The owner is very rude. He also cut me a check after agreeing on a price, only to find when I got home that he shorted it $20. Very petty..

These guys are great. My salesman was knowledgeable and very accommodating. The finance manager was great and added value as well. The other staff were friendly and the entire process was smooth and painless. Definitely will use these guys again in the future.

Gm is the best place in Tacoma to Buy silver or gold bullion. Just make sure there open cause the hours are odd and off on google.$1.50-$2 over spot for generic silver. If you want someone to appraise your grandfathers coin collection for free probably not the place to go.

Ive dealt with them for the past few years and they are great. They are helpful, friendly, and very reasonable on prices. I have both bought from them and sold to them. I really dont see where the other reviews are coming from. Maybe their competitor that is selling silver at 5 bucks above spot?????

I have found their price for buying both silver and gold are some of the best. I pay by personal check which means i have to wait for it to clear . Takes a few weeks to ship but that is no problem for me.Have made several buys over the last 5 years without any problem. Great prices and i recommend them when i am asked about buying gold silver and palladium .

Absolute RIPOFF. Do NOT expect to get what you’re told over the phone. They will say anything to get you to come to their store and then lie and lie until you agree to their small payouts. Only here have I had such a bad experience. Not only do they pay VERY LITTLE but they also have a rude attitude about it. Stay away away away

Now Im looking for Morgan Dollars to complete a collection and when I asked for PCGS graded dollars the guy overacted like I had hit a nerve. What do you want those plastic holders for, he asked. Honestly, does it matter? He mood turned dismissive quite quickly so I left.

Best place in Tacoma to buy or sell. Just make sure you know what your doing. If you come in unprepared your gonna get greased. Educate yourself and youll find this place is more then fair. Develope a relationship with the owner you can learn a lot. But the open hours of this store is very very limited and more then half the time when I show up, no one is in the store, its closed more often then not

I dont know why there are so many bad reviews. I personally had a great experience at this place. Customer service was great, and their buy price for gold coins were WAY BETTER than tacoma mall blvd coin shop which is not too far away from this place. Most dealers pay over spot for gold coins, but tacoma mall blvd coin shop pays under. I have to wonder if all these bad reviews are coming from their competitions.... I personally have no problem recommending them to my friends and family.

Terrible customer service. The I dont really care attitude is incredible in this day and age, when businesses are struggling for customers. I recently had to contact this company and it happened to be on a day they were closed. My call was urgent. They have voice mail and I left two messages. I got no call back.Thinking they were out of town for the weekend, I waited. But six days went by with no response. I called again. And when I did finally reach them on the phone I was told Oh, we dont have time to listen to messages. Were too busy. Really? I will NEVER do business with them again.

Very impressive, The building is like a large vault room with vaults inside the vault I felt very secure parking directly in front of the building security cameras everywhere very impressive inventory of precious metals, diamonds and rare coins on display, when I didnt see what I came for I asked for it they had a few of what I wanted in one of there many vaults, very pleased with the service and selection and the very fair price.

Extremely rude. I called to ask prices on gold and he told me to look online and he wasnt going to tell me what the price was, then when I tried to ask a different question he hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Ill take my gold elsewhere, tell everyone I know to never set foot in this place and rate them a single star at every single place I can.

Just recently started collecting coins, & as a newbie, maybe I should have read up a little more before I went to a coin shop.Went in, was treated like garbage, the woman is much worse than the man, but both of them are really snobby. If they dont mention how theyve been in business 40 years at least 3-4 times when you visit, consider yourself lucky.Tried to ask questions. They answered like the question I was asking was the stupidest question they had ever heard, and gave snobby replies.I will never, ever return to this place ever again, horrible customer service & horrible people.

Cannot get a hold of them AT ALL via the web! I tried making a sale and not only did I never get a confirmation email about it with the order number (my email auto-fills with Google just fine, thank you!) but when I tried to use the Contact us button on the webpage I kept getting an Internal Error error message and could never send a direct message about the issue I was having. Absurd. Time for a massive UPGRADE to your website and servers because they look like some tech-tard put the website together. Surely goldmastersUSA have better I.T. people than some drop out undergrads haphazardly slapping together a piss poor website where navigating is a REAL pain in the A**! Guess I will find someone else to sell my gold too because this is inexcusable. For those wondering why I dont just call them...I am very hard of hearing and my TTY phone needs to be replaced. Otherwise, yes, of course I would make use of that option. I just caled for an estimate on how much they pay out per ounce of gold (ive never sold jewlery before and I am not farmilliar with the process) and I didnt even get a number. All I got was an an attitude and Its not weighed by ounces, its weighed by gram blah blah blah so I hung up. Considering every reveiw says negative things and the way she didnt awnser my question, I will never be doing buisness there
