I have never talked to anyone or dealt with this company before and today I called in to ask a few questions about a labtop. The gentleman who I spoke with (Shawn) Employee #231153. He was Amazing very nice answered all my questions politely. Great Customer Service in today’s world is hard to find. Thanks so much. Look forward to working with you guys.

Jen or whatever her name is has a nasty attitude. She thinks she can talk to people any way she wants to. Her customer service is TERRIBLE! & they love changing your payment dates, amounts and all. Just unprofessional and uninformative about terms of lease. Jens smart mouth is going to cost her job.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I went in an hour before the store closed, they had me wait and wait and wait and then a blonde lady named Jen or Jan came out and was EXTREMELY rude. I went back into the store after she told me to leave because I was trying to get information off the worker who was actually trying to help me and she started off again threatening the cops and again being plain rude and I was just trying to get the information I needed to take my services elsewhere, I would go to ANY other rent a center than this one. The employees and rude, extremely disrespectful and ABSOLUTELY LAZY!!!!

Good prices horrible delivery !! I had a washer and dryer delivered to my house. It was very clear the delivery guys wanted to be done with their day . They left my dryer IN THE MIDDLE OF MY KITCHEN FLOOR ! Because it wouldnt fit I have a torn ALL and not suppose to lift more than 15 pounds but Im going to have to take the dryer down the steps. I told the guys if you take that back off it will fit and was told yeah man weve been doing that for 2 weeks it gets old....

Obviously prey on people in NEED. Great business model.

I love this rent - a - center in midway in Akron. Ive been with them over 5 years. They are always helpful with me, they always improve on there products, very knowledgeable, Eric and Brandon are great managers, great store to go to. Maddy evans

Good service just really really slow.. Plan on spending at least a hour inside

May not be the best place to rent but agreed with Anti bam if its over priced go buy it from a store they do it so you dont dump 1,000 out of pocket in one day. Stfu and be happy and if you cant afford it dont do it
