I was told to drop my truck off on Wednesday my back window was in Juan, told me they would need just one day to get the job done. I came back this morning 3 days later to find my truck not completed! Matter of fact they didnt even start on the truck and I was told sorry I didnt get my guys to get on it yet, we can start it on Monday. I guess my time is not important, I guess my schedule is not important I guess me as a customer is not important to this company. Jerry Ulm has disappointed me, I hope they do not do you the same. Update: 8/18/2021I took my truck to Suncoast Chrysler Dodge in Seminole and I have to say they gave me the red carpet treatment! They immediately got my truck in. They told me what day I can expect it back and their word and service was BOND!! The icing on the cake was a phone call and text from the company asking me if my service was satisfactory. Thanks Suncoast for helping me when others didnt.
Everyone was incredible. Juan Cruz (JC) was very patient and understanding of the situation. He was very accommodating with my needs. Additionally, he communicated well with me about what needed to be done and as it was getting fixed. Dawn was very friendly when I was checking out. The repair was done in timely manner. Thank you to those that fixed my car to make it look like nothing ever happened. If you need a repair done...this is the place to go!
My experience at this place has been horrible!! Bad customer service.. My car has been there more than a month for minor bumper work.. They don’t give accurate updates and barely call.. I had to call them a couple of times just to get updates and still wasn’t helpful. Worst body shop I’ve ever dealt with. 1 star is even too much to give this place!! Not recommended at all!!🙅🏾♂️🙅🏾♂️
$5,142.74 that’s the price that they collected, The first time I took my car it was a great experience they did a great job but the second time it was a mess they took 22 days to fix my car and the advisor JC didn’t contact me when it was ready I had to come to the place and check if it was ready I was paying $35 daily on rental. My car was so dirty inside the roof was totally off and missing a little part that covers the screw on the handle door inside, they didn’t put back a piece of plastic that goes front of the tire!! I’m so disappointed of this repair shop😐😐

