We simply love working with the employees at Fastco! They are excellent at communication and accuracy. I am continually amazed at the speed in which they are able to produce orders. I highly recommend you give them a call if you are looking to work with a company with employees who care.

Hindsight is always 20/20. Instead of going to Ace, Home Depot, Lowes, and Uhaul, I should of gone to Fastco first, which I will always do in the future . I did not think they would service retail customers, but they custom fit the fastener I needed while I was there in under 30 min. This company runs the way life used to be: honest, courteous, accurate and fast. Thanks again guys👍

Very friendly service backed with decades of experience

Great customer service. I worked with a gentleman Paul. He took my needs seriously and made me feel like the materials I needed were just as important to him as they were to me. After finding out what I needed wasn’t really avalible he said he would get it figured out and call me back not later than 8:15am. He stayed true to his word and called me back 8:15 in the dot. I stressed a little bit not knowing if I would get the very time sensitive materials I needed so I made calls to other companies. I ended up finding them at another location before Paul called me back. When Paul called me back he had gotten everything I need, but it was a little late. I felt bad because he had worked so hard for me. I did tell him I found the elsewhere and apologized. To my surprise he wasn’t irritated (I know he work hard to help me), he simply said Tyler I understand and if anything falls through i’ll be here and i’ll get it figured out.In a Summary: They may have missed this sale but they will get every other one from me in the future! Big Mahlo to Paul!
