My vehicle was towed here 9/21 for the first week they told my insurance company that there was no car there that fit the discrimination. The second week I called to speak to a manager it was around Thursday or Friday that’s when they started to order parts after they lie and told me they were waiting on approval from my insurance company. I was told my car would be ready 10/15 that was pushed back to 10/20 because they ordered the wrong part! Not once were they apologetic or offered a loaner and today I received a call saying that they didn’t charge me the right amount when my deductible is 1000. If you have a month to wait for your car by any means go there! If you like poor communication and mess ups go! I will not be returning. If I could give them 0 stars I would! Very unprofessional, extremely unorganized and untrustworthy!

The work done on my truck was quality. I was waiting on headlights, which I’m sure were somewhere in a shipping container off the coast of California, so I purchased after market headlights. They offered to install the after market headlights without any hesitation. The contact I dealt with was very friendly, kind, and straight forward.The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because the communication was sometimes delayed and the front service lady seems like she hates her job. In all fairness, I probably would too.

I would give 4.5 stars if available. Overall, we had a good experience. Only reason Im not giving 5 stars is the car took longer to fix than originally quoted and some of that was for a part that got misplaced. Otherwise, the repairs look great and we are happy with the end result.

DO NOT bring your vehicle here! It’s been more than 6 weeks and they are still “ordering parts” for my vehicle. I have to call 4-5 times to get someone on the call then I get the run around. I found out my car sat there for 2 weeks with nothing done to it and no paperwork processed when the rental car company called me and said my insurance company wasn’t paying them. I called my insurance company and they said it’s because the collision center never submitted the requested paperwork. I called 5-6 times to get someone and after being transferred multiple time they put the manager on the phone and he said my car was never processed because the woman originally working it quit. My question to him was why did no one pick up her workload? However, he said they would process my paperwork that day but 3 days later my insurance company still had nothing. I called again multiple times and I guess that finally processed it that day after I expressed my frustration. Fast forward 3 weeks, I just had to 4 times to get an answer then kept getting transferee to the same person answering machine. Finally I tell Susan do not transfer me again and put a manager on the phone because I want a status update on my vehicle now. She puts me on hold then came back and said the manager said a part arrived damaged so they are waiting to receive it but should have it this week. She said my vehicle should be ready at the end of the week. This was not the answer I wanted to hear considering I asked to speak directly to the manager and considering my car has been there for 1.5 months for a front bumper replacement. They have not called once to update me and they have an excuse for everything. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Ferman Collision Center.

Thanks to Ferman Collision our pick up truck is running again to continue assisting our communities as a CERT Group.

First they gave me basically a matchbox car for a rental not comparable to my car. Then they tell me my car is finished to pick up that evening at which I was not available and they tried to pressure me to because of the rental. When I did pick it up the next morning it was not even finished! And proceeded to tell me I needed to come back at another date to finish it. As if my time is not valuable! The car should be completely finished before the customer is notified. Also they offered me $100 to not replace my rim to fix the scratch/ buff it, well that did absolutely nothing, scratch is still there. So FYI if they offer you that “deal”, it only benefits them! I gave them a 2 because at least the employees were nice!

This was first time experiencing anything like this as a single woman.I dealt with Katie in collision and it didnt matter if I called her 100 times w questions she was always so patient and also informative. She went above and beyond. It was a timely process but overall my car looks great and my service from Katie and I cant forget the collision receptionist. Always so pleasant. Thank u!!!

Our car was involved in an accident and in need of repairs. The tow truck company who towed our Jeep from the accident site was holding our vehicle hostage (too long of a story to tell). Our service associate placed a call to the tow company and just like that our Jeep was brought to Ferman. We shared our other car while the Jeep was in for repair. I needed to go out of town with my car and my daughter needed a car in town as she has babies. I placed a call to Ferman and they provided a loaner car for the rest of the time our Jeep was in for repair! Ferman Collision Center has, by far, the best customer service! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know! Thank you Ferman!