It took over 2 weeks longer than expected to have my truck fixed correctly. They finally had to just start the repair from the beginning. The staff was friendly, and they did provide a rental for the delay, but it should have never taken this long. A customer should not be the one having to pointing out what was not done right on repairs and not accepting their vehicle because of the poor work done.
I am beyond grateful for Juan Cruz (JC). He kept me updated throughout the entire process from what needed replaced, to when the parts would arrive and even the progress as to what was getting done moment by moment. He was a man of his work and treated my family and I like his family. I was pleased with my entire experience including the receptionist (sorry I dont remember you name!). Kudos to them both. I will definitely come back if needed and recommend you guys to my friends and family. My car looks brand new!! Amazing job everyone and thank you!!!
I could not recommend Jerry Ulm more highly for all body damage/collision repairs! The manager, JC, and his entire team were all very pleasant to work with, and they kept me informed on every single step of the process. JC truly made the body shop/repair experience as hassle-free and painless as possible after an accident.After I booked the appointment with Jerry Ulm, I received a text message from JC requesting that I send some photos of the vehicle damage so they could get a head start on ordering parts. I was SO impressed by this- before Ive even stepped foot on the property, JC and his team were already trying to save time, all while making me feel like I was priority #1!Then when I arrived for my drop-off appointment the following day, the team at Jerry Ulm had all my paperwork ready to go AND the rental car waiting for me! Since we had already been in contact about the damage, the whole walk through/initial estimate with the manager JC lasted about 5 minutes. I was in and out and on my way with a rental car all in less than 20 minutes! I wasnt even late to work!!JC gave me an overview of the estimated cost to repair and initially gave me a turn around time of 4 business days to fix my damage. He informed me that I would get routine updates when the estimate was completed, when the insurance company approved repairs AND every stage of repair my car would be in. He assured me that he would do everything he could to speed up the repair as quickly as possible as I was worried about rental car costs.Over the next two days, I received text message updates detailing the exact stage of repair my car was in. From the time of insurance approval, to supplemental estimates, to part installation, to paint match, I was informed. JCs impeccable client communication not only eased my mind on what was going on, but it allowed me to plan around the status of my vehicle.The best part is, JC and the Jerry Ulm team were able to complete my repairs 2 full days EARLIER than originally anticipated. This meant that I only had two days with the rental car and I was back in my vehicle before the weekend! WIN!Not only does my car look brand new again, but I will come to Jerry Ulm for all of my body repair needs. I was so impressed by my entire experience with JC and his team, I recommend them to everyone I can!Bravo! Customer service was good. I cant say it was Express experience though. The trim they used on car does not match existing, some was matt finish and scratched, some was glossy (granted its an older model, but still). Some things dont work now, but they did after the accident and before repair. Ive had better body work done at Gerber of South Tampa, and had a rental car supplied the full time of the repair, especially when the accident was 100% Not my fault. That level of customer service was not provided here (Thats partially due to Geicos policies, Not my insurance company)….. I should have listened to warnings from other reputable repair shops not to go there. Lesson learned.....
First, I want to say that the new manager Russell was very friendly & helpful, but seems completely overwhelmed.Second, long post...I did not have a good experience at the collision center. My jeep was unlocked EVERY time I picked it up.I had front end damage to my 2015 Jeep Wrangler. Grill, flare, fender, front bumper, headlight, & NO frame damage. This was all cosmetic...................had to delete the detail to update my 1 star rating................I returned for the fourth time and I do have to say that management has made improvements in the way they handle repairs. I reviewed all the damage and provided a list of the 8 items that still needed repair. I was provided a vehicle, they kept my jeep for about a week. I received a call from Russell that my jeep was ready. They had replaced the hood hinge and repainted everything, adjusted my door again, cleaned the stain (and vacuumed and wiped down the rest of my jeep). Much better experience in having all the items corrected.
Had good experience. I had a small issue when I picked up my car and the entire team, from Dawn up front to JC and the dept. manager even one poor employee on his way home was asked to help resolve issue. Which they did, even detailed my car, thank you all.

They kept my truck for 34 days a repair that will take 10 days . Went to pick it up and the paint job was done very very poorly . Geico recommend this shop I will call them and to stop doing that cause they are not in a kind of level to treat expensive vehicles. I am very upset and also sorry why I didn’t take to my usual body shop that fixed my cars before and now I know I will have a truck not done correctly even if may look good I already saw what they do . I will say that Juan Cruz it’s been a great person trying to resolve this issue and I know it’s not his fault.
I had a great experience with Jerry Ulm. My agent was Joey Rodriguez and he was amazing from start to finish. My car looks brand new now. Not only do they do great work but the service I received was superb. In a situation like this you need someone that makes you feel comfortable and confident in the service they are providing and Joey did just that. Joey was very attentive and kept me updated throughout the whole process. He communicated with me everything that was going on with my car, the pricing, what the next steps were, what parts were ordered, any problems they ran into, the timeframe etc. He was great to work with, and I highly recommend him and Jerry Ulm. When I got my car back today it was like brand new. They did an awesome job on my car. You would never know it had been wrecked. I used Jerry Ulm in the past and they are very good at what they do. God forbid..... but if I ever need any work done again I will definitely choose Jerry Ulm, and I highly recommend them to anyone that might need their services. You will not be disappointed.

