Small store, big heart. I have always found employees here to be friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. I came here after I was unable to find materials for a job at the larger stores and within minutes the staff pointed out exactly what I needed.

They got my mower all serviced up for cheaper than what they said it would cost initially! People here do good work, honest work. And that’s saying something during these times. Mower went from wouldn’t start, to starts on the first rip! Pulls so easy a child could do it.

Great experience! With the help of the very knowledgeable Len, I got the tools I needed and was on my way in no time.

Like the classic hardware stores of yesteryear, great personal service here. They helped me figure out the size screw I needed for a saw I hadnt even bought there -- took them about 15 seconds, bc they know their stuff.

Always always always so helpful for a small little store but yet they still have three or four employees helping on the floor plus a cashier. Now I call that customer service

Excellent hardware store, when you want it right the first time. When you need to talk to someone who actually knows about all the products they sell and if they dont they find you a real person in store who actually does work without wasting your time or money. I have been well served by this store for the 17 years that We have owned a home in this area. Whether its painting the house, lawn equipment, and since its an older house,the ubiquetous plumbing issues, drain cleaner, washers faucets and fittings. No matter what breaks theres always someone there to help not only save a few dollars in telling you how to effect the repair. When you need real help its not like the big box stores wheres everyone works really hard at pretending to be working or running away everytime it looks like they might get asked a question. I Love this store I do my stocking stuffers from here on Christmas Eve, because everything is useful and purposeful and quickly accessable. Amen

Customer service in the parts department was STELLAR! I will be shopping here again! I brought in a hulk of a Stihl weedeater with an unusual part, and she knew what the model and part was right away, and ordered another! Very affordable, and friendly atmosphere! Please go here and experience it for yourself!

Good power equipment selection if youre after things that will last like Honda generators or Stihl chainsaws. The stock is a little slimmer than usual at the moment due to covid related supply-chain issues. Decent rewards program.

Weve shopped here for years and theyre great, and now I owe them a real debt of gratitude for helping me through a difficult time. My uncle passed away in December of 2020 and as I write this Im still in the middle of clearing out his apartment. Not only did the AgriShop Tacoma team make it easy to buy what I needed over the phone and then just zip inside for pickup, but I got a couple genuinely useful suggestions from their manager. I feel bad that I forgot to write down her name but ALL KUDOS to her for recommending contractors bags in addition to regular garbage bags!

I have always had the kind of customer service experience that you hope for, and the owner, Kieth, is very upstanding and knowledgeable. On the rare occasion there was an issue with a product, he made it right immediately. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I needed a pair of hose bib (washing machine faucet) top packing/top washer and neither home Depot nor Lowes carries them except to match their own hose bibs. Ace Hardware had them at 99 cents each, so I couldnt be happier with Ace!

Ron Jones referred me to this shop for repairs on my pressure washer. I walked right in and a staff member was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my machine, pointing out the issue, which, in my case, was no longer operable. As a result, I ended up buying a better pressure washer with a great warranty!

I have used their service department on many occasions. They are very friendly, efficient and fair. Highly recommend their service department for your lawn equipment needs.I have only bought two lawnmowers from their store in the past 20 years. When you buy quality equipment, it lasts and lasts. If you are in the market for a lawnmower, they carry the best equipment in town.

I had the chance to meet Mike in the Chainsaw Dept. Mike was very helpful in answering my questions. Mikes customer service was stellar. Its always nice to see a smiling face from a Employee who really likes his Job and cares for his Customers. I was so impressed with Mike that i spoke to the owner (Keith) to share my thoughts. Ive almost always had good experiences with both the landscape maintenance (Agrishop) part of the store as well as the Ace Hardware part. However, I came in to buy a tool recently and noticed the entrance doors covered in signs explicitly saying that face coverings are required to enter the store. Inside, 3 out of 5 employees I could see were maskless all or most of the time and one customer was maskless too. It was disturbing to be inside a confined space with so many careless and maskless people. It was all the more annoying considering the effort they put into the signs on the entrance doors. I still bought the tool (from outside in the parking lot) but will not be returning for anything while the Covid crisis is still happening.

