My fridges relay went bad, after calling several places. I ordered from Marcone because the rep told me I would have it next day. So in my mind I can still save the food in my fridge. Shipping from Jacksonville, fl to st pete, fl. No problem sir, it will be there. 3 days later still no part and $400 dollar loss in food. Why tell a customer something that you cannot deliver. Called customer service Well you only paid for regular shipping. Yes, because youre rep told me that the part will be at my house the next day. I will never use them again. Sick of companies like these getting away with treating customers like they dont matter.

Decided to brave fixing my dryer myself. These folks had all the parts I needed and were helpful and friendly every step of the way.My only complaint is that they dont seem to be reachable directly -- when you call their number you get the national hotline. Not too much of a problem, but a little inconvenient.

The parts (for washer, dryers, etc), at lower prices. The staff, really friendly and helpful. They also speak Spanish.

I havent tried to contact the local Tampa store, but the phone agent I talked to on the national line was very informative and gave me all the pricing and the Tampa store availability information of a replacement ice maker for a friends Amana refrigerator.

Ive been in the appliance business since 1980, Ive owned and operated Pinellas County Refrigeration and Appliances since 1999, And without a doubt, this is the worst service Ive ever experienced, Not once but over and over. The majority of the people they use to sell their parts, are inexperienced, or improperly trained resulting in incorrect parts being shipped at our expense, Once Marcone is notified of an issue or mistake on theyre part, you put thru to customer service, who in turn double charges you to ship the correct part, and makes you wait week on a refund. Also they have started shipping U.S.Mail and telling customers its FedEx Special. resulting in parts showing up sometimes 7 days later. I was assigned a sales rep to help fix the problems (Hector) Hes never returned a call, (after multiple attempts). I closed my account with Marcone a few years back, and the sales rep (John Roberts) called me every month for a year, with promises of great pricing and customer service, and after a year of going back and giving them another chance, the service has actually gotten worse. There are many competitive appliance parts dealers, and any are a better choice.Jeff Garitson