UPDATE: The GM Russell reach out to me and has been in constant communication with detailed updates. A complete 180 from my experience with Lefty. Kudos to Russell!Working with Lefty has been an unpleasant experience. My vehicle has been in this shop for more than a month, and its been 3 weeks since we determined it needed a new frame. I called her for an update yesterday and left her a voicemail, with no call back. I call her back today and she seemed annoyed that I wanted an update on my vehicle. I understand this is an extensive job, I am not expecting it to be completed overnight. But she gave me nothing but attitude when I simply wanted to now where along the process we stood since I hadnt received any updates, like I was promised. If I dont reach out to her, I dont hear from her. When I called her out on her having an attitude, her tone of voice completely shifted. Shes just unpleasant to speak to..
My son had a front end collision and, although USAA said otherwise, we took to Jerry Ulm where we bought the car. The repairs took longer than estimated (two weeks). The collision center said it was done and sent it to the dealer to “check all sensors”. The dealer called us and said it was ready to pick up. We drove to the dealer and picked it up and they realized that they had to “send it back to the collision center to be washed” and would not release it. Wasted trip by my wide and mother in law. Three days later I went to pick it up. Walked to front of car and scratches all over the front panel. They said sorry they didn’t see it and took it back to buff it out while i waited. Waited half hour and then got it and drove off. Heard knocking noise over 45 mph when I left. Took it back. Took ride with JC and he heard it. Took it back and half hour later had it again, said there was a “clip” that wasn’t connected or something. Drove off and did not hear noise.Ride home heard whistling noise from dash. Got home, turned off car, turned on and warning pops up that says “driver assist needs to be reset” and “front sensor needs to be reset”. Clearly the dealer did not check the sensors since this came on AS SOON AS I TURNED ON THE CAR. Additionally, the touch sensor on the door handle that unlocks the doors did not work nor did the push button on the door handle to unlock the doors. All basic, 101 stuff that should have been picked up had they actually checked the car.Took it back. Again. They have been fixing for a week. Say they ordered wrong part. Need to paint. The collision center and the dealer don’t know who’s on first. In the meantime my son has messed up the bumper and rim on my wife’s car since we have been without his car for a month and had to return the rentalThis place is a total train wreck. I wish I had listened to USAA and taken the car to their preferred provider but I thought I would take to the auto body shop and do what’s best for the car.Do not use this collision center. This is my third post ever and I would not spend the time to do this unless I really meant it.Oh and the cost ... absurd. The communication with up to dates on my vehicle was super helpful. I was never left wondering when it would be finished. When my vehicle was finished it looked brand new. I cant tell there was ever any damage done. The staff was extremely thorough, helpful and nice throughout my entire experience. Hopefully I wont need them again, but if I do, Ill definitely be using Jerry Ulm.

My car is a 2018 Charger with 12,000 miles on it, but it was new to me. I was rear ended after only having the car for one month. I decided to go to the dealer because I wanted OEM parts and I figured a dealer would do the repair correctly. Out of the gate, I explained how concerned I was about the car and how I waited 25 years to buy the car of my dreams and the response from the Jerry Ulm Collision lady was Its just a car. True, it is just a car, but I am 52 and like I said, I waited my whole life for this car. Anyhow, the other persons insurance company sent me a check which I turned over to Jerry Ulm. There is a balance on the vehicle and Jerry Ulm will not release the vehicle to me without final payment. I get it, they want to get paid, but they promised they would work with the insurance company to get the payment. When I wanted to know what was going on, I was given the option of calling the insurance company myself. That did not make me happy because it had been a few days, had I known that earlier, I would have called the insurance company all week so I could get my car back. Just a few other things. I was told the bumper would be replaced, it wasnt it was repaired. I told the lady there was still a small crease in the bumper, she said No theres not, its just dirt. Well its not just dirt. Also, the rear tail pipe beauty ring was bent and instead of replacing it, they just bent it back into place. Long story short, I havent seen the end result as of yet, but I am not confident. If I am able to, I will update this rating after I get the car back.

Unfortunately I was involved in another accident and choose to come back to this collision shop for repairs. Dawn and Yvoone are heaven sent. They made the process so smooth. I highly recommend them. Ive also realized that if rather the company take their time and get it right the first time instead of rushing and having to return. They do quality work. I love t them and would return if need be.

