Great prices and the variety of bulk items including candy, pasta, dog food, coffee, honey, and peanut butter. Winco also started to package and sell their own items, and the frozen veg can be bought for less than $0.80. The item that I never buy here because usually not ever on sale and more expensive than other grocery stores is coke and most soda. Other than that open 24 hours again is also another bonus.

While recently being in Washington State, I shopped at WINCO. It was an unforgettable experience. The food selections and prices were great. I cant wait to revisit and take my time and check out all items in the store

I was in the deli department tonight and a young man was greeting customers by recognition. Its nice when someone remembers you when you frequent a place regularly. I wasnt one of them, Ive only been there twice in my life, but it makes me think Id go back sooner. So shout out to Jeremiah in the deli department at WinCo, keep being awesome!

Best grocery store in Tacoma, in my opinion. Excellent prices. Friendly staff. Decent beer selection. I am constantly finding new beers to try. I am also finding all kinds of new snacks to try here.

Stopped by here after work to visit the bulk section I was in need of some dog treats and candy. As I was walking around I noticed all of the employees were hard at work on every aisle stocking. It made it difficult for me to get through with my cart but it was convenient having everything on the shelves and to have first go at them. There were surprisingly long lines for being 3 a.m. on a weekday But not soon after getting in line they brought another employee to register one where I was immediately brought over and checked out. I only give it 4 stars because of the crowded aisles full of freight being worked and long lines. Other than that it was an exhalant experience shopping at Winco.

The only thing wrong with Winco is that its not in my neighborhood! This store has the best prices and selections of any store that I have shopped in the city and is most definitely worth the drive across town. They dont try to channel you towards their in-store products as some of your larger chain stores do. If they just delivered.

If you need a One-Stop shop, look no further this is it point blank period. No exaggeration if you want to go to one market and be able to get a good deal on everything WinCo is the place to be love this store youve never been its a must go to.

I was able to locate all of the items within the store. The store was laid out very well. All of the employees are willing to assist and help out the customers in there quest for finding requested items. Several of the customers were able to assist me in reaching items that I couldnt reached since Im disabled.

As always, friendly staff and a great assortment of all types of products at awesome low prices. An overstuffed cart for almost $350. Very Happy!

I figured shopping in the early morning would be easy and efficient BUT to my surprise it was busy. The lines were long, the wait time was even longer BUT my cashier did an AWESOME job. She was smiling, friendly and fast with my transaction. The shelves were fully stocked, I found everything that I needed and the prices were reasonable.

Great prices on most foods, easy to navigate store, great bulk foods section including spices. Downside is that the lines are long almost all the time, some of the cashiers ate not so general with your purchases and you have to bag your own groceries. I recommend bringing your own reusable bags because 1) its eco friendly and 2) they only have paper bags with no handles.

I’ve been to a lot of WINCO’s between Washington, Idaho, Nevada, California and Oregon, & I have never been to one where half the lights were turned off to remind you it’s late at night. I normally enjoy shopping at a store out of my normal market. Most Getty or this time. Cheap dumb way to save a penny. Products didn’t look as appealing, and just honestly depressing to even shop in. Serious changes need to be made at this location in order to compensate for the $15 you are trying to save each month and by having half the lights turned off… just weak and beet you blame the hourly…

WinCo almost always has what I need in stock. Nice employees too.

Clean store. Check out had lines but our cashier was so fast and efficient that we hardly had any wait and we were 3rd or 4th in line.

Store was a mess but after a long day Im sure. Not because of the employees but because of the garbagey people who go there to shop. Carry a UZI pistol with 32 round mag. Better to have and not need than need and not have.

They have their own brand of food in many catagories that are not bad at all. I ❤️ their bagels that they make fresh in the backers. Amazing flavors.Thanks a million 😁.

Overall good but always busy, and the store is usually well organized. The biggest downside is the shoppers are unaware and often block aisles and make it hard to shop.

Love the fact that this store is still open 24 hours a day. I can go shopping when there isnt much traffic. The ONLY drawback is that as it gets late night, after midnight, they drop down to 1 cashier & the lines tend to back up quickly

Above average WinCo. Better than the ones I have visited in Everett and Kent. Things seem cleaner. Maybe its just Everett and Kent versus Tacoma.

