Came in for an appointment a month a go for roof molding. I was quoted 74.00. when I came in for appointment to get work done they said sorry we do not have the parts, we have to order it and call you when it comes in. So after 2 weeks of no call I called them and they said they forgot to order it. So finally after a month the parts come in and they then say it will be over 200.00. This is after I already made an appointment and was already there. They refused to honor original price.

Courtesy Collision was great. I had 3 claims to do all at once. Isaiah was awesome to deal with. Very respectful, went over all the things that needed to be done and made sure I understood before moving to the next thing. He answered all my questions without talking down to me. And he got it fixed very quickly. The other staff was also very kind and respectful. I hope I never need them again but will definitely be back if I do.
I had circular scratches all over the front of my brand new hood as the result of trying to scrub off stuck on bugs. I went to courtesy collision expecting to have to repaint the whole hood. Jacob took 1 look & said your hood just needs a little love!!! Once he was done my car looked BRAND NEW. Will definitely be back. Definitely recommend!!!

My 2012 Camry was part of a paint recall. They did a fabulous job, it looked brand new! Also they I was able to get my car back close to 2 weeks ahead of schedule. They kept me updated on the process the entire time.

Super rude, extremely expensive. Went to Carsmetics, super nice, fixed my ding for free, and paint job quote saying the exact job needed 1/3 of the cost with exact paint match.
I went to Courtesy Collision Brandon to have my driver door molding replaced. Everyone was courteous, especially Isiah Stone, production manager, who replaced my molding beautifully and quickly. The waiting area is comfortable, and has a coffee bar, water fountain for customers. Overall excellent experience!!

Overall pretty satisfied with my front bumper replacement/grill repair. Quality of the work performed appears to be well done, and for that I am truly thankful. Communication is one of the areas I think this company can improve upon. I had to make several phone calls to them, only to be transferred to voice mail each time to find out the status of my repair. I dont know for the life of me why this took 11 days (minus 2 Sundays in which they are not open), so I can only imagine how long a more complicated repair would take....just sayin... Other than communication and time, the staff at the facility (front desk and the person who Im guessing was the service advisor (I was not formally introduced to said person, nor did they offer their name), were polite, helpful and professional.

I went in to get some body work on my Tacoma done. Needless to say the truck came out amazing. I was extremely happy with advisor Jacob W. I highly recommend everyone come in and ask for him super friendly very fair and on time.
Our highlander was repaired at courtesy after an accident. They did an amazing job. We opted to go here rather than use the collisions companies referred by our insurance co. Jacob Winkler explained everything, looked the car over for all damages and kept us informed during the process. Thank you Jacob! My car looks perfect!

It took 3 attempts to get my car back after getting the rear bumper replaced. The sad part about the whole thing is a the rental bill cost almost as much as the damage repair.

I dropped off my car first thing Monday morning like I was advised to. I asked them if they can fix my trunk and have it done by late Tuesday. I was told that this is possible and that they will inform me throughout the days of Monday and Tuesday of the process of my car.I receive no phone calls at all on Monday and Tuesday. I called mid afternoon Tuesday of the status of my vehicle. And was told that it was finished being painted and that they will call me when my car is ready. Unfortunately, They never called me at all. And when I realize it was 6:05 PM, Five minutes after they closed. I quickly called to see if they are still at their shop to obtain status of my car and see if it’s available for pick up.Unfortunately, I was sent countless times to voicemail. I called other departments like the service, sales, and parts, but unfortunately none of them have contact with the collision center. I was really frustrated because I was told that it will be finished at the end of the day of Tuesday, and that I really needed my car for Wednesday since I work a 24 hour shift at 7AM.They did not show any professionalism, based on not informing me of the process of my car (which they told me that they will be doing) and not meeting time that we both agreed on.I’m highly upset. And will never use these guys again! I should have read the reviews before going in for repair. Because of this I have now lost money due to not being at work on Wednesday and due to them not informing me of what is going on.
Very poor customer care service from Larena Precatado, when it comes for them to recognized that theirs employees damaged my car key. ( she had told me that my car is only a 2013 Kia Rio). It was paid at front for the repair of my car who was damage from a colleague Nurse at the hospital. when they returned my car, & gave me the car key it was damaged. The company did not took responsability for the key that they damaged where you pressed to unlock the car to open it !!. I had to take the plastic part apart( where the lights are) to see if it would work)but it does not work. So it is a good thing I have another set of keys.I would. Never Used or recommend this company again! It was recommended to me by my Kia dealership.in