Horrible service. Some of the workers are nice. They barely contacted me for updates on my car . I waited longer than the expected repair time which I wouldn’t be mad about if they would of just gave me a right estimate. Whoever answers the phone is rude and doesn’t communicate just puts you to whoever’s voicemail you need without letting you know. All i wanted to know was when my car will be done so I didn’t have to contact these people anymore. Not choosing this company in the future.
Brought in my Toyota Venza after a rear end collision, overall amazing experience at this body shop. I had two young fellows assist me, Alex O. and also Tommy. Loved both of them, super helpful. Alex stayed on top of it and called me regularly to let me know what’s going. Along with helping me out of my car to my rental and out of the rental into my fixed car. They assured me from the beginning I was in great hands. Alex also helped me move my sons car seat and set it up. I love this place and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everyone was super helpful and eager to assist. Definitely would recommend to all friends and family.
Very pleased with their service work my service manager was excellent very friendly very knowledgeable very helpful. My only complaint is I do not feel that they have good time management as I told them when I spoke with them they had to order parts exterior parts for my car then the car sat for four days at least waiting on the parts after the exterior Parts was put on they sent it over to the balancing Department wheel alignment and Etc. You dont need a fender a bumper to align a car why could the car not have gone to the alignment Department in those 4 days and it set there? Because then the parts for that had to be ordered and its set for another 4 days before those parts arrived. Then the car had to be test driven. They had it for 32 days
Terrible experience! Had a fender bender involving the front of our car and each time we were called another issue came up with the car. We we had to go back three times. There was a chip in our hood that was not present before we brought the car to Jerry Ulm. The 3rd time we went to pick up the car and was told it was ready there was scratches on right side of the car that were not there before. We spoke to the associate Jen and she said we did that damage. We told her we did not and it was not there before. She told us that she had pictures to prove the damage. She caused a scene in front of other customers as she yelled “come into my office I have pictures” I told her I was going to call Geico and let them know there was damage to the car and then we walked outside and she said this is tape left on the car. We will get it out. She took our car into the garage and buffed it to get the tape off. She called us back to the car and we could still see the tape there although it was looking better. She said I’ll get off again. She took our car back into the garage and about 10 min later bright our car out and finally the tape was gone. My husband had a great experience with the manager Russell however Jen the associate is rude, unprofessional and lacking customer service. Their attention to detail is lacking. I don’t know how they thought it was acceptable to give us our car back with tape on it that we would not have been able to get off. If you care about your car and want a job done right the FIRST time then stay far away from this collision center.
Worst customer service I ever encountered! My service agent never gave me a single update on my vehicle, I had to call to figure out what was going on with it each step of the way. Found out they needed an extension, but that was just the beginning of a total s*** show. As each time frame of when I was told my vehicle would be ready came and passed I received no calls, no notice of what was going on. I just got a should be done tomorrow, and then an issue with a part, and need an extension. The work was only supposed to take four days, but ended up dragging on for more than three weeks. No communication was made to my insurance company after the first two day extension was requested so my rental stopped being covered after the first week. During the third week I called to ask for my service agent I got the *** is no longer with us to further complicate the situation. Good riddance to that person because she was a total a******. The collision center underwent new management over night and cleaned house, leaving me in a frantic trying piece together what was going on with my car, my insurance company, and my rental. New management didnt seem to change anything as I still had to chase down the status of my car. After the work was done, the incompetence lingered, showing through the work a vendor did on a portion of it. All in all Id say that this was THE worst experience Ive ever had with Dodge, and do not expect to take a vehicle to collision center in the future. I hope the new management helps, but not holding my breath.
Outstanding! The wifes car got rear ended so the insurance company sent us here. Everything was covered for us and they completed the work in the exact time frame the promised. The car looks as good as new. Tommy was a delight from start to finish. I didnt think outfits like this existed anymore but they do. Nice work by all. Thanks
We brought our truck here for repairs after talking with our insurance company, Geico. They were very friendly greeting us immediately when we came in. Within just a few minutes I had a loaner car and met with the adjuster and the shop manager to go over what would be done. The shop kept me informed on the status of the work being done and picking up the car with a breeze also, taking just a few minutes. The quality of work is great and we are very pleased.
I dropped off my car after an accident. First time I get notified that my car is ready, I drive there to pick it up and the drivers door that was replaced wasnt aligned correctly with missing strips that were originally on there. 2nd time i go there I pick up my car and I leave the premise. Suddenly my driver side mirror wasnt connected and wouldnt work. I drive back and they fix it. In addition my car had dirty hand spots all over the car where whoever was working on it didnt bother to wipe it or have the car turned back to me clean.
The provided fantastic service and had my car fixed within one day. Alex and Doug went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and they even polished the car. Very happy with this company.

