The repair job was fantastic. There were delays in my repair, but that seemed to be more the fault of the insurance company and parts delivery. Otherwise the team here were very accommodating even staying late one a Friday evening to allow me to pick up my vehicle. My car was wash and the interior cleaned after the repair which was very appreciated.

Horrible. I am unsure why this is an approved Geico shop. I called and called left messages spoke to people who said they were going to call me back, they never called. They told me to wait after the holidays to schedule my car being dropped off, I did so. I call back after the holidays, no one seemed to know what was going on with my car. The lady I was working with was sick so I waited until she returned. I spoke to her, she said she would order my door and call me back once they had it. A week later I finally got her on the phone. She said she needed to find out about the door. I specifically asked if she would call me back, she never did. After a month and a half of this I finally gave up. Now I have to start from square one to find a shop.

I was in an accident that caused my entire bumper and grill, among much other front end damage. The whole front of my car was completely dragging.Signature Collision ordered the parts to replace everything that was damaged instead of just putting a “bandaid” over any of the repairs, like many car repair shops have down to me in the past. The customer service was exceptional as they also contacted me consistently to keep me updated on the status of my car. The damage to my car would have taken no less than a week, in my experience in past car repairs with other repair centers. The parts required for my repairs were estimated immediately to begin ordering the parts that very day. My car was beautifully completed in THREE days, with lifetime guarantee of their work. Also, Collision Estimator, Ayle Delgado even noticed that my car handle was broken and ordered the part for me to have it fixed, even though it was not due to the accident. Little thoughtful things like that is just a touch of kindness that they do not have to provide as a business. It wouldn’t it have robbed the quality of any business in any way as they aren’t required to do those things. Yet, Ayle at Signature Collision provided this courtesy and as a customer, I am impressed and thankful for their outstanding work, timing, communication, and customer service!!!

I joined Geico when my husband and I got married last year and I joined his policy. Before then, I had experienced GEICO ARX from a business side when I worked for Enterprise. Unfortunately, after our wedding, someone hit our driver door, and this year someone backed into us slightly. Im really glad Geicos network body shop is Signature Collision because they have been awesome each time! Earlier this year, we noticed that water came into our driver door during a car wash. I called Jonathan about it but hadnt brought it in due to the Covid lockdown in Tampa. When I mentioned it this time, he actually remembered the conversation and advised of the work guarantee and they were able to handle it (it was just a loose weather strip). Aylie and Jonathan were effective and accurate in their communication about the ARX process, the rental process, and my car was ready same day! They were kind, compassionate, honest, and hard working despite the 100 degree temp and all of us wearing face masks! Jonathan even answered additional general questions about our cars tires, etc. From having been on both sides, I know trust is important, especially as a customer. I would recommend them to family and friends!

I took my car to signature collision following an auto accident. All of the parts repaired have a lifetime warranty as long as you own the car! One of the parts actually came loose, i guess i ran over something and Micheal and his staff fixed it right away. They truly have exceptional service. Great company!

The guys got my car back up and running, and very pleasant when I was there.I did find out a few months later when someone pointed it out to me (cause who looks at the back of their own car) there was a defect in the repairs they did, tried to call and get an appointment since I had a guarantee and they never reached out or called me back.

Signature collision was prompt, polite, and professional. When I dropped my car off for repairs they were always informing me of their progress via text message. Which made me less worrysome about my vehicle. I received my car back earlier then expected which was great. During my morning of retrieval it was raining so the advisor escorted me outside with an umbrella and showed me the repairs. They presented me with a report card of all their repairs and explained that their work came with a lifetime warranty. I was able to retrieve my car without getting wet. My car sparkled and looked exactly the same way when I first drove it off the dealership lot. Its been about two weeks and I havent had any issues and my car still looks great.

And Bri that works up front, i love her! she would call/text me with a status of my car. The day i picked up my car i was running late and she waited for me. This place sucks! I took my vehicle there for minor body work. I was involved in an accident, they replaced front bumper, front fender, and few other repairs. First, they called me to let me know my car was ready. I was working so I could get it that day, i told I would be there tomorrow, so they had another day. When I picked it up had pieces missing, battery cover broken, white overspray everywhere, and the paint didnt match. Unfortunately, only one person was there he could do anything. Was in contact with several people, one told me that the parts were being ordered. I call them all the time the parts didnt come in or theyre still trying to find them, it was always excuses. Now were going on over 3 months and it seems like they have lost my phone number and will never return my call. If your insurance company wants to send you here dont go!

