Very unprofessional i had to take days off and they didnt care no one ever called me to follow up. I sat and waited all day on them. Everyone had a different answer for me Heidi chris carolyn all bad unprofessional workers. Dont ever try and get ur window fixed by them

I spoke with Caroline set up the appointment they never called me never showed up and lied and said they left a message which I had no message then turned around and rescheduled it again based upon what they told me they could do then they never showed up again or called to let me know anything!!! these people are unprofessional and disrespectful. upon further investigation with my insurance company Liberty Mutual they never even made a claim a week later that Id been waiting for this windshield to be installed and stood up on two different appointments wasting my days!!!🤦👎☹️ -------- GO TO SAFELITE AUTO 👌💯

I called two places their price was the best. They came out same day and fixed within 45 minutes which really was great timing and very efficient. Jessica went over the whole process and answered all my questions no pressure, no rush. So far this worked out great and its been 2 weeks since window being installed. Any other things will update at a later time if needed.

Due to a hard hit softball, I had to have my windshield replaced and luckily, my insurance company connected me with Orange Blossom Auto Glass. Sam, the serviceman who came to my home...was one of the friendliest, nicest, most efficient service people I have dealt with in a very long time!!! He replaced my windshield quickly, did a great job and there was no mess for me to clean up. Sam truly was a nice person to deal with and if all the employees at this business are the same they will be around for a very long time!

I contacted Orange Blossom Auto Glass because I couldnt get through to my car insurance company about my cracked windshield. I called and was immediately connected to a sales/customer service representative that helped me through the entire process. She called my insurance adjuster and explained that I needed to get a new windshield and when they tried to say I needed to pay a deductible of $500 she made it clear that because I had comprehensive coverage and only the windshield needing to be replaced that according to Florida laws, there is no cost to the client. The following morning someone came out to replace my windshield and now my car is back to normal. Im so happy with the service I received from start to finish. I highly recommend Orange Blossom Auto Glass!

Ashley asked me for my insurance card a few questions And she took care of the rest. Honestly I did nothing they handled everything ! Once they received approval from my Insurance company, Ashley called me and set an appointment for the following day. I was then contacted by Brandon their technician to confirm appointment. Our technician was fantastic. He called and left a message in the morning and then called me 1/2 hour before he arrived. He was very thorough and cleaned up all the broken glass. The wire had slipped from the cable and he securely fixed it. The window now works perfectly. He also cleaned the parking lot of all glass chips. I highly recommend this company

I originally contacted Safelite to replace my windshield, as my friends had recommended them. They were not responsive or considerate of my schedule. I would recommend you contact Orange Blossom Auto Glass. They were friendly, extremely helpful, and able to work with my ridiculous work schedule! I work 11 hour shifts at a secure facility and they were able to replace my wildly cracked windshield in less than 48 hours. They helped me call my insurance company and took all the leg work out. I let them know where I park and came out to find my vehicle had been repaired without me having to leave my shift, authorize anything with a signature, etc. They sent the warranty for my windshield via email. I am extremely pleased and thankful

The associate helped me out a lot by calling my insurance company and letting them know by law they had to waive my deductible (which they were denying me ) for full coverage for my front windshield..When the associates came to fix my window they were very nice and helpful..I would definitely recommend this company for going the extra mile

They took over the replacement when another company did not have my glass when I showed up for my appointment. The staff helped me move my claim to them and followed up multiple times. The tech was great and even put up with all my questions during the installation. I had never watched a replacement before. He was quick and left my car and the work area spotless. They showed up three hours late with a “new” windshield that had scratches all over it. Canceled the installation.

When my windshield cracked I called orange blossom and initially they came within a reasonable amount of time but they brought the wrong windshield for my car, when they said they had it. Next they kept giving me time frames as to when they would be able to replace it and those time frames would end so I would call, and again they’d give me more time frames as to when they’ll have the correct windshield for my car. I would keep calling and they would say that they’ll call me when they have more info or when they will finally come to fix it, but they wouldn’t call me back. It felt like I had to BEG them to come fix my windshield.It took up to 2 months quite possibly more, for them to finally come and replace my windshield. The first time I called them I was living in a different place than when they finally came to fix it. I literally had time to move into a different house and I was already settled into my new apartment when finally they showed up to fix my windshield.

Rep was very efficient and friendly. He had all the right tools and equipment needed and knew how to use them. I’m very satisfied.

Well thier prices are not as competative of whats outhere. So do your research. They did however administer a military discount in which was applausable but the final price was in the high side. To offset this they did have a ealier date than thier main competitor Safelighte all though thier prices were lower they could not be there till tuesda . Mind you I called on Friday at around 430 ish. To be fair I was quoted a Monday morming to early noon time frame. Waited all day moving around appointments to be prepped with a space to have both car doors open and a space for the truck as well to operarate....well tech didnt show up till 4:30pm ish. He got there and went to work asap ...he was professional and took precaution with my 335i beemer. All in all I gave 3.5 stars for the late arrival and the slightly higher price and that I had a $50 dollar deposit that I would have lost if I cancled due to the late tech.Be flexible... add for delays due to ttaffic and other factors before making that deposit.But if you just want to get it done easy and your flexible on time and youll pay more to have it done ASAP then I recommend Orange Blossom Auto Glass. I try to help out organic indigenous businesses from Florida, than the big conglomerate franchised companies.I may use them in the future if they can do it quicker than thier competitors..... and keep time commitments.