This Ace is the best local business. They are so friendly and helpful when I come in. I appreciate the female employees because, while everyone is nice in here, its great to have a woman to talk to.Its not huge in here but I generally find what I need. Literally within one minute of walking in the door, someone offers to help me and leads me right to what I need.Im glad to have this anchor of a business in my neighborhood!Parking is easy in their mid sized lot.

Almost everything you could need without leaving town! When were doing projects, we often dont want to take an hour away to visit the big hardware stores. This is very convenient, super helpful staff and a great selection of items.

It is the people here that make this place so awesome! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I much prefer it to the large big box stores where you have to chase down workers as they duck and dodge aisles to avoid you ;)

This was my first visit to AgriShop, what a great, friendly, locally owned business. I was warmly greeted and the folks back in the parts department were very helpful and had the exact parts I needed for my Stihl trimmers. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

Only place I shop for gas tools

This was not my best isnt there but they were super busy. The guy forgot that he was taking out two bags of dirt for me because he got distracted by putting up a lawn mower and I had to wait forever to get a key made. But always really friendly service, its convenient and the prices are reasonable.

The employee was overly helpful. I felt like I couldnt even look around because I felt like he was going to walk me through the storw holding my hand. I felt like he thought I was going to steal something. He helped me find what I needed and then took me and the item up to the cash register and I wasnt done in the store. I dont steal so I was kind of offended.

Recently purchased an Oregon power equipment chainsaw. Keith was very helpful and put together a package that was what I needed despite not being the way the manufacturer wanted it sold. Ive also purchased parts from them for other things and got the same good service.

This is my neighborhood ACE store. Always friendly and helpful. Today I went in for a pulley for a brand of mower that they dont even carry and the nearest distributor for this mower is in lynnwood. The man at the parts desk took the time to look it up for me on the web. Even though they didnt carry the pulley word was passed around through store personnel and customers within earshot. Wasnt long before I had a referral to a place that might have what I needed. Its nice to feel like a valued customer even when they know that the time they spend will not yield a sale for their store. Big thumbs up to the parts and service desk once again.

Amazing place with great service. Came in on Sunday and didnt know their maintenance shop was closed but they had to guys that were more than helpful. Shout to Josh calkins and John olsson they really saved the day for me when I came in on Sunday. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Great place to shop for household needs

This place has the best customer service of any hardware store in Tacoma Ive been to so far. I get asked if I need help at least two or three times every time I come in, and employees have unpacked items for me to see if they have something. The people working checkout are always warm and friendly too.

Its a lawn mower maintenance and repair shop. You know it is actually very difficult to find high quality lawn mower engine mechanics. It takes a devoted kind of specialist to do the things they can do.

I was here for paint and the service was awesome.I was in the middle of a project when I ran out of paint. No biggie, I had the formula and knew exactly what type to get. But, the store I went to (not this one) had an employee who botched the paint recipe. I noticed once I started painting the wall. I had a wall with two different shades. I tried to finish with the new shade, but it just didnt workI popped over to ACE, the owner helped me, giving me nearly an hour of her time to accomplish what was a nearly impossible task - remixing a half of a gallon of paint (I had used a good chunk of it) to match the color on the quart of paint I had started the wall with originally.Long story short, she nailed it, was kind, patient, and didnt even charge me for the fix. I would definitely go back for any of my paint needs, not to mention any other hardware needs I have.

Ive been in a number of times over the past couple years, Theyre always very helpful (I get asked a few times if I need anything as I wander the store) and actually have a decent selection for such a small spot.Only complaint is the short hours they tend to keep, but its possible to find a time to get over there.

The Agri-Shop guys/gals know their stuff. They will make sure that you have the right tool for the job, and help you maintain it. If Im going to spend $$ buying a mower or a hedge trimmer, its not going to happen at a box store.
