Linda at Bellevue healthcare was very knowledgeable and very helpful when I needed to rent a hospital bed fir my husband who had a quadruple bypass. I called on a Wednesday afternoon, the bed was delivered on Thursday morning, Linda was so helpful as I had no idea what I needed. The hound man who delivered the bed was very kind. He set the bed up and explained how it workedI would definitely recommend this company if you need hospital equipment!
Hi my husband is on Hospice care & we use this company for his oxygen needs. Because of a power outage we needed more oxygen delivered to allow a continuous supply for him. The Tech that delivered the tanks was Ramone. I want to commend him for his CARING service to us. As someone who is caring for a loved one, and the main concern & frustration at times is, if they have the best comfort available for them. Ramon was beyond with his service. He immediately accessed the situation, listened to my concern about the time that we were scheduled to be without power. He then contacted the office and within mins had a very satisfying solution to our problem . Having that kind of care and concern is and was very refreshing & just plain nice. The first person who helped us on Monday was knowledgable and very helpful. He would get the full 5 Star rating. I took the mask home and used it two nights. It did not fit me properly, (not the fault of your salesperson ) so Wednesday I returned. There were two young women at the front, who were very polite, but clearing did not know anything about my CPAP mask fitting issues. I really don’t believe it was their fault. I know you have lots of items in your business. Perhaps a general training of staff about the item you sell would be beneficial.

I have enjoyed working with Bellevue Healthcare Tacoma through both personal and professional interactions. I am a hospital employee and appreciate their ability to go the extra mile in making my patients feel comfortable transitioning home. Providing direct numbers for call backs ensure continuity of care and helps us move quickly. Their delivery drivers are helpful with set up and arrive within the time frame - specified ahead of time. They even have guidance available for navigating the tricky insurance loopholes to get the equipment covered. When I have a choice, I choose Bellevue Healthcare Tacoma.

My daughter has AKI and stage 4 liver failure. She is frail and extremely weak. I desperately needed a hospital bed to care for her. Both the hospital case manager and the insurance did not follow through so I was left bringing my daughter home from the hospital without a bed, other than mine, for her. The employee at the Tacoma branch of Bellevue Heathcare, Lala, saved us! She is an angel in disguise. I was being put off by the insurance, after being told the bed was authorized, and was in a terrible position. Lala fixed everything! She is fantastic. She was able to get us a temporary authorization in less than 20 minutes and a next day delivery. So I bought a twin blow up mattress for myself and put my daughter in my bed and improvised with furniture for railings. Not ideal, but workable for one night. Sincerely appreciation to Lala and Bellevue Healthcare.

We were visiting family in Tacoma and my grandpas wheelchair broke. We were able to get a rental wheelchair from their store that same day and they even let us know we can return it to their Spokane store when we get back home. Very convenient and great service.

The original mask I got did not work out so I requested a nasal mask. They didn’t have one in the Tacoma store so they said they would send me one. Still waiting after 2 weeks.

