American Home Center did an excellent job of determining our needs after we purchased a home from them. They were upfront with the process required to move and setup the home. We purchased a showroom model which they stored at no additional cost to us until the required construction could be accomplished. Construction was accomplished while Covid 19 restricted the process. They were helpful with all concerns and kept us informed during the entire process. I would recommend them for your home purchase and construction.

When your website and google both show that you are open until 5pm and a potential money spending customer comes through the door to look at your homes at 4:30pm and you get a dirty look as you come through the door followed by being told that you are a little late because they lock up the homes at 4:30, then you need to list that’s what you do on said sites. But who even does business like that? Honestly. No thanks. Won’t be back. Rude and tacky.

My experience with American Home Center was amazing . My sales person Linnette Gonzales helped us through the whole process with purchasing our beautiful home. She was the best. Tom and his construction team was fantastic to work with . Beverly in service was helpful, excellent through the process. Reason for 4 star-Long delays with communication and the process. I was living in Eastern WA at the time and could not be available at all times.Great customer service. Fair pricing. Convenient location to visit the site and view the model homes. I am very happy with the outcome. The home looks amazing on the property. I do recommend this company even though I had longer delays.

Seems like the pick and choose who they want to work with. Gladly would love to take my business else where 😊

Me and my Husband just showed up to get some information. I talked to linnette a few days prior and told me to stop by anytime to view some houses and get information. We showed up today and was refused because 1. We did not have an appointment and 2 because we didnt own land yet. Also 3 because of covid they could only show 3 houses. So thanks for nothing and your customer service sucks. Had a fantastic experience at claytons!

Not at all impressed by these home or the quality. They looked cheap and put together by paper. They had some nice features, but no creative designs to make them look unique or gave me that WOW factor like I got at another dealer. 95% of them were very small sq footage also.

What a professional and well managed dealership. The management and the sales force are completely responsive. The commitment to creating Raving Fans of their service is quite evident. I toured the models and was met with care and concern over my needs. I could not recommend their team more. The commitment to service was overwhelming.

Linnette was who i worked with getting my home. She was great with keeping me updated on the progress of our home. American Home Center was twenty thousand dollars cheaper than Clayton Homes in Lacey for the same floor plan at base price.

Whoever the worthless older gentleman was needs to find something else to do with his time. This place loses a lot of business because of him.

Straight talkers, these guys are contractors and deal with a large area around Puget Sound and know what theyre going to come up against with these different counties. If you want facts and dont want the sales pitch these are the guys to go to. Their website is great. All of these homes are very customizable and its much easier to look at your options online.

Guy was really attentive and honest. Didnt try to sell us on anything. We decided not to buy a manufactured home at this time but would buy from them if we were.

Nice affordable homes with friendly and knowledgeable salesman. Very knowledge construction department as well. What more do you want. Save time and get everything done at one place.

Couple of problems that distinguish this dealer from some others in the general Seattle area. First, the selection of onsite models is limited and there are absolutely no signs, brochures, anything in any house to tell you what youre looking at. Second, the sales approach is sketchy from the moment you walk in the door. Our experience went like this. Walk in. Sales guy comes out all smiles and asks if we need help. We ask if the homes are open, he says most are. We say are prices and options posted in each home, he says no. Why? Because prices change to often for them to keep up with. Lie No. 1. We ask, then what are we supposed to do to determine what interests us? He says, walk around and take notes, hell explain everything when we come back. Thats really convenient. He then acts like it just surprised him but he just happens to have a map of the lot with the homes identified by manufacturer and model. Lie No. 2. The map is wrong. We visited several houses, checked the manufacturers data plate and nothing matched the old, out of date map. Basically, misleading information.This sales approach would win high praise among the used car sales types. Provide very little useful info, lie when convenient, and probe for information to determine how much to charge. Its transparent, dishonest, and not competitive in an age when I can obtain the real information from the internet.We will not be using this dealer to help us purchase a house. I dont trust them. Sad that they use the term American in their company name.

Interested in buying a home so we stopped by American home center. We were met at the door and asked where we lived. When we said CARNATION we were told that they could not help us and to try down the road. Wow.. what the heck. He told us anywhere else the process was 2 months and 2 1/2 years in King county. Whatever...So if you live in King county dont waste your time driving out to American home store, they will meet you at the door and bluntly send you packing.

Honestly, if I could give this place no stars I would. We drove all the way to Tacoma from Bremerton to look at these manufactured homes because they had more options than what we had locally. We walked in and was greeted by a woman, Linnette Gonzalez, who did not look friendly at all. She gave us a little map and we walked around to look at the different models. When we were done, we walked back in the office and told her that we were interested in a specific company, Marlette homes. She had no interest in helping us whatsoever, but she did hand us her card. We walked out. If she didnt want our business, we will take it elsewhere. Her card said she was a sales consultant but there was no consulting thus there is no sale. She might want to find a different job because customer service is definitely not it. I advise people to stay away and visit a different company. Youve been warned.

They had the information i needed to know how to proceed with my project. They werent all about making the sale. They were more about helping to solve my problem.

Went to look at these homes, Nice Homes...but their service has a -5 stars...My Husband and I stopped by there this evening, we walked thru office...saying hello. Is anyone here. Few minutes later a lady came out from back office, she lets us know which houses were available and which ones were not ready. She did not ask any sort of questions. After we did a walk thru of the homes we went back on o the office to ask about prices, nobody was in office, once again. Few minutes later a gentleman comes from back off asked if we needed anything, he let us know the lady was out showing homes to customers. She didnt offer to show us any homes at all. She didnt step a foot out of the main office. They Do Not or Will Not have Our Service 🚫😠

Over priced and there land home packages are a joke. By the time you pay for the house and all the extras for the land, you are better off buying a real house.

Drove from preston TO Puyallup to look at mobil homes at american home center. Went inside to talk and see if the homes were open. The older man who taked to us was not very friendly and didnt want to talk to us unless we sat down and discussed buying. He. Told us the homes were open. We went out to the first home and went in. Looked around and didn t see the price anywhere.no paper saying the model name or company. It wasnt quite what we wanted. Too small very poor layout. The ouside finish was awful. Boards not meeting correctly. Wood cut uneven and big gaps. Just poor quaility. We wanted to know the name so we wouldnt buy that brand snd model.we went back to ask. He was rude to us, rolling his eyes letting loose a sinister chuckle and not wanting us to know the name or anything. When i told him he was being rude he opened the back gate and said he couldnt help us. If you have any kind of problem with a home that you bought you will not get help from this guy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I spoke with a gentleman here he didnt seem to want my business. U went in to check pricing and availability. He was not very resourceful and only wanted to tell me that they didnt have anything. If it was this service with just a general question I could just imagine the process with purchasing a home. Not worth forking over thousands of dollars for service like that.