I always forget how awesome this place is until I shop here again. I love their prices and their store brand is always cheaper and really good quality. The produce is amazing and they have such a large selection. They are cash/debit only and you get to bag your own groceries. The only downside is the shopping carts are too small. We need something Costco sized.

Be careful all who enter here. It can be a horrible shock to go into another store after shopping at WinCo. and see the prices they charge. WinCo doesnt necessarily carry every item on my list, but what they do carry is always significantly cheaper than other stores. Just the other day I decided to check out their bulk granola. They have several different flavors?, varieties? But in other stores I was paying $8 or $9 per pound at WinCo it was about$1.50 per pound. I havent compared if they have the same flavors as the other stores because to me they all taste the same.I originally went in the store in search of sugar free chocolate candy, bulk peanut butter cups etc, and I didnt see any this time but after I spotted the granola I quit looking so Im not sure if they stll carry it or not.

Love Winco...sometimes. They have grocery items like any other stores and great prices. Alittle chaotic and lines can be crazy but they are a great place to find your basic essential needs.

The place was packed however, the lines were moving appropriately and I was out of there quicker then I had thought I would when I entered.

WinCo has great prices, but when is the new WinCo on 6th Ave going to open? I hope soon its at lot closer to where I live

A ton of really great sales today. Loving the numbers on my receipt. Shelves fully stocked and produce was more fresh than other places Ive shopped recently.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are better than most other places except for the laundry detergent.

This an overall pretty good Safeway. Service is ok here. . no complaints really. :-)

Love Winco Foods! Love the prices, the selection, the hours and the prices! The only thing that I dislike is the fact that you have to bag your own groceries. Which on a run in and grab a few things kinda stop isnt that bad but last time I went I had 2 shopping carts full and I had to bag them all myself it seemed like it took me forever!! And the cashier just keeps pushing things your way! Im not a grocery bagger. So it takes me a tad bit longer to get mine all bagged up....other then that I love this store!

WInco Foods is a great store to shop at, it does get rather crowded at check out time. The experience however busy has always suited my emditate needs, and my quick on the go in a hurry way of (Then) life. So as for rating them with this knowledge I would give them a solid three and a half stats, for my every day take it easy lover life I will take another option. If it werent for the great prices & deals, I would choose to opt to a smaller grocery store. In general, they have a great variety as well as good stocked shelves. However, I usually have to psyche myself prior to my visits there. It causes me a lot of anxiety 😬 The lines are slightly better than WalMarts on some days. Most of the tenders are nice especially from the vegetable department. However, during my visit today, a young, black girl from the fish department was not happy to assist me & kind of gave an insulting what do you want? question with agitated hands flipped towards her waist. My husband noticed that something was off & approached us. I was in the middle of a decision whether to sincerely ask her if she hates serving others but I let it slide. I came home & could not seem to shrug it off. The inconsiderate action of one can affect an entire company. I hope WinCo will include customer service & courtesy upon their new hire training. Because, despite of high anxiety, folks will travail the waves there because of their prices. We just want to be treated nice as well when we go there.

Great prices and products in this store. What gave me the full 5 star experience is the help/service I received from a stocker. I do believe his name is Josh and/or Joshua, stocking over by the bacon/hotdog section around 10:30ish. Super polite young guy, he took the time to point me to the right direction. (Was looking for charcoal and end up buying wood too) Please let this good worker know I said thank you.

This is a great place to get many of your international food needs. It is well organized and has a bakery and sushi/ramen place attached. Staff are also quite helpful. Highly recommend going here.

Good prices, well stocked, and pleasant checkout clerk for our last visit. Shopping at non-peak times recommended because the store gets very busy; we were there at 10pm and there was still plenty of other shoppers in the store. Parking lot lighting was good and security visible presence noted.They dont take credit cards so bring cash or debit card.

It is WinCo. You know what to expect whether it is 2 am or 3 in the afternoon.Plenty of options at a reasonable price.