I will start by saying that when calling I am treated with kindness and support. However, we are at 9 months waiting on a custom wheelchair and is just a ridiculously long time. Also, nobody ever keeps me posted on status so leaving myself to make the call.
Cssy went out of his way, to help us get what we were explaining we are experiencing at home with our father. He also suggested some things that would help. I really had a great experience. Compared to Norco . Lots more to look at.
My family went through a horrible experience, of my father having a massive heart attack. He spent a number of days in ICU and was discharged to recover at home. We were unaware of some of the side effects he would experience on the medication he was sent home with. Unfortunately, his joints and legs were so swollen and in so much pain he had been stuck in a chair for 2 days. My mother had attempted to lift him out, but due to her limitations he was stuck.. I always knew the day would come when our rolls would be reversed, child caring for parent, I just didnt realize it was coming so quickly. When I went to check on my parents and saw the condition of my father I knew that I needed to have a hospital bed delivered as soon as possible, so he could lay and elevate his legs and begin the healing process. I GOOGLED and your company name came up. I phoned in, the minute you opened and a wonderful women spoke to me, she sympathized with my situation, said she understood the urgency of having a bed delivered that same day, and put me on hold. She came back and said they would waive the same day delivery fees. She also stated an individual would call me and let me know when the bed would be delivered. The gentlemen called back within an hour and stated between 3:00-4:30 pm that day he would be there. However, he was early and came to set up the bed at 2:40pm. I was so impressed on how sensitive he was to my families situation, he chatted with my parents, commented on their kitty, and very patiently explained every button on the controller for the bed. We still have the bed and my dad is using it for the remainder of the month, I just cannot express how grateful I was to everyone I have spoken to from your company. No offense but I hope I never need any medical equipment again, but most likely I will and you would be the first company I would call. I want a BIG Kuddos to the woman who walked me through the process to place the order for my father, and another BIG KUDDOS to the man who set the bed up. PS..I even called your number today to see where I could post some feedback and a wonderful gentlemen patiently directed me to your website and made sure I knew what I was doing before disconnecting. Often help us out, fixing wheelchairs and go the extra mile without asking for anything in return. Deliver supplies without hesitation. Recently, we received a call of an update without requesting. Very courteous and patient!
This place is disgusting. The only reason that this business has any stars is the old crew that used to work there. They are out, quit, and with them, any loaner wheelchairs they had given out. They dont even have a guy to fit you for a wheelchair, because of that they Indian give a paraplegic guys legs? Almost laughable if it wasnt so repulsive. Commissioned wages do sick things to people. Olympic Pharmacy really stepped up to the plate. On blind faith alone, leant me a chair the day I called them that actually fits me. (Unlike the too small one that Bellevue gave me, then refused to refit because they dont make commission off that. Of course they dont tell you, your nothing but a price tag but that is obvious as soon as they start jerking you around.) Olympic Pharmacy specializes in children, but didnt hesitate to help a 38 year old wheelchair bound man. These are the guys that deserve the Google stars. Not money hungry salesmen scum. Thanks again Olympic, and go screw yourself Bellevue!
I need to make an edit because the aftercare has a lot to be desired. When reordering the automated service is fine until the need for human to be involved. I am rarely contacted and this is a problem that is constant. I am changing who provides my equipment and supplies due to this lack. I feel bad for the owner and those who do provide great service here.Wonderful very helpful and made sure i understood everything about my machine. Also prior to my coming in checked with my insurance to make sure i was covered and could use them and what my out of pocket etc would be. I am so very happy i decided to go here.
Writing in to share our appreciation for the quality of service your staff provided to us when we were seeking to obtain a Golden Literider Envy Power Chair and to get a first-hand demonstration of its functionalities. We had been looking for quite some time to find a dealer that physically had the product on hand. When we arrived at the store the staff were kind and courteous in greeting us. They brought out the Blue model for my wife and I and spent the next hour with us demonstrating the operation, assembly and disassembly of the Envy chair as well as describing its special features. With their helpful assistance, we became comfortable with the operation of the unit and its capability to meet our needs.We expected to pay the list price, knowing that we could get a lower price from multiple vendors online like Amazon. We were especially pleased when Bellevue Healthcare offered to match the lowest online price. For the same price, we essentially had an opportunity to physically put our hands on the unit, get questions answered and ultimately gain useful information about its safe operation. The staff at this store took the time to fully address our concerns and their attitude of service was greatly appreciated!

Stopped by Bellevue Healthcare in Tacoma to look for a rollator walker for my elderly father-in-law. Jessi was friendly and welcoming, patient in listening to what we needed, knowledgeable about several options that would best fit, generous in letting us try several alternatives, and patient while we determined what was best within our budget. I need a replacement Respironics wisp mask frame. They cost $20 on Amazon - the same mask here is $150. Ridiculous!!