I bought an OEM Grill for my truck and took it here to get paint matched. The turn around was 1 day which was very nice. Unfortunately when I removed the painted grill from the original box I was not very pleased with the work. The paint was not correct - Black and not Metallic Black. There were fine scratches all over the grill, likely caused by a dirty mirco fiber or cleaning cloth. It was very dusty and finger print smudges everywhere. There was also raised bumps that did not get painted. Overall I would have given this 1 out of 5 stars. Jamie Donnelly was the rep who handled my order and said she would take care of it. I brought it back the following day and picked it up a few days later. The grill was laid out for inspection upon my arrival and it was a much better job. There were still a few hairline scratches but Im sure I can buff it out after allowing 6 weeks for the paint and clear coat to cure. I appreciate Jamies professionalism and Courtesy Collision of Brandons warranty service in handling this matter. While it was inconvenient to drive back and forth due to their mistake I understand mistakes happen. Im happy they handled it well. Ill be returning in the future.

They never fix your car properly or on time, The maintenance people there are a joke probably not properly trained. Read the reviews always many unsatisfied customers. The insurance company will charge them less cause they are the lowest priced. Lived in this area for 30 years and this is the worst repair shop in Tampa, Brandon area

Cecily, had me in and out within an hour for a minor repair. Very professional and courteous. This is my new go to when I need any work done on my vehicles..big or small.
Multiple delays for a fairly simple repair. Went to pickup the vehicle today and very poor quality repairs. Rear bumper cover is lose, they sprayed something on my rear lights ruining them, and parts were missing in the engine compartment. Worst experience I’ve had to date. Car going back in after three weeks of getting the run around. Tried to call manager and she didn’t seem too concerned. Stay away.

Watched an employee purposefully back a customer vehicle over a curb, realize her mistake, then continue driving in reverse over another curb rather than STOP backing up. Completely Unbelieveable! To make it worse, she laughed about it and her boss didnt bat an eye when she said something. I asked other workers if she worked there, to which they lied and said no. She then came from the back and proceeded to sit behind the service desk to assist another customer. Unprofessional, dishonest, and arrogant with a complete disregard for customer vehicles.Then the repair... the window had a massive leak after their repair to the front quarter panel, and we spent 3 weeks trying to work this out. We didnt even bother coming back here and worked it out through insurance. The side skirt does not fit properly as the clip/s appears broken, which they ignored. They seem to miss or ignore the details and hope you wont notice. If you have the option, take your business elsewhere!
Took my Toyota Tundra there to have the tailgate replaced. This took almost three weeks. Got called to pick up my truck after 8 days. The truck was brought around with the tailgate dirty and the wrong parts installed. The camera was from another year vehicle without the backing lines. When this was pointed out the representative I was told that this was any option in the radio. Knowing this was incorrect I asked the representative to please show me. He was unable to find the setting. The lock cylinder for the tailgate was supposed to have been keyed for my ignition key. When I checked any key would lock and unlock my tailgate. When this was pointed out the same representative he told me I didn’t understand how rekeying worked. The interior panel of the bed liner has taken almost three weeks to arrive. The only up dates I have ever gotten are when I called. I just got called to pick up my truck. This representative informed me of the times I can come in. Then promptly hung up on me. You should definitely read the reviews before bring your vehicle here. I didn’t and now regret the experience.
If i had to pick one word .... Impressive. Everything about the repair was top notch, from body to paint, and i needed both, they have some great techs. The office staff was awesome as well, they explained my estimate fully, before they started and after it was all done. The manager even took the time to make sure i was happy with my car before i left. What more can you ask for.... thankyou

