You had my truck for 3 full days and when I called to ask about it, I was told you werent sure what was wrong with it. Than I get a call Monday to tell me you now know and itll be almost $2700.00 to fix! After removing some things, I still ended up paying $2391 and some change! I had a tune up, power steering pump, and fre-on added. And a transmission flush as supposed to be done but i didnt see that on the receipt. And i sure wasnt going to ask about it in case you wanted to charge me more! And a recall that was under warranty.I count those first 3 days as only owing the diagnostic fee. Since on that Friday afternoon you didnt know what was wrong with it. So how did I pay over $1100 just in labor for one days work?No, I was very unhappy and will not bring my truck back there. And will recommend to anyone that will listen to not bring their cars to you for repairs. I went to you so I didnt have to drive to Tulsa. Spending a little more on the gas to get there would have been way cheaper than paying your company.

Advertise they will pay top dollar for you used vehicle and then undercut you. Dealing with the finance person in Tahlequah is a joke. He doesn’t talk to you, sends the salesman out to get answers to all his questions. Sends salesman out to let you know what he will give you for a trade value on your car while he sits behind his desk! Had the salesman ask us what we wanted, undercut us by 500.00. We gave them $1000.00 leadway! The salesman was awesome, he lost a potential sale due to this man. Go to another dealership don’t waste your time here!

Tow in my 2003 Subaru last month because Ive been told from a technician that it was a transmission leak. Let TNAG know my concerns and they seemed confident they could fix the problem: told them maybe transmission leak and idling. They did a diagnostic on it and it wasnt a transmission leak so they did not feel comfortable working on it any further since leak seemed to come from engine bay area but they arent exactly sure where. They recommended that I should have Subaru shop look into it instead. Understandable. Tow was 50 bucks for local towing. Then spent $126 for the diagnostic, more expensive than I wouldve charged if I was a service writer especially for an old car lol. Most places would start at 50 bucks before they know they couldnt go any further or if they know they couldnt do the work. But its a small town so I get it. Anyway, Russell was easy to talk with and he was very genuine in working with me. I would send people to him if I still live in Tahlequah. I ended up selling my car on their lot to a dealer and had it tow out. Staffs were all friendly and its good to hear all of them greet even when theyre busy!

I made offer on car and they wouldnt deal. The next day bought exact same car 2 years newer, clean car facts, 30k less miles, more options, and for $400 less than their final with doc fee included. Bottom line there is a better deal. Shop somewhere else.

Shopping was great, sales person wasnt pushy, even offered to locate same type of vehicle with less bells and whistles (didnt really need all that). They found one in a different color but we decided not to go with that color. Couldnt locate a cajun red with cloth seats that anyone would give up. On Saturday, I was texted a lower price for the one at the dealership, agreed to go to dealership to purchase and talk about trade in. When we got there, we were told that someone else had agreed to a price too, which irritated us. We were satisfied with the trade in price. We were there for about 3 hours before we were able to start paperwork. Unable to take the vehicle that day, had to take the buyers agreement to the the bank on Monday. Monday afternoon, we took the bank draft to the dealership & got the vehicle. On Wednesday, I received a call from the Sales Manager stating there was a problem. The dealership failed to put the pay off amount of the trade in on the buyers agreement, essentially shorting the dealership $1700. I go back to the bank and the loan officer called the sales manager. She basically told him it was his mistake and as far as the bank was concerned it was a done deal because they accepted the bank draft and left the title with the bank. The sales manager raised his voice asking her havent you ever made a mistake?. In my opinion he was rude and unprofessional. Before I even got back to my office he text me a picture of the paper I signed stating they would take the $1700 out of the trade in price, asking dont you remember this?. I replied yes I did and I would do the right thing and bring in the money to the dealership. All I received was thank you. Took the money in on Friday, luckily that sales manager wasnt there.

My friends went here to get their car serviced . Not only were the employees extremely unhelpful in taking a look at the vehicle in a timely manner but also they looked them up and friended them on facebook. When confronted about the issue they stated that everyone looked them up. Acting like it was normal for businesses to do that. Now why on earth would you need to look someone up on FB to service their car? Also multiple items were stolen from the vehicle. If I could give zero stars I would. I know there is not very many places to choose from here but I would drive to tulsa and back before I ever went here to get my car serviced.

Every time I set foot on the Tommy Nix property in Tahlequah, OK, I met with professionalism, courtesy, knowledgeable staff and always leave knowing that I was well taken care of. The staff there are always polite and ready to answer any questions. Not only do use Tommy Nix Service Department, I purchased my vehicle from them. The whole process has been great. I used the jeep service center & they were amazing!!! I was able to drop my jeep off without an appointment (I think they knew how extremely stressed I was about it😅) they got it in as quick as they could & put me in a rental. Then they had me back in my car the very next day! And I called numerous times and each time Matt would answer all my questions & was extremely nice!Thank you Tommy Nix for the amazing team!

