I would not recommend using this company for your stainless steel material needs. They improperly packaged sheets to be sent to us two times in a row and are insisting that it is our problem and billing us for the material that was damaged and of no use or value to us. And we dont even have all the material. They took back one pallet but are still charging us for it. The common carrier that was used showed us on the paperwork where they are supposed to take the material back but they are still refusing. We have called and tried to resolve the issue but our sales person was extremely rude and simply said Im sorry you feel that way*Since this review was made we have come to a compromise that is acceptable for both companies. I have changed the stars.
