The Atmosphere was amazing. Everyone was attentive and professional. Andre was a great salesman. He took his time and made sure all of my needs were met. He didn’t cut any corners and provide amazing customer service. Steve, the sales manager, was a man of his word and allowed me and my family to choose whatever vehicle we wanted and guaranteed that we would leave the dealership satisfied, and we did. Kevin was knowledgeable about all of the features of the vehicle and made sure we didn’t have any questions about the vehicle.I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle, no matter the make or model.

Decided to take our 2011 Q5 to get diagnosed for AC not working - that was a mistake. They diagnosed it to be a compressor which they would charge $3k for. Sent a video of the diagnose and text with the quote - fine. I decided to get a second quote, as $3k was more then I could afford. Let Reeves know that I appreciated the quote, but would pick up the car without the repair. I picked it up and they charged me $540 for the diagnose...... non negotiable, so just be aware, that if you take your car to Reeves, theyll min. charge you +$500... regardless of they repairing it or not.. Asked to speak with Manager, Nick E., but he showed no empathy towards the fact, that this wasnt explained when dropping of (they make you sign a paper with handwritten $600 on it, but doesnt explain what that is for).. Had I known this was the min. cost to just look at it, I would have turned around and taken my car to a different place.... Im guessing more people would, which is probably why they dont say anything and handwrite the $600 on it...

They helped me get into the car I wanted and kept their word on everything throughout the process. Superior service bar none. Thanks Ryan Loura for the engaging test drive and easy paperwork. Ryans passion for Audis and enthusiasm are well suited for sales. Ryan is an asset, Ill gladly ask for Ryan in the future.Also, thanks to Jonathan for walking through the car functions. Coming from the same model year S5, there were quite a few functions I was unaware of without the guidance from a trained technologist. Not all Audi dealers staff technologists, a deal breaker certainly not but it does add value and to the overall experience.

First service appointment at Audi Tampa, made with Stephen for 10am 2 weeks in advance, arrive at the service center, my name isn’t on their list. Come to find out they had decided to change the appt time to 7am for their convenience.Called them 36hrs later for update since they didn’t feel being proactive was necessary, car’s still in pieces, not covered by certified warranty, won’t be able to wash it today’s. Went to pick it up the following afternoon, still not washed 24hrs later. Low effort, low quality

Excellent Shopping experience at Audi TampaIf I could give more than 5 stars, I would for the above and beyond service I received from Ashley. From the very beginning, Ashley looked at the models I built online, spoke to me to understand what I was wanting, and located similar vehicles for me to view in person. She setup a time to come in and drive the cars. She also let me know of new cars arriving on the lot before my scheduled appointment. Once onsite, she helped me narrow down the models I was considering based on handling and driving. Huge help here. Once I knew what I wanted, she quickly located and secured the only available car in that color in the entire country. The delivery to the Tampa store was very quick and finance was a breeze. Ashley coordinated all the efforts ahead of time such that my onsite time was minimal, and this was much appreciated for this busy mom. I am thrilled with my purchase and I know when I am ready for another new one, I will be back.

If you plan on buying an Audi, you MUST go to Audi Tampa! The receptionist was so nice. It was a hot day when we were there and she was quick to offer us some water, which was much appreciated. Chris Novo was awesome to work with. It was like having a friend show us around. It took us a month or so to decide to get the Q5 and when we were ready, and he rolled out the red carpet. I had to buy the car over the phone due to work, but I plan on driving up there to thank him personally. It really was a great experience! Thank you, Chris!!

I met with Steve - the service advisor who was polite and courteous and resolved a maintenance problem with my car, I asked him for advice on seeking a new car, he had me meet with Ashley - she was wonderful, taking her time and making me feel important as we discussed purchasing a new car - Ashley was knowledgable, polite and such a positive influence - Ashley introduced me to the sales manager Steve who also courteous and polite and is really trying to provide the ultimate in customer service - by far the service and sales that I have received from this team has been excellent - Mrs. Reeves - you are a lucky lady to have these folks on your team !

