I worked with Jeremiah who sold me a WaterRower. He was very personable, respectful, answered all of my questions and handled my transaction very quickly. And, he wasn’t high pressure trying to sell me other things I don’t need. Can’t wait to get it next week!

I should’ve read the reviews before buying my equipment here. We purchased 4K worth of equipment to include a treadmill that was $500 more than the one we wanted because we were told it was in stock. The day before our delivery was supposed to happen we called to verify why we hadn’t received a call for our delivery. They then told us we were not getting our delivery today because the treadmill we wanted was in fact not in stock. AFTER I ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES OF IT WAS IN STOCK. They decided to cancel our entire shipment without notifying us we only found out because we called. No one seems to know anything after you’ve spent your money and it’s a whole mess. To spend 4K cash on the condition that everything was in stock and would be delivered on a specific date and for them to not hold their part of the deal is extremely frustrating. Will not be spending my money here to expand my gym in the near future.UPDATETo say they did redeem themselves since the treadmill I ordered wouldn’t be in for 2-3 weeks I received an upgrade and installation

I ordered and paid for an FT2 machine a month ago and it was to be delivered last Friday between 11:30 and 2:30. Finally at a little after 3:00 the delivery guys called to tell me they wouldn’t make it. They also told me a sales person should have called me to tell me the equipment arrived in the warehouse WITHOUT any weights. No, I never heard from anyone about that! Fitness equipment with no weights—image that!Do not purchase anything from these guys! No follow through and no communication!
The people in the store were helpful. The gentlemen who delivered the equipment were great. However, I waited a month for my equipment only for it to show up incomplete. No one called me to advise, I had to call them to figure it out. I spent over $5k with them and this is the service I received? I thought they were a premium establishment, I would have had better service at Walmart. Hopefully, the rest of my equipment shows up soon. Im rather dissatisfied!
Went in knowing we were in the market for an elliptical. Had some basic research under the belt. I really liked the fact, that you can go in get a feel for the equipment. Trying the different ranges of the ehlipticals. As well, having someone to answer the question we had. Made the experience much more personable. Along with the feeling of being confident in the purchase.

Precor Home Fitness in Tukwila is a great place to buy your home workout equipment. My wife and I were assisted by Ken and Daniel at the store on two different days. Both of them took time to answer all of our questions and help guide us to the purchase of a spin bike. It was nice to be helped but not pressured in buying. We would not hesitate to recommend to our friends to go to the store for their workout needs.
II am not a person who writes reviews but felt inclined to write one for the stafff at Precor. I find that good customer service shouldnt be measured when things go smooth and correctily, but more importantly when there are gltches or when things do not transpire as predicated. Becasue we are all human, mistakes inevitably will happen. It is what is done when mistakes are made that reveal the true quality of customer service. Precor not only worked hard and honestly but exceeded in their efforts to make me completely happy and satisfied as a customer. Thank you Precor.
I am very disappointed with Precor home fitness in Tacoma. Originally, I had looked around at other home fitness stores and came across precor reviews saying there were great and have awesome customer service, BUT that definitely wasn’t the case for me. I went to the store around early March and purchased equipment costing around $ 5,700. I had spoken to Derek to get everything worked out as far as delivery and assembly to my house, which we were able to organize for the following 2 weeks coming up in mid-march. Derek was helpful and was knowledgeable at the time of purchase but everything after the purchase went downhill, I got the delivery the day we discussed, BUT it was incomplete, I was missing a (leg extension & preacher curl) I had purchased, so originally I was upset but decided to call the store to find out what happened. I spoke to Derek and he had said they were backed up on orders and that he would try to get it out to me as soon as possible, so me being understanding with the crisis going on in the world said ok and waited for a call back, WELL a month went by and I never received anything, so I called the store again and talked to Derek, he said they were still backed up and he would contact me when he had news so I said ok, well another month went by and another month went by and finally talked to Jeramiah two weeks ago and told him the situation and when I can get my equipment, Jeremiah said he can schedule a delivery for June 12, 2020, and I was like ok I been waiting long enough so let’s schedule it and I also updated my home address with Jeremiah since I had moved in state, he said ok got it and repeated the address back to me, and he said the equipment will be arriving, June 12, 2020, and I said great. WELL to keep the story short, it’s been 4 MONTHS NOW and still haven’t gotten that equipment and I have called the store every month to get some news and all I get is well let you know. I talked to Derek, June 14,2020, on why my delivery never showed up and he said he wasn’t sure and that he would call me June 15, 2020 to let me know, well I never got a call but apparently I’m being told today June 16, 2020, that the equipment delivery went out yesterday but went to the old address, which is baffling since I had updated my address with Jeremiah weeks before the scheduled missed delivery. Derek said today that they tried calling me but they couldn’t reach me because the phone lines were down but my phone was working properly so not sure what’s going on with that, and the delivery personnel usually call a day before hand to schedule the time of delivery, but never got a call either. So, it sounds sketchy to me. This Precor store in Tacoma, definitely was disappointing and the lack of interaction with the customer is upsetting, if you expect me to pay in full for the equipment from your store you should definitely hold up your end of the bargain and deliver everything as we had talked about and signed paperwork on. I wish this store would of kept in contact with me throughout the process of getting me my missing equipment, but unfortunately they never did, I’m the one that had to keep calling the store and try to figure things out, when they could of put the effort, since they messed up my order not me. It seemed like they are very helpful during the time of purchase but after its figure it out yourself. It’s been 4 months and I am just writing this review which tells you how generous I have been with the store to fix the issue privately but at the point it’s ridiculous and a company like Precor should be held to a higher standard. I was just told today June 16, 2020, that my equipment will be shipped and I should receive it tomorrow by UPS. I’m not sure if I will get my equipment since I been told this many times before but we’ll see.
I honestly cannot say enough good things about the service at Precor, particularly with Ken, and of course the excellent product. To begin, I tend to be a picky and probably frustrating customer, as I had a hard time deciding on whether or not to make a big purchase like this. I was going between The 427 and the 447 elliptical. Being the awesome salesman he is, Ken actually talked me out of the 447 (the more pricey one) because he did not feel I needed to spend $ on the extra bells and whistles. That was the first time Ive had a sales person talk me into the more reasonable product.Next, the delivery was rescheduled twice, once due to the delivery person injuring himself at his previous delivery, and then two weeks later the delivery was delayed again due to storms out east that affected the delivery. When we had our temporary elliptical machine delivered, the delivery company forgot to bring the mat. However, through all these bumps in the road, Ken was so kind and helpful and constantly apologetic. Due to all of these glitches, and because hes an excellent salesman, Ken went above and beyond, compensating us more than fairly for our inconvenience. As noted above, I really cannot give Ken and the Tacoma Precor store a high enough rating. Plus, the product is superb and feels so solid that I am not worried about it wearing out in a few years. I am beyond satisfied with the product and the customer service here. I have already recommended Precor to a few friends. If you are looking for a quality, long-lasting piece of exercise equipment, I would highly recommend going to Precor in Tacoma, and ask for Ken. You wont regret it. You might pay a little more up front than you would for an inferior product at a different store, but you will be able to have comfort in knowing the product you purchased will last the test of time. And if something unexpected does happen with the product, its so easy to call the store and speak with a real person (Ken), whom will do everything he can to resolve the issue quickly.