My vehicle was repaired in less than 3 days and Jennifer did an outstanding job of keeping me updated on the status. My car looks and drives great! My “service” was having my cars damage repaired at the ferman collision center. Absolutely horrible experience. The manager there Ron Hogg was so rude, I cried after leaving there when I was “supposed” to be picking up my car. It took a month and a half almost 2 months for them to fix my car properly, or as the manager Ron Hogg and the representative Jim Wetzel put it “to my satisfaction”. Basically saying that I was being more of a pain for them that I wanted my car fixed properly. It wasn’t until I got the guest services coordinator Tommy involved that my concerns were ever addressed with any respect. Tommy was very nice and understanding of my concerns, when Ron Hogg and Jim Wetzel acted as though my concerns were truly no concern of theirs. I had to go back and forth to the body shop 5 times to “pick up my car” and left upset 4 out of 5 times. Finally on the 5th time I didn’t even want to look over the car. I just wanted to get my keys and leave. I hope that I never have to deal with Ron Hogg and Jim Wetzel at that shop again.

Quality repair, resolved issues, could use better communication/more updates. Satisfactory repair of our car across 3 different claims. When we initially went to pickup the car there were multiple problems which I pointed out - most were minor but noticeable. They resolved all of the issues and car looks great!

I took my truck into Ferman to have a rock chip filled and some light rust removed from the frame. Tamara took time to truly understand my needs and write a thorough estimate. When I picked my vehicle up the next day, the repairs exceeded my expectations and my truck had thoroughly been cleaned. I was blown away at how good it looked. The quality of the work on the repairs was outstanding!! They truly did a great job! Throught the time it was in Fermans posession, Katie sent me texts updating me on the status of my vehicle and called me personally when it was ready for pickup. They were to repair the trunk of my mini van due to an accident. They anticipated 2 weeks to repair but I received my van in 4 days which was great!

Had an incredible experience at Ferman Chevrolet Collision Center. The staff was wonderful, specially Katie whom helped me through the whole process and kept me in the loop of what was going on with my car. Work was done well and pretty timely. The one star is because since I picked up my car one week or so ago I have received 5 texts and 5 emails wanting me to take a survey. Incredibly annoying. I understand 1 maybe 2. But one each a day is rediculous.

I took my husbands truck here about a paint issue. I was met by Denny. He treated me as if we were old friends and was very pleasant. He gave good advice and excellent service. The promised work was done within a day and he kept in touch about the status. When I told him I was not sure I could make it before they closed, he continued to keep in contact and made arrangements for me to pick it up at the sales department later in the evening when I could get a ride. If your hit by a Geico driver this is where the send you, your estimate will be padded to your ACV, if your have a loan on your car you will be told its a total loss. I brought in a 13 Ford Fusion that was in perfect working that had damaged doors tha were operational and a damaged rear fender for an estimate, whisked away in a rental, and next I knew they totaled my car that they sold to Copart who will probably resell it. Very expensive decision to come here for an estimate

I visited Ferman collision yesterday without an appointment. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and within 5 minutes introduce me to Tamera Bowen a collision specialist. Tamara explained my insurance options, answered all my questions, and then introduced me to Manny the service repair manager. After gathering my claim info Tamara really took over and placed calls to my adjuster and the responsible insurance company to get more info. Later in the afternoon, she called me and had all the information needed to proceed. Tamara represented Ferman at the highest level and they are lucky to have such a dedicated employee!

Manuel is amazing!! He got my car back to me even quicker than he originally estimated. It looks beautiful and I’m pretty sure on top of washing it, he vacuumed and wiped out the inside too. He also waited for me to get there to pick it up after they closed because he knew how important it was for me to have it back ASAP. I will refer him to anyone that needs body work done and return if I need anymore going forward. Thanks Manny!! 😊

Staff is very nice, every time I walked in I was greeted and taken care of. Manuel did a good job of putting everything together to get my car in and worked on. They did a great job repairing my bumper, aligning my headlights, replacing my emblem, and only took 2 days. The last time I had gone to Gordon Chevrolet for bumper damage and they took a whole month which was completely ridiculous. I will definitely be coming back here in the future and recommending this place to other people! They also did a quick clean on my car which was nice as well.

Had some body work done here on my 2014 Hatch back. They were extremely prompt with the repair. Car looked literally brand new despite having 155,000 miles. They even washed it and cleaned the drivers and passengers seats. (I used another garage for some body work a little over a year ago, and while the work on the front end was nearly identical, the car never looked that good). I highly recommend Ferman Collision Centery. Manny was extremely easy to work with...dealt with all the insurance stuff. A Plus for these guys.