If you love Audi, GO SOMEPLACE ELSE IN TAMPA BAY. I recently got a 2021 Audi A4 from here. I was initially thrilled with my experience with Audi Tampa and Chris, but it turned that I was deceived in the sales process. I was repeatedly reassured I had to pay no additional fees beyond the agreement, and that was not upheld.When I reached out for help, I was passed around and given the runaround by the Sales Manager. Very disappointed, and I wish I had stuck with Crown Audi in Clearwater (who I HIGHLY recommend) like I had in the past.Do better and stick to what you say Audi Tampa.

Bought a 220k Audi R8 from this facility.... Locked in the deal on a Thursday. I had to wait for some funds to clear so I would be picking up the car on that Saturday. When I arrived to pick up the car, as soon as I sat down, I was notified I would have to pay an extra $1000 in taxes as I am buying the vehicle out of state, and I obliged.... A month later... I just got a call saying i owe them another $800 for more taxes do to NJ....I will be paying it, as I did sign the document that I am responsible for all taxes and fees, but unfortunately I have never had this kind of tactic pulled on me before....

Service department was great in getting my vehicle in, putting me in a rental and making sure everything was great with my car.As for sales, my associate wasn’t too interested in making a deal. I was extremely interested in a vehicle they had but the appraisal for my car was too low. I had a few different appraisal values from other dealerships and Audi Tampa’s was by far the lowest.When the associate asked what I needed my trade in value to be, I responded with my amount and never heard back. This is disappointing, as someone who works in sales as well, a response back is courteous — even if he couldn’t make it happen.

So my husband went here to find a second car for us. We only had 500 for down payment and we were showed some options for what cars we could get with that down payment. We were really wanting a small suv so we let them know that and our salesman was able to pull some strings . We drove away 21/2 hrs later in a great used suv with low mileage. Probably the easiest and quickest that Ive ever purchased a good quality used car. Thank you Robert Reyes for a great car buying experience.

Everyone, from Ramon Lee my honest salesperson, to Ray Riveras infectious energy and love of Audis, to Richard Ready the GM and his calm demeanor, to Stephen Barber and his quick knowledge and super easy finance process - all were knowledgeable, pleasant, and most of all TRUSTWORTHY. Big shout out to Corey Turba the technologist who I could not stump. I am a huge car guy, grew up in Detroit. Each of these folks was as big, if not a bigger fan of all cars. Just the passion they bring to the job is the most amazing I have ever seen. They truly enjoy cars, respect and admire all types, and revel in matching people with the best car.My purchase was the most seamless of any of the cars I have purchased (Tesla, Land Rover, Infiniti, Acura, Ford, used car lots...). All this on the day the dealership was being sold. I am sure it was a very stressful day for each person, but they never let that show. I was even there past closing time. They all stayed.I was able to accomplish the deal over text on a day I was visiting another dealer who was not being honest with me. Having met Ramon once on a stop in, I reached out and he responded with honesty, clarity, knowledge, and a fair deal. Two days later I arrived and the car was beautifully prepped, covered for a great reveal, and ready to be driven away after we all figured out the new processes.In thinking back over the process and comparing Audi of Tampa to the other Audi dealer, it was night and day. Salesman Nick Peterson, young and incompetent to work at a Luxury Dealership. I came in pre approved by my bank already wanting to test drive an S4.Initially everything was standard, license proof of insurance. Nick asked me to wait upstairs where the car was at so he can go grab the keys. He approaches the car, unlocks it. Proceeds to tell me to get in driver seat as he is waiting outside the car. I adjust the seat thinking we are going to take it for a spin, I pop my head out the car and ask again if we can go for a drive and he tells me there’s no point in taking the car for a drive. I’m not sure if it was the way I looked or the way I was dressed but I definitely felt like I was stereotyped. I would give 0 stars for Nick if I could. Would highly recommend giving your business to a more experienced Sales Representative.

However with the new owner, service may be impossible to get...have been on hold for over an hour to even speak to a service manager. If the call center is in Gibston, the operator has NO CLUE what is happening and I am getting no service response...if this is how Morgan works, this is horrific service...next car may not be from Morgan cars if this is their service model..