Excellent customer service and Geico adjuster really impressed me with how fast they fixed my car. And they put me into a SUV Pathfinder while my car was being repaired. I loved that SUV very much. However I was ready to get my car back. The bumper was just like new. Back on the road again! ✌
I brought my truck in to Jerry Ulm Collision after Hurricane Irma caused extensive damage to my truck. They came highly recommended and still managed to exceed my expectations. They did outstanding body work to my truck, always accommodated my schedule, were beyond pleasant, and got me back on the road earlier than promised.Several months later, I was involved in an accident and brought my back right back to Judd and his staff. Again, they were true to their word, very fairly priced, and treated me like family. I cant say enough good things about them.

I have used this place a few time throughout the years, and had no complaints. I would have given them 5 stars before, but now no way. I heard that there is new management so who knows if their staff is not treated good so it boils down to bad customer service. I am looking for another place to try use in the future for collision service. Dawn at the front desk is great, Customer Service Award for her! But the experience overall was not good nothing like before. If I was Jerry Ulm, I would request the new company to change the name. They treat you like family! A disgruntled family that is!
Horrible service,these guys have had my Jeep nearly (3)months,despite my insurance company being more than generous in providing a $14,000 approval on the first quote, the shop asked for $24,000,which was approved.No call backs or follow ups.Money I saved for a roof rack and roof top tent went on rentals.
I’m rating this 2 stars because no one reads or believes the 1 star ratings. This accident occurred the day before thanksgiving 2019. I received the truck back March 27, 2020 for a total of 121 days or 4 months. Here’s the comedy of errors that ensued.First, this accident occurred at about 7 mph. According to the “experts” I managed to bend the 4” diameter solid cast steel axle, resulting in them replacing the entire front axle. Second, they stated that they found a dent in the frame and that they would either have to send it to a big rig shop to have the frame pulled or REPLACE THE FRAME ENTIRELY! This time the insurance adjuster made a personal inspection and stated that he couldn’t even tell whether it was a dent or the natural curvature of the frame. At this point, the money dried up and miraculously my truck was “ready” shortly thereafter.Here’s what “ready” means :1. Every single body gap on the front end (hood, bumper, both fenders, Headlights and grill) misaligned.2. Alignment way out of spec.3. Steering vague with 8” of wheel slop before steering engagement (in a 15,000 pound truck).4. 5” gash in sidewall of affected tire.5. Exhaust brake not functioning anymore.6. 2 -3 check engine codes.7. The recently rebuilt DEF emissions system showing failure.1. It took them 3 more tries to get the body gaps “right”2. Took more tries to get the alignment and steering wheel “straight“, it’s still off by about a degree.3. Steering slop attributed to a bent piece of linkage that was somehow missed when replacing the entire from axle.4. Insurance replaced the tire but I was forced to buy a matching tire For the other side before they could do a proper alignment on the truck ( remember, the truck had already been returned as ready).5. Not sure how the exhaust brake got fixed. I was told an amusing story of how the tech assembling my truck called the main shop in a panic because he couldn’t get the yellow light on the dash to go off. The yellow light actually being the exhaust brake engaged indicator. (Why this guy was working on my diesel truck is beyond me)6.check engine codes repaired, not told how.7. DEF system failure blamed on a chafed wire harness, completely unrelated to the accident, that I had to repair out of pocket for $650.All of the above for the ridiculously low price of $15,000. For an accident under 10 mph.Edit: reduced my rating to 1 star. The bumper they put on is cracking and rusting and the paint job on the under headlight area is flaking off. Less than 2 years later.

