Great place to work if you are coming straight out of A&P School. They run 3 shifts, though new guys usually get stuck on 1st (7:15-15:30). Starting pay is $18.50 with affordable insurance. The bushes consist of 2 huge hangers able to hold (6 to 7) 737s/Airbuss a peice. Work environment is safe, but you are hounded to get work done. Though honestly, if you just stay busy and dont stop to talk to everyone that was by, you will go far. Most of the supervisors are friendly, as well as the leads. Overall, its a great place to work and to get some OTJ experience for your career.
It was great very interesting
Good flight for my son
Dont listen to what people say about pemco. Different owners now and way better company now.
Taken over by airborne
Great place to work for and great place to have work done on your fleet of airplanes
Management is incompetent. High rates of turnover in the first year. I quit after 10 months because of how badly organized this place was. 120 people layed off in one day, the rest of us put on 6, 10 hour shifts because it was cheaper to pay us overtime. After about 2 weeks of this we went back to regular shifts painting walls (not kidding about paining walls). This was because there were no contracts in the middle of the year for 2 months. Management doesnt care about their employees. Beware of this place.
Amazing....place to work......
I honestly would not allow this company to administer services on a model aircraft. Very untrustworthy and habitual corner cutters.
Not much opportunity for advancement after bankruptcy
Provides a paycheck.
Nice
Happy
Excelent company.
