We had a pleasant experience, the travel agent took her time to explain the package and answered all of our questions to the best of her ability. As far as I can remember that agency has always been at that location. The facility was updated clean and well maintained. The two hours we spent going over our travel package flew bye. We are satisfied with the price of the trip. It seems to lean heavily towards the good side of a fair price. We had done our research online before we went to our appointment and there is no doubt that going with this travel agency was the smart choice.Thank you AAA Cruise & Travel

I went to AAA on 6/8/19 for an event in partnership with Mary Bridge Safe and Sound. The event provided free safety checks of infant car seats and teaches new parents how to safely install the seats in their vehicles. They do ask for a small donation to fund future events. The gal who helped us was absolutely amazing! Her name was Kelly. She stated that she is a safety coordinator for AAA. Her friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail was perfect.We had a great experience having Kelly help us with our car seats and would not hesitate to return in the future. Thank you Kelly!

Its one of the nicest AAA travel stores I have been to with all the books, luggage and accessories you need for your travel needs. If only all their stores were as nice. Living in Olympia, I use this store because it is so nice and organized. The staff there are always welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this AAA Travel and Cruise Center to anyone.

Attended a presentation about the Railroad Ride and hotel package they offer at the Grand Canyon. Won 2 tickets on the train as a door prize. Was thinking about the trip before I saw the presentation...now Im sure about going. Great office/store with innumerable items to enhance travel for sale. They introduced the many friendly and enthusiast staff and sales personnel. Will be planning a trip with them soon.

Hes always kept us up to date, informed us of changes in a timely manner, and made himself available to any and all questions we may have involving insurance. Very nice facility. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We have been members for years. We went to get an International Drives License (IDL). They also take passport photos. You dont have to be a member to purchase an IDL or get passport photos, but it is a little cheaper if you are.

In the past month I have made reservations for two airline trips. For the first trip I was helped by Val, the second by Renee. I was so impressed with the extra time and effort Val and Renee took to help me get the most appropriate flights for my needs. It was extremely easy to communicate with them by phone and email. Weve been working with Diana for about 7 months now planning a trip to Italy. While Diana is very nice its also nearly impossible to get her. Not only does no one ever seem to answer the phones when you dial AAA she is also never in her office. We gave her a list of what to book in November and its almost February and we are still having to hound her to get everything done and to get an updated itinerary to us. Needless to say our group is a little stressed out that we wont get to see everything we wanted due to her slow nature of work. While I think shes a very nice person I definitely wont be working with this company again in the future and would steer anyone away from them if you want something done in a timely manner.

Jason Bailey was our first contact when we began looking for Home and Auto insurance after moving to Washington. He provided the information I needed then and has continued to provide excellent service ever since.Recently we were able to move the umbrella policy from out of state coverage to a local plan at a great savings. I sent Jason an email on the weekend expecting a response on Monday, but he got back to me right away and by Tuesday I had all of the papers completed with signatures and the coverage established. I recommended him to my neighbors and they have also been happy with his services.It is nice to know that we have a knowledgeable go to person for our insurance needs.Jason gets 5 stars, but the web site needs some work - 3 stars there.

I just joined AAA Washington a few months ago, when I found out my free towing included in my auto insurance only covered 5 miles, Wow!My car broke at the Ridge race track, driving in the pits. I called and the very nice lady said no problem (I told her exactly where it was & how I was driving it). She assured me it was covered and opened a case. The tow truck was supposed to arrive 70 minutes later, at noon. At 12:30 I got a text that it would be 1:09 before it arrived.Truck finally arrived and the driver informed me that the tow would not be covered. I called and reviewed the case with a gentleman (all cordial & nice at this point). Then he offered a manager if I wanted. I told him only if his answer was no. The manager confirmed that they wont tow from a Motorsports location.I explained that his company made a commitment to me and should back that. All he had to say was it was a teaching opportunity!NO, it was a customer service opportunity and you Fed it up!! I could have called a local towing company and been home by then if the original lady knew their policy!!Not sure if Ill keep my membership.

Good service and attention to detail from the representatives. However, I struggle to get through on the phones to AAA, and recently, Ive encountered more wait time than Ive seen in the past. Make sure you plan ahead because its tough to get things taken care of unless you schedule a fair amount of time to try and get through on phone lines or wait in line at the office.

We always have a great experience when we deal with AAA Travel. The itinerary was explained to our liking, and we even got a better rate when we paid in full. Everybody there is very experienced in what they do, it makes us able to relax and enjoy.

Great customer service, travel store has expensive prices on most of their stuff but its good quality and you know the saying you get what you pay for! Only complaint is having to go back again later to pickup trip ticks, be nice if they could print them while you wait! I live 30 min away.

The reason why I love this place is because I went down there to get some AAA Insurance and while I was there I inquired about a cruise and I was very intrigued and what I found out so I put a down payment toward a cruise from me and my four daughters my four grandsons and my one son-in-law so hopefully Ill get that paid off within a year and we can celebrate together as a family on our first cruise

Not a good agency if you are law enforcement, military, veteran or crime victim and have a dog (service, working, or for protection) they consider dangerous, the do not provide homeowners insurance in that scenario. They are unavailable for days on end. They do not reliably provide complete information and will fail to add a kid to auto insurance when you ask. I used them for years because I liked that they shop around, but have had no end of problems the last several years. the agent will change insurance companies to save money, not explaining that changing companies is punitive in the hostile world of insurance. My entire insurance situation was placed in peril by them. To me not serving veterans is a non starter, I cannot recommend them. Horrible customer service and very non responsive. Part of customer service is knowing what questions to ask.

Jason is by far the best insurance agent that I have ever had. He is remarkably responsive even to very short notice requests. I highly recommend Jason as an insurance agent.