Jerry Ulm Collision fixed my car due to an accident where I got hit from behind. After a week of having my vehicle, I was contacted to let me know my car is ready. I went to pick up my car and found the hood open with a technician trying to jump the battery. After inspecting the vehicle for the original damage, there was a part that was not fixed nor replaced. So I drove 10 miles from job, only to find that my car was actually not ready. On top of that, they wanted to charge me for a new battery replacement that went out while at the shop during the repairs. I felt it was entirely unfair for them to charge me when the car was in their possession for the repairs, and the battery died. I never needed to jump or any battery issues before I sent it to Jerry Ulm Collision.
I took my car there to be repaired after a piece of debris it my car. They got my car in the very next day which was perfect. A week later I got a call saying it was done. I show up to get the car and an area that was damaged was completely missed and there was a CLEARLY VISIBLE mark in the paint. After some discussion I took my car and drove it until I could bring it back in. It went back there for another 2.5 days. They even covered the rental car during this extra time so I thought they resolved the issue correctly. I get the car and it looked alot better. Now as I look closely, there are small spots on the clearcoat, and there is a spot about the size of a quarter on the roof that seems like the clearcoat was sanded off of something but the roof was never painted or had any work done so I dont know what they did there. So now my car might have to go back for more issues that that were created by workers.

Jerry Ulm Collision staff was great. I had an appointment at 1pm however I got there at 12:30 and was going to wait until 1 p.m. When I went thru the door, the receptionist was very friendly and told the Geico agent I was there early and he came right out with the paper I needed to sign and my insurance check. Thats what I call efficient and I was out of the office within 5 minutes. I hope not to have another accident to meet such great people. Good job Jerry Ulm Collision and I thank you.

This is quite possibly the worst costumer service I have ever received. Its almost as if everyone that works here does not want costumers to come here. I was rear ended and brought my car here. They told me to come back in three weeks. After speaking to the manager he said come back the next week. When I did finally get my car back, it wasnt even fixed correctly. The trunk door wouldnt open... when I called back to get the car in again, I was pushed from one ringing phone to the other. Ultimately I left a message but still never got a call back. I understand this is the only Jeep center in the Tampa region but I probably wouldve been better off at Maaco.

My car ended up perfectly repaired but the front desk staff could use some Customer Service training for sure mostly because even though you’re a repair shop you’re dealing with customers who are choosing and paying you, the least you can do is make them feel welcome and appreciated, she’s far from there.
Had to take my truck back 4 times still has overspray all over vehicle the actual body work and paint work is decent but overspray every where not cool now ill probably have to pay a professional detailer to remove overspray the management is nice but that doesnt help that my truck has overspray just my honest and humble opinion

Dropped my car off on the 3rd got the run around about when it would be done. Finally 33 days to be exact i got my car back. The following night my car was towed back to the shop. Told the guy who was dealing with me threw Gieco that the car was stalling and sounded like and 18 wheeler. He had the shop checking to see why my car was overheating which was the reason why it got towed in the first time 1 month ago. They had my car for 3days. I could not get another rental do to the fact I just had one for 33 days. So I got a phone call saying they couldnt find any problems with the car. He even test drove it to see if he could find out the problem. He said the car ran beautiful. I just took the car back cause I felt like I was dealing with a bunch of idiots. When I go to turn on my radio it had a code error. So I had to take it to Honda. With me only being there for maybe 20 minutes the mechanic told me that my motor mount was broken. So back to Jerry Ulm i go. The guy was making me sound like an idiot but my question is if they had my car and test drove it how did they not feel the shaking and loud noise coming from my hood. He did not want to put me in a rental car but thank god i got one. He was too busy to get rid of my car. Gieco or Jerry Ulm needs to get rid of that guy. Poor customer service...

