I had my 2006 Ford F-150 XLT Super-Cab 5.4 3 value V8 4X4 61 bed, towed in. Because it has a Ford Motor Company safety manufacturer recall. They said they couldnt work on it because it didnt have original parts. However that isnt true. All the parts are original. Nothing has been removed or changed.They just didnt want to work on it because they are to lazy.Plus very bad customer service, and very rude. And doesnt call back to days later.

Friendly staff with up to date technology. I had an oil change with a tire rotation, (brought my own oil and filter) for only $19.25 They also inspected tire wear, brake wear, and a few other things. I had this done on a Saturday afternoon when all the usual places were closed. I highly recommend!

The day I bought my truck (23 May 2020) from Stuteville Ford, I was told that I could check my preferred insurance for gap coverage and cancel theirs ($1000) at no cost within the month with no additional fees or consequences. I came in and canceled that week (30 May 2020) and told it would take a couple weeks to get my full refund. It’s now been over 8 months and no refund to the bank and I’m being told it will be four more weeks and a $200 penalty. I buy new to me vehicles about every two to three years, I suppose that gap insurance money is worth more than my next car purchase from them.UPDATE 06-01-2021It’s been 366 days since I cancelled gap coverage from Stuteville Ford, one week after telling me that it could be cancelled in the first month with no penalty. That paperwork was signed twice (it magically disappeared once) and I was promised multiple times that the refund would arrive in my account. It never did. Luckily for me I recorded my interactions with Troy and others. I guess now it’s time to decide if this is a small claims matter. All my recordings are time stamped and I had Troy make me copies of my cancellation paperwork. Jason Bailey stated that if I had called him first it would have been resolved sooner (11Feb2021), but even since his involvement there is no resolution.I’ve also recorded the messages that I left Troy and were never returned.The staff is nice and polite, but please, record your interactions as I have. Took my 1996 F350 XLT in for a power steering fix.They replaced a hose and Power steering pump. $700.00 +.Two days later pump went out. Did they replace original???Both times it was Extremely Difficult to get the service dept. to pick up my call. I would ask for my service rep. the phone would ring and ring and someone else voice mail would answer.Worst place for communication...Guess Ill drive the extra miles to a different dealership.

My partner bought a truck here and was told he could cancel gap coverage within thirty days with no penalty and a full refund. He called a week later to cancel, but it has now been a year and they are still refusing to refund his $1,000. If this is how they treat disabled veterans, I doubt you’ll have better luck with them. Take your business elsewhere.

Would give zero stars if possible. Absolutely the rudest service department people I’ve ever encountered. Good luck to you, if you are brave enough to buy a car here. Because anyone can tell you that a dealership is made or broken by their SERVICE. I would look elsewhere, unless you enjoy being made to feel as though you are a total inconvenience by every person you encounter.

Did $14k in repairs to our vehicle didn’t blend the color to the vehicle paint pen marks left all over the vehicle bolts missing out the fender and still a dent in the hood. Overall bad experience wouldn’t recommend be wary!

I always try to get my oil changes here. The price for a oil change is cheaper then jiffy lube. The only issue is they get busy so you might have a wait.

They used wrong oil, on my oil change, the mechanic didnt put all the lug nuts back on one tire..causing the wheel to wobble vigorously...When taken off. The holes were then oval shaped...Then they fix that stuff after I called corporate office...Then, they needed to put recall items on..one was for transmission controlling the speed and shifting...They said it was a defective part...said it would be safe to drive...until the new part came in...I called corporate office again this is NOT SATISFACTORY !!!!

Dont buy from here youll get screwed we got ext warranty on vehicle refinanced with a better rate and a free ext warranty they said we had 30 days to cancel it we did in the aloted time they said it would take 30 days to get the money back it toke 150 days to get it back and they charged us 500 dollars to stop it plus they earned interest on our 4000.00 plus we had to pay interest on the 4000.00 while they sat on it I can tell you many stories of other people they screwed james hodge will service this vehicle sorry james for not buying from you!!!!

DO NOT use this service department for an oil and filter change unless you have a minimum of 1 hour to kill! Even if they tell you that you are the only one in line it will be at least 1 hour and figure 2 hours if anyone is ahead of you......... This is the worst service department I have ever seen! Go down the road and use one of the independent Quick Lube business’s where you can be out in under 10 minutes. We have given Stuteville Ford our business for quite a while now, but I told them it stops today, because I just waited over 2 hours for my oil change when they weren’t even busy............

Even though I was just looking because Im thinking about getting out of my 13 year old Lexus they were still very helpful, and they werent pushy at all. The main reason we were there was for my husbands escape. They already have done much better customer service then the actually dealer we had gotten his car from.

I have been trying to get my airbag recall fixed for 2 years. I tried to get it done when I lived in El Reno from the Ford dealer I bought the car from but each time I called was told rudely the part was not available. So when I received my 4th letter from Ford about the recall, I decided to call Stuteville Ford in Tahlequah since I now live at Lake Tenkiller. I spoke with Anita whom was very friendly and so helpful and she advised she would order the part and call when it came in. Less than a week she called and scheduled me a appointment. Anita and Lisa both were so helpful and friendly when I took my car in. They replaced the airbag without any problems in just a few hours. I cant say enough Thank yous to both these wonderful hard working ladies for being there when I needed them. Anita told me to let her know if I needed anything in the future. Very professional and caring employee. Thank Stuteville Ford for fixing my car and having such wonderful ladies working for you.

These guys were awesome. They explained everything that was wrong with our vehicles, how to fix it, how much it was going to cost, and were totally patient with my family and I as we debated if we could afford it or not. They didnt pressure us or make us feel dumb for asking questions or needing them to explain again. They were responsible and honest. When my car was there they ran a diagnostic test that came back inconclusive (my car was a Buick and needed a Chevy/GMC place not a Ford place they told me) so they didnt charge me for anything not even the test since they couldnt fix it. Also, when they were moving my car they ran over a nail and fixed it right away after telling me what happened free of charge. Honest place with honest and kind workers.

Purchased a vehicle from them. Was called several times concerning ‘parts recall’ but in the end I wound up paying extra for other services they noticed I could use- which was no biggie. However, when I try to call regarding a simple oil change I’m unable to get ahold of anyone. First attempt I was placed on hold for nearly 5 min (I could still hear worker in background so that was annoying). Second attempt went to voicemail and with no return. Purchase of my vehicle was no problem but if servicing is going to be an issue I’ll prob just try another dealer next time and maybe avoid the hassle.Update: got a call back a few hours later. Appointments are no longer taken, just drop in. And price estimate wasn’t possible until service is provided.
