Thank you Elsa for fitting me in last night! The makeup stylists here are friendly and more importantly, great at what they do! No wonder they stay so busy!! Great atmosphere too! Good music played, so I didn’t mind the wait. You guys are awesome!

I went in to do a “Back to Mac” exchange for a lipstick and the light skinned gap tooth lady assisting me wasn’t happy about it. She took my 6 empty containers and gave me the lipstick I ask for BUT before she handed it to me she took the lipstick out of the box and wrote “B2M” on the bottom of it with PERMANENT MARKER! She handed me the product with no bag and no packaging! I have never experienced this type of “customer service” from a Mac Store before! I will never purchase or visit this store again. I definitely felt profiled and violated after leaving.

Employees were rude and didint acknowledge me even being there. They recommended the wrong items and colors. I’ve had better service at other places. I guess they were unaware that I was knowledgeable in the makeup industry to both their skills and customer service.This is why I go to places non full faced, to see what way the employees skills will be overall in all aspects of a sales floor.

I am really disappointed. I went to buy mascara and I asked this lady for a waterproof mascara and she gave me this non water proof mascara. dont go there and ask them for help finding you something cause they dont know much about make up. I spent 30 on a mascara I dont even use now. All the people who work there wear so much make up but dont know much about the product their selling. So disappointing.

The Mac representatives are very nice and helpful. I always go here to purchase my lipsticks and mascara ❤️❤️❤️❤️