Brought my brand new 2019 Corolla here for repairs. I wish I would of taken the previous reviews seriously and gone somewhere else. A 3 day repair took 15 days. I called everyday for updates and no one would call me back. The manager Stephanie called me once and I called her back and left her a message and never heard back. Finally after calling them this morning and basically making them do their job “Luis” called me and said it was ready. I go there and the experiences just got worse. My brand new grille the insurance company paid for was scratched there were specks in the paint and drip marks in the paint. Long story short 15 days of repairs and the job still wasn’t completed correctly after “Luis” said he completed the quality inspection. So now I have to stop my life and bring the car back for an additional 2 days of paint work. Spoke with the manager “Sandra” who also dazed and confused. She just stood there looking at my and said “sorry”. This place is ridiculous. They do not care about their customers nor do they have standards for proper repairs. Please save yourself time, money, and a headache and go somewhere else. I thought taking it to courtesy since I purchased it from their dealership across the street would be the best decision and it complexity blew up in my face.
The body work and paint job are excellent. Where they fell short is the final details. When I arrived to pick up my car they had failed to install the new mud guard, KIA wheel medallion, the door stone guard and the quarter panel stone guard. I had to wait for these things only to learn they didnt have the quarter panel stone guard. I was told it would be mailed to me. A few days after getting home I realized there was dirt and air bubbles on the door stone guard and they had removed my antenna (When they were cleaning it?) and had not put it back on. When I called about it they said I dropped it off without the antenna. I sent them a picture of the car with it at the accident scene - and since they took pictures when I dropped the car off, asked them to email me a picture showing it was missing when I dropped it off. I guess they didnt have one as I was advised the antenna, and stone guards have been ordered. Its been 19 days since I picked up my car - still waiting.

Nice people, slow as dirt, kept quoting one time and then pushing it back. Initial estimate 9 days, repair time over 60 days. Overall good quality work though if you can handle the wait.

I came in had a person looked at my car for an estimate. I was told to wait for an email or phone call. I have never got the rmail or phone call. Came back today, the person recognized my car but didn’t explain why. He just asked “oh you never got an email from us?!”. Another technician came out scan my car’s VIN and said he couldn’t find any case created in the past on my car?! So what is missing? Things never got done, no explanation of why? Such a joke!
Terrible experience !!They took 35 days to return my car...My car windshield was broken at the time of accident. On pickup day, I still see glass particles inside even after second detailed cleaning !!I can see white patch on car dashboard because it wasnt taken proper care (Might be because car was kept open to rain / dust ... They dint notice until I told them that there is hole in windshield, rain water may go inside)And they wont give you updates.I preferred this shop just because my car is from TOYOTA.

Awful customer service and very shady practices.I brought my car in due to a rear-end accident. My cars CD changer was jammed due to the impact. Everyone I spoke with up until pickup told me it was fine and that they would fix the CD changer.So tell me why they casually tell me that its not covered, AFTER I gave back the keys to the rental. Stefanie, the collision center director, told me with a smug grin that there was no documentation of me reporting that the CD changer was busted, despite the fact that I had spoken with them about the issue on multiple occasions in person and over the phone.Her whole attitude came off as I dont care about your problem -- that smug grin is going to haunt my nightmares. They did not offer to extend the rental or anything to help solve the issue as I was not willing to drive my car off the lot without all the repairs done. Unfortunately I had to get my attorney involved with this issue and take my car, because I was essentially stranded.I understand that the insurance company is the one who is supposed to cover the costs -- but be up front with me from the get go. Dont just string me along and set me up to get angry at the last minute.Once I finally get this squared away with Geico, I will be happy to take my car literally anywhere else to get it taken care of. If Im ever in the position where I need body work done on my car again, I will NOT be coming back to any Courtesy Collision location. Nor will I purchase any new vehicles from any dealership associated with Courtesy.Again, I get that its ultimately up to the insurance company what gets paid for and you dont work for free. But clearly youre willing to blatantly lie as part of your standard business procedure.
Please do yourself a favor and run far away from this facility. Every negative review left on this page is accurate. I know this because I have experienced every one of these complaints first hand. If for some reason you choose to disregard these overwhelmingly negative reviews and bring your car here anyways, know that you will regret this poor decision for a long time to come.

