Very very clean place with lots of options I highly recommend.

I give 2 stars because the food was not bad. . It was the horrible customer service that makes me never go back there. The ladies working the counter messed up our order (no big deal, easy fix, right?) Wrong! Instead of just fixing the mistake they yelled and swore that we didnt know what we ordered. When we asked for receipt, they said they would watch cameras first (really, that serious huh?) Ok,we wait. She brings her phone and shows us a barely audible video and gets mad when we cant hear it. Finally they give a receipt, only shows total,not what we ordered. Escalated way to far for a simple mix up. These people need serious customer service training. I see from a lot if reviews we are not the only ones who dealt with their serious attitude problems! Avoid this place, unless you like to argue

The staff here are so nice! They have a HUGE selection of ice cream flavors for great prices. Definitely check them out!

I used to go to the one all the way in Auburn so glad they got a new location can’t wait to visit soon! Wendy locas are so bomb.

A bad experience, I used to go there until I got a cockroach in a snow, I went to tell them to look at it and the owner, listen, told him on the phone that if he wanted they would sell me cockroaches, they just laughed, they are somewhat slow to dispatch but Well that happens but the way to serve the customer is not correct

They are very slow to serve and apart from that the lady who attends has an ugly character is very violent yesterday Sunday I went with my son and just because I told him that I already had a while there waiting for my snow and a squite the lady answered me very badly and aside her nieces who work there with her do not bring appropriate clothes to work there in that business so I give her a star. Owners check that out of their employees.