Unfortunately I was very disappointed. I stop in to see what offers were available on the Q5 Audi lease. Waited a few minutes not long at all. A sales advisor walked up and I told him what I was looking for, I seat at his desk as he had to go to the back to put keys away no problem. He comes back goes on Audi.com looks at the offers and say here’s the offer. I had to ask him what was standard on the car, what options are available. All he did was pull up Audi.com and said this is the offers. I lease many cars before and dealership at time may have better offers than the corporate site but the sales advisor was just showing me the site. I ask him is there’s any discount or promotions on the car he said yes, I ask him how much is the discount he couldn’t answer that cause it wasn’t on the site. I really had high expectations for this dealership. Sorry I didn’t get the advisor name.

WHENI FINALLY PICKED MY VEHICLE UP IT WASNT EVEN FIXED FOR THE PROBLEM I BROUGHT IT IN FOR. I TOOK THE VEHICLE TO A PROFESSIONAL PLACE AND THE VEHICLE WAS FIXED. IT WAS A EASY FIX ALSO. I just bought a new A5 from Audi Tampa (Reeves) and it was a great experience. Ramon Lee spent a couple of hours with me initially, sharing a variety of options to choose from. He spent several more hours answering my questions over the phone and by text. He was a great source of knowledge and helped me reach a decision on what was best for me. A month later I settled on the type of car and specifications I was looking for. Ramon was able to find the last remaining vehicle in the state and had it delivered within 24 hours. The final process to get the car was very easy as well, from the leasing paperwork to Jonathan Mitchell, who showed me everything programming-wise, the car is capable off. I would definitely recommend using Ramon Lee if you are shopping for a new Audi, or any car for that matter, at Audi Tampa.

Audi of Tampa put my mind at ease. I was driving back home to Maryland when the message board lit up with the message to check the air pressure on all four tires; the last couple of times that message popped up one of the tires needed replacing. Needles to say, my anxiety level started rising every time I saw the air pressure symbol. My search indicated that the Audi dealership was about 100 miles away. On my arrival, the service manager, although very busy, was very attentive, I told him what the problem was. He promptly took the car in to have the tires checked; I was so relieved when he came back a while later to let me know everything was fine and the tires showed no leaks. I was able to complete my trip with peace of mind. Forever grateful.

Tina was very helpful and remained in communication the whole time my car was in. After being advised by another auto shop that my car needed $1500 in maintenance, I took it to Audi. They did a thorough inspection and the mechanic sent me a video. He confirmed that the car likely had another ~20k miles before the suggested maintenance was necessary. And then gave me a quote for reference that was half of what was given by the chain tire/repair shop. Thanks Audi Tampa!

Where do I even begin with this place... I took my car there for a check engine light last Tuesday (A WEEK AGO) to leave for a diagnosis, and was sitting there for over 2 hours just to finally get a rental car.. I immediately knew I was going to have a hard time at this place considering a customer had come in to pick up his car for simply an OIL CHANGE and they had told him it would be another day. Days later not a single call from Audi in regard to the status of my vehicle so I called in to check and my rep Cynthia was on lunch and was told they would have her reach back out to me. Another day gone by she NEVER reached out to me, even a simple update on the status of my car would have been proper customer service on their end. Its now been over a week and finally had some quick update in regard to my car, and Cynthia said she was going to send me a quote but never did. I called again for the 3rd time and was still not able to get a hold of the rep for my car status..... Called again for the 4th the 5th time at this point and had to ask to speak to a manager after finally doing so she contacted me back and sent the quote ... for $12,000!!! absolutely CRAZY. I understand if this was an old beat up car its in great condition! This place is a SCAM. They also charge you $191 for diagnosis fee which is understandable to me as I value the techs time, but they then tried to charge me $576 for labor when nothing was done on my car!!! Absolutely no communication/customer service skills at this location. You would think the customer service would be excellent considering the price in services that youre paying for! I have been to different Audi locations across the U.S and have always been provided with phenomenal service and this one has been the most terrible experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you have time and money to throw away. Picked up my car and will be going elsewhere!