If something breaks on your equipment that’s still under warranty, don’t expect them to fix it. They won’t call you back to arrange anything. Shouldn’t have to leave a review in order to get someone to reply. I called twice, waited 2 weeks then bought the new part off the internet so I could finally use my equipment.

I wanted a top quality product so I went to Precor. The salesmen were very nice and knowledgable and treated us like I expected. When it came to the delivery people it was another story all together. The head guy Mark that has a title a mile long is the worst Ive ever. He spoke very nice but couldnt deliver what was promised. Parts were missing and I was told to order them from the warehouse myself, parts were missed drilled and told it would be two to three days when in fact after 10 days we called and they said it was in and they would be over in three days to deliver. Three days came and went, still no delivery of missing part. Then told it would be another three days they did show up then. Now I was very understanding but this last time they had to wait over a week to deliver - when it came time to deliver they called 15 after delivery time was set and said it would be another 4 days before we get our product due to unforeseen issues. And the way he spoke I felt like I was a K-Mart discount shopper. And that he could see no reason why I was not understanding. I paid what was asked and timely I might add, the day I ordered the product, I was promised delivery and they did not keep their end of the bargain. I am very disappointed in the delivery of all my Precor items. I spent more than $15,000.00, you would think that they would want to give me good customer service, but it seems that the more you spend the less service you get. If I could I would give them a negative 10 stars for customer service. Very Very Very poor service and the guys name is Mark with a very long title - to where he was spitting it out and I got tired of waiting for him to be finished telling me what his title is, I was so not impressed.
This was my first visit and my objective was to observe the equipment and make a decision in the near future but I was very impressed with Jeremiah the fitness expert and his manager Ken with their customer service mentality and made a purchase Right Away

After all the issues that I had with the delivery of my Precor machines, I called one of the two sales men that had helped me. I talked with Bob and he went above and beyond to make sure that my earlier complaint was heard by the owner of Precor in Tacoma. He also made calls to ensure that my machines were delivered and set up correctly. I want to thank Bob Kain and Dan Kritsonis for all the help that you gave my husband and I and the buying and delivery of our equipment. I also want to thank the owner Scott E in compensating us on the delivery process.
