We didnt have an appointment here but we did next door at the eye clinic, the eye clinic had a 8 people limit in the waiting area, the reception didnt let us sit in even tho it was a big waiting area and we had to go stand outside in the cold, but the loving lady at the hearing aid place let us sit in there waiting area and was very kind to us. Thank you so much for letting us wait in there even though we didnt have an appointment with you guys.

Love this place! I have taken my out-of-warranty Costco Resound hearing aids to them 3 times for repair. They did the repair work while I waited. Friendly staff. Lots of parking.

I was seen quickly, tested and the tech was very nice & seemed knowledgeable. Gave me some positive options without being pushy and was honest about insurance & prices. (Omg hearing aids are freaking expensive!)When I have to have some and one day I will...sigh... Ill come back here.

I usually have to come here, because of home improvement stuff, and its the closest to my house, but recently we where in the market for an LG refrigerator, they had 3 LG refrigerators we liked on the floor, the first one they said not in stock, the second not in stock either and for some reason, they could not order it, and they dont sell display models. Now why would you display something if you cant order it or buy the floor model, we needed a refrigerator that day because ours went out and it frustrates me when big box store like this puts out displays they dont even have or cant get it! We ordered the refrigerator that was a month away, and Home depot was back ordered, so its like we had no choice but to order something. Next couple days, shopped at Best buy South center, found the model that we wanted, they had it at there warehouse, and the next week they will deliver it, on top of price matching it too. For appliances, I will not be shopping here, just to order it.

I found Myself suddenly in need of hearing aids but I had no idea where to find them. I contacted two other large companies before finally contacting Keith at the Tacoma Office. Keith was very informative and not at all pushy like the other high speed competitors. Keith and staff treated me like family and made me feel like I was the most important case in the office. They have the latest technology and they offer solutions at an affordable price. Their service is outstanding and usually within minutes of arriving at their office. I have had several after the sale adjustments and there has never been a charge nor have they attempted to sell me anything additional.I can highly recommend Keith and staff. My visit to Puget Sound Hearing Aid & Audiology - Keith, specifically - was because I had new, top-of-the-line hearing aids that were not performing satisfactorily and I wanted a second opinion, as I was not satisfied with the work or service of my current provider. Keith conducted a hearing test and immediately discovered that my new hearing aids were programmed incorrectly. He worked closely with me, tweaking the components through his computer, listened astutely to my feedback, and my hearing aid experience moved from poor to excellent. And Keith gained a new devoted client. I couldnt be happier.

My dad needed fresh wax guards for his hearing aid while visiting WA from NY. Keith was incredible! He gave my dad a plethora of helpful information and was really kind. My dad will be back to pick up a new pair of hearing aids in the futue. Thank you! You must visit them if you need help with your hearing aid.

How dare any of us do business with a company that has weekly papers dropped in driveways or on our lawns. Especially the papers delivered in plastic bags to help keep the print dry so it is possible to read the advertisements. This is a travesty and businesses must be boycotted for advertising with a paper that drops them on your driveway or lawn. So the next time your out picking up your daily or weekly newspaper, remember to post a negative review for all businesses advertising in the newspaper you subscribe to for doing exactly what your complaining about.As far as what the reviews are supposed to be about; Keith is probably lousy as a paper delivery service. But as far as getting help with your hearing aid needs he is excellent and goes out of his way to see your needs are met. And I would recommend him to anyone in need of hearing aidsand/or service of hearing aids. This also applys to the customer service provided.

This is a wonderful place and the service is impeccable. Please disregard the negative comments about some dumb news paper. It has nothing to do with the actual service that Puget Sound Hearing provides. I highly recommend them!!

Bad community partner. Does not listen to citizens who are pelted with plastic-bagged circulars containing their ads, which poses a security and health risk both to residents and our environment, including our beloved Commencement Bay. If they arent willing to even open a dialogue about a very serious issue concerning their advertising methods, whats their customer service going to be like if you become a patient?

Keith has always given me above and beyond service.

Puget Sound Hearing Aid & Audiology advertises in TNT weekly circular that is thrown on our lawns, in our driveways and up and down the streets of our neighborhoods. An eye soar, an annoyance, littering. I would never do business with a company that showed so much disregard for the community where they are trying to do business. NEVER!
