Like this vehicle the best..traded 17 for 18... But would have preferred to have been given a Toyota !!! 2015 you know!! What I really could afford, rather than a New car!!! Thanks

Went to the Pell City location today ..I was interested in buying a car for my granddaughter...drove up, parked and walked around lot for 10 minutes maybe. When no ever came out I went inside thinking everyone must be busy. To my surprise salesman and ladies were talked, laughing. They did ask if I needed help, I explained my need...with a I don’t care attitude, don’t have time to to look . I will by a car just want be at McSweey not the first time I have had bad experience.

Service Department is horrible. No one will answer the phone but will be standing around talking with other workers. Had my car for a day and half to change oil, check air conditioning and noise under front tires. First day. I had to call after my car was there for 5 hours. They could not hear the noise after driving it many times,was still trying to figure out what was wrong with the air. 2nd day no call and had been promised would call me by noon. Almost 1pm I went to dealership and my car is outside. Finally found someone in service but couldnt tell what was wrong with the air and why it was sitting outside not being worked on. So after a day and half all that was accomplished was oil change. Will not take my car again!

Deceptive and dishonest, promised me 300.00 credit towards keys to a car I purchased, the only one they gave did not work so I paid for new set, forwarded receipts and salesman promised to reimburse me, went on for a few months then manager Chris bishop promised me the check would be mailed and this has been going on for months now and last excuse was the check they mailed was sent to wrong zip code, never intended to refund me. bad business! Don’t offer if you can’t deliver! Buyers beware!

I was very upset with my results. I was denied and wasnt given a reason as to why. I asked several times so I could fix whatever the problem was but kept saying they didnt know why. If they dont then WHO does. VERY, VERY UNHAPPY😞😞😞

Everything was handled exactly the way they said it would be from the beginning and they go the extra mile to make sure the customer is pleased in the end.

Bought 2 cars here within a month. Was promised a number of free oil changes at the location. Then was told they couldnt service either car to take them to their Pell City location and they would honor the deal. Took one of my cars, which is not convenient as it is 35 miles from me, and was told I had to pay for the oil change. Would never buy from this dealership again, as they do not keep their promises.

Will never call this company EVER again. Found a car online for sale and emailed them. Received an email back about calling them about the car in question. I called them and was informed that the car had some motor issues and that they would just verify it due to it being on a specific list. No big deal. Then in less than 2 minutes I had a received a call from the individual helping me who stated that the car was no longer for sale because Bill Stanfords father in law was now driving it! You gotta be kidding me. Now I have heard EVERYTHING Thats how its done in Alabama! Roll Tide!

I took my truck there for a repair .it lasted 3 months then shorted out .I count het it back to them I tried they were to bissy .so I took it to another gm dealer they fixed the short mdscwenny caused .I cost me 150 bucks .I tried 3 days to get someone from there to return my call .no luck .I will never go back there or recommend them to anyone

They will sell you a bad car and will not fix it. Also took my car in for service got an oil change with too much oil. And my window got broke and they did not fix it. I hate this place. And spent over 20,000.00 cash with them only to be treated like trash.