This place painting my car 2 different colors.tsil lights dont line up after being fixed and they left my 2017 dodge challenger with missing lug nuts .this place is terrible with terrible service
If I could give them zero stars I would. My husband brought his Acura TL Type-s in the after being rear ended. We got the car back after two weeks and came to find out that they charged our insurance for a new back bumper but they used the same bumper and just painted over it! Ridiculous! When we called about the issue the manager said to come in and they would take a look at it! This company is a scam!
I got my car back yesterday after a little minor fender bender those guys did a great job with the repair and paint job.The gentleman Juan Cruz did an excellent job handling the situation for me.
I wouldn’t deal w this place if it wasn’t for geico choosing them. Everytime I walk in I get weird looks for all the old white people (I am a young African American woman). The time to speak with someone always takes a long time. The receptionist acts almighty and righteous. My car took awhile which is fine because it was covered however communication was absolutely terrible.First we were told it was delayed because we had it towed in and didn’t sign ONE single peice of paper. Then it was delayed again. Then Hurricane Irma delayed it. Then we called for an update plenty of times barely anyone called back. Someone called back and said something about my sunroof I HAVE NO SUNROOF.Basically they have trash customer service and every single time I come in contact with people here I get frustrated and my time is wasted. You’ve been warned.

3 months and had to take it back 3 times, Im not sure how a major car dealership partners with such a poor body shop, makes you think! such a headache dealing with these people, poor customer service. Id give zero starts if possible. I had to take my jeep to another shop to get it right.
I took my jeep compass to this location. They took more than a month to give it back. Two extra weeks than anticipated and didnt get it right. I took the car back in the shop manager was kind enouhh to get me a rental for the mean time but when I got my car back last week it wasnt fixed properly again. Now i have to take my car in for the third time. Wouldnt recomend to anyone.

I recently had an issue with the door on my jeep as the latch wouldnt catch, keeping the drivers side front door from closing at all. I had some work done at Jerry Ulm previously and was very satisfied so I decided to bring my business back again. I cannot describe how impressed and pleased I was once again with the level of service they provided. From the welcoming front desk to Dan Isaacs the assistant manager everyone was just a pleasure to deal with. One of the Techs took a look at my door and thought a minor adjustment could be made to fix the issue and if that was the case then the work would be for no charge. That did turn out to be the case, and there was no charge. In this day and age of very few auto places doing the right thing by the customer this place stands out above the rest. Obviously I expect to pay for auto work, but for them to go out of their way to fix an issue with no charge resonates with me and they will have a customer for life whether its for $200.00 or $2,000.00! Ask for Dan Isaacs and you will have a fantastic experience guaranteed.
Im not saying my experience can accurately reflect everyones service experience with Jerry Ulm, but mine was less than satisfactory. I turned my vehicle in on Dec 1, and got it back Dec 12. There was damage to the rear passenger door (which was replaced) and damage to the rear quarter panel which was repaired perfectly.Pros: exterior and paintwork are flawlessGood communication from the shopDetailed report of work doneCons:My interior was covered in a chalky gritty white dust (maybe from sanding something?)Theres a 12in x 12in oily stain on the carpet in my trunk nowThe door that was repaired did not open from the interior (why wasnt this checked? I repaired the door opening latch mechanism myself with a few adjustments, but it was not a pleasure to discover this major flaw in workmanship while giving a ride with Lyft ridesharing service).The cons are all fixable on my own, however, the number of unprofessional and sloppy oversights are too many for me to leave a strongly positive review. I didnt contact Jerry Ulm to correct these things since it would have been more time spent that I dont have available, plus, I didnt have to pay for any of the work so I wouldnt be seeking any compensation for the oversights anyway.
I really want to give zero stars. My truck went in on June 8th and I didnt get it back until late September. Nothing but lies and the run around.