Why does a person drive over two hours from Joplin, MO to buy a vehicle from Tommy Nix Auto Group? SERVICE. Keanu was considerate, above-board, and took care of everything. Ive never seen a sales rep work that hard to make a deal happen. There were no surprises, NO hard-sales techniques, and he made sure I was fully informed every step of the way. We pulled in pretty late, and they didnt have much of what we were looking for in our price range, but the guys were super great about letting us look at the vehicles similar to what we were looking for. Would be happy to go back when this COVID craziness is over and our finances stretched a little less thin. Actually felt like we were talking to a human being who understood us rather than someone just trying to make that sale.

John Downs and Matt Trott with service department has the greatest customer service! I bought my car from John a year ago but if I ever have issues or just questions I know I can reach out and he is always willing to help! Matt helped me with a flat tire and was so kind and willing to do the best he possible could to help me. Definitely feel like I can call the dealership with anything needed and they will do everything to help me. The flat tire is the only issue I have ever had with my Jeep and I love that it came with roadside assistance and free oil changes! Purchasing a car and finding out it burns oil and coolant during the first week was not fun. Additionally, I had to do my own research to find out the engine has been changed. In the world of mechanics these things are hard to miss. I deeply question if they truly check and inspect their vehicles. I was able to return the car and found out that the sales manager was a reasonable person. The salesmen and mechanics I find to be either ignorant or perhaps deceptive. The communication between departments is horrid and if you get a car here make sure it is brand new!

The negotiating process took longer than really was necessary and it did not end well. We told them exactly what we could do and they would not come out and say yes or no. Updated review! 8/29/20 - I had an appointment to get my oil changed this morning and Tommy brought my 3 year old son donuts. We were in and out quickly and the waiting area was very clean. They even vacuumed up the fruit loops my son dumped all over my car. Great service!!Keeanu went above and beyond finding the car that worked for my family. Everything was done by text and online. So after starting the process on Saturday evening. Came in Monday to just look at vehicles. John Downs helped us look and try out about 10 different cars. We probably looked at all of them. After about an hour and half, Tommy Nix got us the vehicle we wanted for the price and down payment. Needless to say it was the best car experience we had. What is even better is that there was no hassle, no pressure to do anything. Our whole process took 2.5 hours. From the minute we walked onto the lot until the minute we walked off nothing but great service. Definitely would refer others and come back when we are ready for another.

Be very careful when making a deal here!! We drove here from NW Arkansas because my husband went high school with Darrel Yates. Don’t take there car for an overnight test drive, your trade-in might be gone the next day like ours was. This man will pray with you right before he bends you over and gives you the shaft! Buyer beware. (Oh, and the SUV broke down, a POS)

I have to start by saying that my husband and I avoid dealerships if at all possible. We visited Tommy Nix because they had a specific car we were looking for. We couldnt be more pleased!! We live over an hour away so we contacted them via phone first and Clint was incredibly helpful! Before we went, we already knew a lot about the car to make it worth our while. There were no surprises when we got there. It was just as described and the pictures hed provided were accurate. Everyone we worked with there was extremely pleasant. The owner, Tommy Nix, was there and introduced himself to us. He was very pleasant as well. We ended buying our car there for a great price. Looked at a Daytona charger. The car was nice. I personally felt the car was over priced based on the market I had been researching and Carfax where I found the car. Also backed up by KBB. Sales Manager and salesman were very nice but pretty firm on price. Come to find out the car was Tommy Nix daughters demo and my wife and I got the feeling they just didnt want to sell the car. We would up purchasing from Chris Nikel. Your mileage may very depending on who is driving the car.

Overall, the experience wasnt horrible, but the salesman was being pushy and that is always a turnoff. I will not state his name, but will say he promised not to send our credit inquiry to a bunch of credit lenders and thats just what he did and it knocked the credit score down 8 points which was what I was trying to avoid.

Mr. Nix himself seems to be a very kind man. However his staff does not seem to know much about proper customer service. This makes the 3rd bad experience I have had in dealings here.I have been speaking for 3 days with members of the sales staff about 2004 GMC 2500, they have sent me pictures and assured me the vehicle was still available and that they would get me the price asap... They told me this for 3 days, then an hour ago informed me it was taken to auction yesterday...this is terrible business...After having a bad experience Mr. Nix himself called me to take care of the issue. This is extremely important and rare si this made the experience much better. Thank you

Bought a used truck here last week. We drove from Missouri to get this truck. We got home, all was good, started it the next day and the check engine light was in. Took it to OReillys and it shown 2 catalytic converters were bad. Any car person knows those are expensive. OReillys said the code had been cleared multiple times. We called Tommy Nix, they asked us to get an estimate as the miles were so low Ford should still have a warranty. Vance Dealership in miami ok said we were SOL. We called Tommy Nix back and told them the repairs were going to cost $2100+ and we werent good on that or happy with our purchase. They assured us they would make it right. We drove the truck back down, they fixed it as promised and tonight we get it back. Anyone there was more than willing to listen to us as we expressed our concerns. Now my hubby has his Christmas present in time for Christmas.

Ran a credit check when I expressly told them not to because I was going to see if I could get a better deal somewhere else. They even sent finance papers to the credit union. It almost caused a big mess when we bought from another dealership and they used the same credit union. Were not the first ones who have had this problem with them and Im sure we wont be the last.