When a customer brings in their Toyota to a stop who specializes in Toyotas you would think there would be no problems Wrong. It has been a nightmare. I had to come back multiple times because they didnt complete the job. How do you replace the front end and passenger side after a front end collision collision and not align the car. They didnt even test drive it. I am still waiting for them to call me back in to align my car. Saying they need approval from insurance. From whom they already have paid for a job that was half done. Parts from a glove box sitting in my cup holder that should have been installed! I have already had to deal with a person with shady insurance hitting my car, I now am dealing with a company who evidently dont care about the services they provide or their customers.

Like several other reviewers I also had a rough initial experience with Courtesy Collision. There were some quality issues up front but nothing major, the body work and mechanical was spot on but the OEM graphics on my car had to be redone a total of 5 times. There was also some delay in the initial repair but I can’t entirely place the blame on them. Even though my car is dead stock, it’s rare and parts are hard to find. Heck even my insurance adjuster had issues finding part numbers. Ultimately they stood behind their work and made it right when mistakes were made, which is why I’m giving them 4 stars.

After waiting weeks for Courtesy Collision to finish my auto body repairs, we received my 2016 Toyota Highlander back in fairly poor shape. The (minimal) damage that was caused by an accident was repaired, however, there are chips in the paint that were not there when we initially took the SUV in to Courtesy. To add insult to injury, there is a sticker on a new rim that was installed, and I cannot get the sticker off. There is bird poop covering the entire roof, and dust/dirt covering the entire body. I had the car detailed the day before my accident, and the interior is FILTHY. I literally received the car back in worse shape then when I took it in, after paying their inflated dealership rates. When I called to explain my disappointment, I just heard several, I dont knows, and no apologies or remedies were offered.I am extremely disciplined about keeping my vehicles clean, and this is the worst shape that I have seen the interior since I bought the Highlander new off of Courtesys showroom floor. I have 2 Toyotas, both from Courtesy, and am getting ready to trade our Camry in on a Tacoma or 4 Runner. I can say that there are other Toyota dealerships in the Tampa Bay area, and I do believe that Stadium or Wesley Chapel will be earning my business.

Pros - Quality work done. My vehicle repaired to pre loss condition.Cons - Repairs took longer than should have. 6 weeks.Waited an extra week due to hub cap not ordered until last minute.- No verbal communication regarding damage or delays -I spoke with the estimator only 1 time and that was a call back due to me being opted out of text message status updates.- Should not have to depend on the online system for status on repairs.-Hopefully I dont get into another accident. If I do, I will find another shop.
Staff went above and beyond
Went over for an estimate and was very well taken care of. My estimator, Matt, was very helpful and even pointed out some things I didnt see.
The work itself was performed well. The service however was terrible. They kept pushing the completion date out week after week without letting us know. We would actually have to go by the shop for updates. On pick-up day, the vehicle had bondo/paint residue on the trunk and glue/adhesive on the hood and rear quarter panels. This is AFTER it went through a deep cleaning. The interior detailing wasnt that detailed either. They offered to make up for it by scheduling another wash and detailing but we were still rather disappointed with the overall experience. We would probably go with another shop if need be in the future.
Not once, not twice, but 3 times I have had the heartache of dealing with this collision center. It has been such a horrible experience all 3 times. They give you dates and send texts when your vehicle will be ready and when you talk to them, the dates are not even close when to pick up your vehicle. When you get your car back its dirtier on the inside then when it was dropped off. The funny part is they change managers frequently it seems. Save yourself the stress & heart attack this place can cause you and take your car else where. It I could post this without having to select a star it would be great, because they dont even deserve one.
