I have an automatic mahjongg table which I purchased years ago from a different vendor. After having no luck finding someone in Houston to fix the machine, a friend recommended Charles at Versatile. Although he doesnt carry the brand of table I have, he was very knowledgeable about it and was able to send me the part to fix it. How wonderful to find expertise and great customer service. He made a bunch of old ladies very happy.

Ive had my table over 3 years and love it. Everyone loves to come to my house toplay. Charles and his wife have given me excellent customer service. I couldnt ask for more.

I purchased an automatic mahjongg table from Versatile Machinery over 6 years ago and I absolutely love it! I was hesitant about spending the money, worried that if something went wrong with it, what would I do? The owners assured me if anything went wrong, theyd repair or walk me through steps on my own. I have had no major problems the entire time and my friends and I are happy to come over to play since we get so many more games than with a regular set. They are a USA company that stands behind the product and I highly recommend them if you are looking to buy an automatic table, this is the company to pick.

Ordered online. Table arrived defective. They kept ignoring me throughout the course of 7 MONTHS while trying to get my broken table fixed. They kept setting up calls to troubleshoot the issue live and kept failing to attend them. They would tell me to call back tomorrow and promise to help, then never pick up the phone even though I called throughout the day. The only thing seemed to get their attention was a Consumer Protection Complaint. I still got a replacement (a slightly newer model) in the end at no cost to me. I suspect they were intentionally ignoring me and hoping Id just give up and accept the $1000+ dollar loss, which is a terrible way to treat a paying customer. But, have to give them some credit for eventually resolving the issue and getting me a slightly newer model at no cost (other than time and frustration) to me, despite me not retaining the original shipping materials as their warranty instructs. Couldve been worse.I know of at least 1 other person who has had a similar experience with them. Its been a year for them and they havent gotten a resolution yet, though.EDIT: Updating this from 2 to 1 stars. I wasnt gonna do this but they continued to threaten me so its only fair. They are now threatening me with legal action because of my honest, negative review. Hope that gives you an idea of the way they treat customers.

This guy is a jerk. We ordered some new wheels for our table and paid for them back in Oct 2018. We were told numerous times the wheels should be here in a few weeks. Its almost Feb 2019 and still no wheels. We looked up the address for this place, drove to it, and found it to be a fake address.Ill eat the $30 we paid for the wheels but buyer beware! Im reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau.

Both the table and the customer service I received were of excellent quality. Any and all questions I had were answered clearly and in an efficient manner.

I have purchased 2 automatic mah jongg tables from Versatile Machinery and could not have been more pleased with my experience. The first was for my brother who happens to live in Tampa so was able to pick it up directly. I, on the other hand, live in Denver, Colorado, so when I was ready to order my table, it needed to be shipped. It arrived as scheduled in several large boxes and I called a couple of friends to put it together. The directions were easy to read and follow until they got to the last step and we could not find the bag of screws we needed to attached the walls. I sent Charles an email and he sent them out immediately, arriving in 2 days. I use the table several times a week and love it.,Recently I had a problem with a tile ending up in the wrong place. I called charles and with the use of FaceTime he was able to walk me through how to reach the errant tile and retrieve it. You cannot imagine my relief and appreciation for the fine help I received. Anyone who plays mah jongg frequently, as I do, should get this table. You and your friends will love it.