I physically went up there 4 different times to get my vehicle and every time I left without it. After my accident I drove around in a rental for 2 plus weeks. In addition, I had to take the car back and leave in a loaner. My car is still NOT back to normal. The car had scratches that were not buffed out, runs in the clear, panels and hood were not aligned. Parts that were brand new and recently replaced before the accident in the vehicle were replaced making my car worst than before I took it in. Last reason for taking it back in was because the weight on the tire was lose, the tire was never balanced I had to go elsewhere to have that done. Complete waist of my time and gas for cheap after market parts that didnt fit. And the total for repairs were outrageous.

Terrible! Had my husband’s truck for almost a month and may be longer. A job that was estimated for a about 2-4 weeks now turned into 6-8weeks for a minor damage. Did an estimate and a job that we were told was $4000 and some ended up being a $12000 and some Dollar job. Now we are inconvenienced once again since this is our means of transportation. I would not recommend them and will never do business them with them ever again!!!

Really bad place to fix cars. They did not fix my car the way they were supposed to. I told Manny that there was air coming through the window he was more like arguing with me that it wasnt. The tire pressure light was on I had to take the car to the Toyota dealership and they fixed the tire pressure light that was on. I told him that the air is coming through the back right side window and he said that he thinks it my brain telling me there is air coming in and that it air from outside that Im hearing. Im taking my car to the Toyota dealership so they can tell me why am I hearing air coming in the car. I will bring you guys the receipt.

My car was in the shop for significant rear end damage ($6000.00+) It took longer than promised to have it returned to me (common in this industry)I was assured that I would be kept in the loop during the repair process, but found it was up to me to call to check on its progress. When the car was finally returned, the repair looked pretty good, except for a few parts left unrepainted so they were just half a shade off of the repaint finish -hard to tell, no biggie. But a day or so later I realized that the left backup light was not Illuminating properly. Instead of returning it to the shop and waiting a day or two to have it looked at, I found it pretty easy to get to the light myself. It turned out that the bulb they used was the wrong one (smaller, dimmer) and the connector was broken, so the bulb would not stay in place. Cost to me: $15.00 (bulb, new connector)This is definitely one place where quality control fell through.All told though, the repair looked good and the facility was well organized and spotless.

Find a shop that honors lifetime warranty regardless of insurance company. They used cheap paint. Had bumper fixed here due to accident and 5 yrs later its peeling. Factory paint is still perfect. Yes I wax regularly

Terrible service. Awful work. Lack of communication. Car has been in shop for over month for simple repair. Part order was never put into system. Car was painted wrong twice. Damages were not repaired. Once repaired. Work was shoddy. Car is Being picked up and taken to another facility for repair. Highly disappointed. Would not recommend.

First off this post isn’t reviewing the quality of work, since they’re not done yet rather this is a review of the customer experience. Once the repairs are finished, then I may update the review based on additional facts. Let’s start at the beginning, I had a minor fender bender, I was driving the car for over a week after the collision so the damage was relatively minor. I took it in for an inspection, signed the paperwork for them to start on the car and was told to drop it off at the service center after work, but they would call me with the estimate in the afternoon. Afternoon came no call, so I called them and no answer, left a message, no response. Despite this I did as instructed and I dropped it off at the service center where the manager was very friendly and said he would take care of it in the morning. I went on vacation the next day expecting the car to be repaired upon my return, when I did return more than a week later my insurance company called (not the dealership) and informed me they had not started on the repairs. Nobody has been able to explain why this happened, but I was told if they had a loaner car available I would receive it first due to their mistake. Since I was over the proverbial barrel I agreed to let them proceed with repairs which a few days later turned into additional repairs for previously unknown additional damage. The quoted repair time extended the repair time to 4 full weeks and despite Ferman literally owning thousands of cars their auto shop wouldn’t have any loaners for the duration of the repairs. Obviously if I had known this upon my return I would have taken the car elsewhere but since repairs had commenced I had no recourse. So here I stand 3 weeks after dropping off my fender bender without a car and a car dealership claiming not to have cars... it strains credulity to say the least. I will advise all my family, friends, coworkers and the internet not to buy a car from Ferman, or take their vehicles in for repair or service as their business practices are left seriously wanting. When I go to buy my next car this year I will certainly not be considering Ferman.

We took my sons car in for a little sprucing up. A small dent and loose trim make a car look sad. Denny’s crew had the job done on time as expected. We have used Ferman before for several repairs and have never been disappointed. Price is always fair and time without our vehicle is acceptable.
