Service not great

Absolutely the worst customer service reply I have ever had! One star is too much. I sent a question to Customer Service asking two questions and after six weeks, thats right, SIX weeks, I get a one sentence useless answer in pidgin English, that did not even answer any questions, there was no greetings (hi, hello etc) or name attached to the answer and it was in tiny font. like size 6. This guy should be fired and put to work cleaning toilets, cant believe he is actually representing this company.