Lacks professionalism and no quality. My car was repaired in that workshop but I had to go four times and I always had problems that had not been done well and in the end I had problems with the doors and pointed out that I had low tire pressure and the wheels had enough air. Finally I had to take the car to another workshop to complete the repair

There are quite a few reasons I’m not happy with the repairs done. First thing the fact that my car is shaking on the back end where I was hit so looks like the only thing that was repaired was the visual damage that was told to the insurance company so was it not test driven when it was brought in because I didn’t drive the vehicle after the accident so now I have my car back and it’s shaking when I get on interstate which it was not doing prior to the accident. Second, tried to pick up my car on three separate occasions due to my work hours being the exact same as ur hours of operations which are 8am to 5pm Monday threw Friday which is absolutely ridiculous due to most working people have those same hours to inconvenience someone after already dealing with having to have their vehicles repaired but I digress. The first time I tried to pick up my vehicle after speaking to someone at the shop they would leave the key with the car so I could come after hours to pick it up. To my surprise the key where locked in my vehicle it took me calling into the shop to the shop for someone to tell me that the keys were locked in the vehicle again I work 8am to 5pm so once I was able to call Maybe around 2:30pm the keys still had not been taken out of the car. When they were finally removed I was told once again that the keys would be placed in or around the car so that I could pick up the vehicle so again I drove from Riverview to the repair shop which is 30-40 mins away with no traffic but an hour or so with traffic to find that the key are not in or around the vehicle but still in side the already closed repair shop with no way of contacting anyone. And the third and final time which at this point the rental from gieco is no longer being covered I had to leave work to come and try to puck up my car once again. Now mind you it is 12:30 pm on a Friday. Having to come from Riverview to you shop during lunch hour traffic then to have to go back to work during end of day traffic is starting totaled rough two and a half hours before for made it back to work so all in all this has by far been the most unacceptable experience I have ever had with any company so I pray I never have to do business with your company again

Had a Geico claim and had to take the car here to be repaired. Repair was done quickly and the quality was just OKAY. Raining the day we picked it up so back up camera was not clear. When it stopped raining the next day the camera did not clear up. We were asked to bring it back. From the time we arrived the estimator Jonathan Castillo was less than nice and it just got worse from there. He thought he was good enough at his job to tell us without even looking at the car it was not related to the accident. He said they never touched the lift gate and there was no way it was part of the accident. We asked for the Geico adjuster since we had sent him all the pictures of what and how the camera looked when wet. While talking to the Geico man this shop estimator just stood there constantly trying to talk over the entire group. I asked multiple times for him to give us a chance to speak. No luck! Now I’m told I can take it to the dealer. I asked the Geico man why he allowed the guy to talk to his customers that way. No good answer. Go here at your own risk.

I keep giving this body shop the benefit of the doubt but they keep failing to meet there promises . I’ve been back there more than 7 times and my car is still not ready . Worst of all there fixing a problem that you caused and had nothing to do with accident and the manager is giving me the run around and refused to put me in a rental. Everytime I call or Show up they claim he is not there or he is out in the back . True customer service the general manager would have at least step up and spoke with the customer with actual facts . Despite the distric manager from my insurance company came out and seen the damage they caused they first accused me of getting a free repair. After them reviewing there own cameras they seen that there accusations were false . This was about a month ago and still not ready . Suggest you do research before any body shop but so far signature is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had to go through and still on going .

I Simply asked the lady who answered the phone if they took credit cards over the phone so that I could bring my car in to get repaired. She left me on hold for 5 mins to give me a simple answer.. and after she told me yes we accept credit cards over the phone, I replied Okay Thank you! She immediately said Bye. So I will NOT be taking my car in to their shop. I never told her I only had one question and one question only... I dont know where this lady learned her customer service from, but her attitude is enough for me to find a different collision center to repair my car.

Took my silverado there said maby 4 days it took six weeks the truck was still not done said waiting on decal, then waiting on this after all that come to find out the job was never submitted Michael Smith in Orlando never said that just had another minor problem . finally got truck back they said That they would need to buff the whole truck in three months, took it back 2-25-19 they would need it one day dropped it off called that afternoon and surprise hand problems would need it one more day picked it up on the 26 the truck was never buffed just washed and dipped downWorst place in the world for body work never again would I let any friend or enemy go there I would rate this place a negative 10

The car was unavailable till after 4pm and the Center closes at 5pm only gave me an hour time slot to pick up my car and because I missed the slot due to work I had to pay out of pocket for an extra day of rental since my insurance only paid the rental until the car is fix. Also they didnt have any other vehicle except a SUV and I had to pay a full days rental on an SUV even when I had no choice but to take it. Horrible communication with insurance company.