I live in Orlando and after checking out a few Audi dealerships here and in the Tampa area, I reached out to Tampa Audi and spoke with Ramon. He was very friendly and professional and within 20 minutes of talking, he was able to locate the car, color and upgraded technology package that I wanted. He arranged to have it delivered to the dealership within a couple days and by the end of the next week I was driving off in my new car. In addition to finding exactly what I was looking for, the price was well below any of the other Audi dealerships. I would highly recommend Ramon and the team at Audi of Tampa!!! 5 Stars!!!

Had my first experience buying an Audi and Ryan made the car buying experience totally manageable. I would say enjoyable, but the car buying experience is never a fun task. The man knows his Audi product! Went over everything on the car, prior to test driving and even during the test drive, was pleasant and still was going over various aspects of the car.No pressure in Finance.After purchasing, they have a specialist, Corey, who goes over everything regarding the inside of your car and all the fun new electronics. My wife and I purchased our first Audi last night from Ramon Lee. We found a 2021 Turbo Blue A3 on their website and made an appointment to test drive it at 630 on a Friday night. The dealership is 45 to 60 min from our house and we were home with the new car in less than 3 hours round-trip.My wife hates buying cars as much as I love buying them. When we showed up the car was ready and detailed for us.to drive it. We received a 10 minute walk around from Ramon explaining all of the features of the car before we even test drove it.. Ramon drove a separate car during the test drive so my wife and I could drive and talk freely.When we returned to the dealership we went over a few more features of the Q3 and then inside for a trade appraisal. We had our first price in about 10 minutes. We countered once and settled on the final number. Greg in finance was professional and not pushy at all. A good interest rate from Audi Financial as well.When we were ready to go we received a gift bag with Audi shirts and hats etc. My wifes phone was paired to the car and we even had a congratulations sign next to the car and on the rear view mirror. I have an Audi R8 convertible and needed a simple topping off of my coolant. I purchased the coolant directly from service and went on my way. I found out the hard way I didn’t have the tools needed to access the engine in its tricky placement with the convertible top. I called service and told them my dilemma. They prompted me to come the next morning and they’d see what they can do to squeeze me in on the short notice and the fact it’s almost Christmas. I got to the dealership, I was quickly met by their team, got me in touch with an R8 tech and had my car on the lift in minutes. Not only did they top off my coolant, they did an inspection of the vehicle, topped off my other fluids, and my tires. When I asked for the bill expecting a labor cost, they told me it was taken care of. Matt who Inspected the car was great and Steve was easy to work with over the phone. Thanks guys, it’s little things like that that really make a difference.

Very pleased with our car shopping experience at Reeves Audi. Even after test-driving several vehicles over several visits, our sales rep Steve Martin never pressured us. He did work hard to find us a vehicle though –even physically pushing a disabled vehicle out of the way so that we could test drive another vehicle (in a suit)! I took my Audi to this dealership for service after making an appointment online. I was told that my car wouldn’t be seen for four days and that I could’ve have a loaner vehicle even though my vehicle is still under the bumper to bumper warranty. I contacted the Audi dealership in Clearwater FL and was told that wouldn’t be an issue with them so I decided to take my vehicle there instead. There I received excellent service, an equivalent loaner vehicle, and great communication. A manager from the Audi dealership in Tampa contacted me and asked if there was an issue with my visit and I explained to him what happened and he told me that not purchasing my car from this dealership has nothing to do with getting a loaner vehicle. In fact they have an enterprise onsite if they are out of Audi loaners that they would provide me with. I’m still not sure why the woman I was speaking with would not allow me to get a loaner vehicle but just a heads up if you’d like to be treated fair go to the Clearwater or Wesley Chapel dealership.

