanics I’ve ever used. I believe Tony was the name of the gentleman that helped me at the desk. Called me and told me exactly what was wrong with my car. Fixed my cracked radiator and front brake pads for a very fair price. The AC was broke bad gave me a fair price on that too but I just paid rent so major repairs first. Had a very good experience with this shop. Got in without an appointment right away. Car was test driven and up in the air in 10 min. Car was then diagnosed and repaired right then. I was suggested to go here by a friend. 1st off...They fixed the problem. The guys were nice. They are reliable to do their job well. So I would give you 3 1/2 stars if I could.👍That being said...It was a bit costly after they charged me extra in labor for a belt I really didnt need as they fixed my water pump. I mean, they already were fixing the water pump and charging for that labor, so I consider this padding the deal unnecessarily. Couldve possibly been $200 less. I suggest asking to look at the extra item needing replacement for wear and tear before just allowing any further repairs than what you originally needed.Tbh..the place smelled alot like cat urine. Ive been finding this in alot of areas in Tampa. Is there some underground cat breeding club I dont know about cuz damn...🐈.

I have been coming to this shop 2-3 times a year for close to a decade now. Usually I just get routine maintenance done; oil changes, alignments, motor mount replacements (I like to drive my poor civic over speed bumps at 40+ miles an hour). When they gave me the news that I was going to have to replace my transmission, my first instinct was to just junk my car and take the L. I’ve always been told that after replacing its transmission your car doesn’t drive very well. So far, my car is driving better than ever!The guys in this shop are always super courteous, fast, and pricing is fair. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone.

We to get my spark plugs chance on 03/20/2021 one over the technician broken my hood switch off an dont tell me or the owner that he broke it.I was a little disappointed because i have had a problem before.Yes i will still take my car up there but i will not let the technician touch my car no more.

Dont letslet your techs smoke in or around peoples car. Once its there its so hard to get rid of. Otherwise they seem like a good place to go.

These guys are great! I took my car in on July 3rd.. praying I would get it back for the holiday weekend. 4 hours later..done!I was having AC issues and was prepared for the worst. I highly recommend Tony at Fix N Go. The price was very reasonable. He fixed my car window quickly and also did a routine maintenance inspection for me. I recently went in thinking I had some issues with possibly needing new struts on the front and back of my vehicle. I brought my car in (without and appointment) and they immediately put it on the lift to diagnose the problem. After a few minutes, I was told that I did need new struts in the rear, but that the front were fine. I brought the car in 2 days later and they were done in about 2 hours. This place is awesome. They could have easily told me that I needed struts on both the front and the back and I wouldnt have known any different. They were honest and saved me about $500. Ill be brining my vehicle here from now on.

I absolutely love this place! First off, their prices are more than reasonable, they charged me $50 to get my air fixed when another shop was trying to charge me $400. Fix to Go is the only place I bring my car now because I can always depend on the mechanics to provide me with their honesty followed by quality and efficient work.