WinCo is great they are open 24hours a day so I dont have to deal with my anxiety and its not as busie at night and so much more manageable I dont mine dealing with the boxes and the stockers they are very helpful and polite.

Winco has always been good to me but yesterday not so much. My cashier mr samson was rude to me and on his cell phone in between customers. Not comming back ever agian.

My favorite store! Great prices, super friendly staff, pretty good variety of fruit and vegetables, great bakery items, lots of bulk buying options too. Their store brand food items are always worth trying, some are even better than original or name brand! Keep the check out moving though, bag your stuff as they ring you up to avoid holding up the line.

Winco is great. Go past the store to exit the parking lot and avoid the intersection on 72nd.The prices are great, the food is good, and they have most odds and ends youd want at a grocery store. Including piñatas!

WinCo is by far my go to when it comes to buying my groceries. Most of their food selection is reasonably priced. They have products in bulk as well as a Deli and bakery section. Strongly suggested if you need to budget and you dont have a Cosco membership.

Like any store, you need to be aware of the prevailing prices of given items, but bargains are to be found if you know what youre looking for.

Yesterday, I went to this market to reward myself for everything that I get through. The place was clean, big, and safe to walk in and out. Besides, the cashiers and saleslady that entertained me was very nice and accommodating.

Good selection of foods in general. Good quality meat. Great quality for value. I went on Sunday around 2-3 and it was quite busy. I took one star off because, for me, I don’t like crowds so if you’re like me maybe try going at another hour since it’s open 24 hours which is a plus. It was a little difficult finding a cart today but it might not always be an issue especially when it’s not so busy. I’d recommend for good quality at low prices.I love the ability to buy foods in bulk, the prepackaged meals are mostly pretty good, I haven’t tried to deli foods so I can’t speak to that. The packaged meats all look fresh and ready to cook. There are many cuts and types of meat and even pre-seasoned/marinated ones.Produce section was a little lackluster (just ok selection, ok quality, ok prices) but who gets excited about vegetables anyway?I could talk about all the departments in depth but you should get my point by now.

Winco Foods is the Best Grocery outlet in the world. They might not be as big as the conglomerate that starts with W, but in my opinion they are they are the better place to shop,For prices and for quality and they are employee owned so they treat you better.

If you dont mind bagging your own groceries, they have excellent produce, great prices, and friendly staff. Love the bulk foods especially the granola, Bobs Red Mill gluten free flour - BEST price around! Well stocked - they are hardly ever out of anything I buy. Ive been shopping here for 8 years and I can probably count on one hand they havent had something I wanted. But go during the day. Seriously. Sketchy at night, though I was glad to see a security car parked in front this last time I had to go late. Shop during the day and get the best quality and deals around!

They will be out of my raw natural Spanish peanuts I feed my squirrels for over a month however the employee guided me to shelled natural peanuts. Fool, but here comes the mess!

Busy beings its close to the 1st of the month and they are out of water?wonder if were having another shortage or if they are keeping just a minimum so it drive up the price of water kinda like the price of a 10 lbs roll of Hamburger it was 18.99 per roll now its 26.99 per roll and they only keep a minimum amount.

Unfriendly staff, but the checkers tend to be nicer than the others. Parking lot is always filthy. shopping carts always have garbage in them, like the person collecting carts doesnt take the time to clean them out. Always quick service and well stocked.

This is my secondary grocery store that I visit often.one thing I can always guarantee to find at holiday time is unusual varieties of candy things you dont see at everyday stores. They have a large produce department which is awesome and a great variety there bulk products are great. The large meat section and most anything you can find at any other store youll find at this store at only usually at a lower price. Money orders in the service department are very inexpensive. They have everything from toys for kids to glasses for reading sunglasses a huge bakery department the freezer section is bomb the huge variety I cant find anywhere else of some products.Dont forget to check out the deli too for awesome food products I love their pizzas that are pre-made but not cooked. Yes you do have to bag your own groceries, but that way at least you know where everything is when you get home. I highly recommend you check out the winco food store near you youll be pleasantly surprised.

Went to get booze. Customer service was slow due to people getting money orders cause their losets and dont have a bank account. But on the upside u dont have to wear a mask if u have been vaccinated. Yaa.