Purchased our first Audi from Audi Tampa. During Covd-19 We were unsure how this process would go and how easy it would be. We searched and searched for just the car we wanted to buy next. Found it down at Tampa Audi and dealt with Ramon. I have had some horrible car buying experiences and some great ones but none like this. Ramon was on top of our needs and request from the start. It actually felt like he worked for us as he was on our side and got us everything we wanted and asked for with in reason. I was lucky enough to have purchased an A4 from this dealership and it was truly the easiest process. The specific car I went to see was in maintenance so I was able to test drive the exact same car just different colors. That same day I was able to put my down payment and hold the car until it was ready. My sales man was Chris Nova, he kept in-touch while it was it in the shop with updates, and when it was ready he had all of the paper work ready to go.The dealership was closing up by the time that I was finished but someone still came to spend some time to show me the car functions and what all of the buttons do. They also celebrated with me and seemed just as excited, great energy. Chris was very transparent, honest and helpful. I definitely recommend this guy!

I have no reservations in giving Audi of Tampa a Five Star recommendation. They provided me with what was the easiest and most efficient leasing experience I have had. Brakes, tiers wont last long Will not buy any Audi car from them, Service and repairs are too expansive.Minor Issue rain water / drain Valve was clogged due to leave and dust Sales rep Jessie wanted to change me 191$ diagnostic and well over $1000 for pre determine verbal quote. Unbelievable. Even small fix, cost is well over 1000$. you will realize once you Buy a car from them and use them for service. Hope they see this review and take action. most companies dont Care about review. I Hope its not one of them.

Quoted one price for tire and installation via phone, however, I was given a different price in person and the advisor would not honor the verbal price even after listening to the phone recording. A $40 discount was offered, however the verbal price should have been honored. I was also not offered the complimentary car wash, I had to request it and wait additional time. The entire process was suppose to take an hour, however, I waited for over 3 hours. Be sure to get an email confirmation of your services prior to your visit.

I brought my car in for an oil change at 70,000 miles. The rep insisted that I needed to do the 75,000 service. I declined since it wasn’t due yet. They would not rest my service light since I didn’t do the service early and I would only do the oil change. But, the service rep said he would rest the service light for about $100. I declined since I can reset it myself. Too bad, on the hunt for another dealer.

We called about an r8 and had an appointment at 12:30– when we arrived our person was not there and we stood around for 20 minutes before being helped. We were then told by the manager, Richard Ready, that he had to “size us up” before letting us take it for the test drive— meanwhile did not even look at me, acknowledge me, or ask me for my name, although the man I was with said repeatedly that I was the one buying it. The manager couldn’t be bothered. When we came back from the test drive, he still refused to acknowledge me. When I made it clear he had lost the sale, he was then apologetic, but if that’s how he does business I can’t imagine any woman purchasing a car from him.

The entire team performed extremely well.Their knowledge of the car with the detailed explanation of all the features saves a lot of time reading the manual.Extra credit for bringing a courtesy car out to your house on the day of service. Usually you would go to the dealership and leave your car there and then get a courtesy car. Very pleased with the service Steven provided. He is by far the best service representative at this location. My vehicle was serviced back in October of 2019 and Steven did an outstanding job. He went above and beyond by making sure my experience was more than satisfactory. Today, I brought my vehicle back in for additional service, and requested to work with Steven. Once again, he worked diligently in making sure everything was taken care of. In my six years of owning Audi vehicles, this has been by far the best experience I have received with servicing. I recently purchased my 2020 SQ5 from Audi Tampa, and I have to share I was very impressed with the level of professionalism provided by Ramon Lee. I recently relocated to South Florida, from New York City and found the perfect SQ5 on their lot. I drove 4 hours from Miami based of the low pressure and transparency I was shown over the phone. I was also considering the S5 Sportback and BMW M340i, and with Audi Tampa being a member of Reeves family, I was able to demo and thoroughly review the ins and outs of all three vehicle’s back to back in the most effective and efficient way possible. He thoroughly answered all of my questions, and made great recommendations based on my personal preferences to find the perfect vehicle. The whole experience was very low pressure and pleasurable. I’m not sure what is going on at this location but I have called multiple times to get quotes on different services my car needs and no one ever calls me back. Whoever answers the phone either sends out emails to the other employees to do the quotes or transfers me and I’ve even left voicemails and no call back. A month ago I had to ask for a manager to get the price for mechanical test and got that after I had to ask for a manager. I do not live close to any location or I would just go to the dealership in person.
