I loved this website for years this was my first time going to one of their brick and mortar stores. It was awesome seeing all the geeky fandoms, toys and games. Staff here was very friendly. The layout of the store made it easy to navigate in my wheelchair too which ment I could actually browse rather then just look in from the front doors like most stores in the mall!

Ok place had a 3 for 10$ deal for the funko pops but the variety wasn’t the best had some new tranformer funko pops though.Jesus loves you repent your sins

Cant say enough good things about the staff on duty when I stopped in. Not only did they answer some pretty obscure questions I had about certain items, they even accommodated me when I asked to purchase an item and have it sent to my home because it wasnt currently in the store. Friendly, too.

Its a grate place to get collectable stuff and fun gadgets

It really is a place that would make anyone who is a fan of popular franchises geek out. Their selection is really good and the people there are friendly, but over the years I have come to understand that some of their products arent made with very quality materials. I wouldnt, for example, buy one of their bags due to issues of durability. Still, definitely recommended if you like any video games, comic books, or other popular media. You should go at least once just to see it. Oh, and in the front part of the store they have a life size statue of the guy from Assassins creed, but it doesnt appear to be for sale.

You know when you shopped at a place for years online and then you go into the store thinking hey this is going to be really cool, I wish I could say I was really excited but I was just at the mid-level meh about it.Dont get me wrong it was pretty cool to see some of the products that you see online and hold him in your hand but not to the point where it was really worth it. Im actually glad that theres a storefront so I would definitely suggest going to check it out.There was even a statue in there for I think Assassins Creed dont get me wrong but it was going for $4,000 and apparently someone actually bought it. So if youre looking for some cool things from ThinkGeek then at least come check it out and see what you think.

This place has amazing selections to keep nerds and geeks (like myself), smiling for the whole visit! Comparably, some of the items could be found online, for a little less, but that still has to be sent in the mail, instead of purchasing in store, and taking it home right then. There was also good choices for collectible toys, and unique finds of pop culture, from around the world.

Nice selection of all things geeky. Best selection of Marvel Legends in the area! Very friendly staff, decent pricing for the most part.

Great selection of collector pieces. All your fun favorites in one place too. Clearance Sales are an opportunity to bring you in often to find treasures and deals. Excellent customer service start to finish. Knowledgable staff will keep you coming back.

Major nerd I love it a lot

Its dangerous to enter this shop if you are a game enthusiast. This shop has tons of fun products, replicas, and pop figures. I rarely leave without buying twice what I came in for. I appreciate the workers who also seem passionate about nerdy things and are knowledgable about their products.

I usually get very good service at this store but not this time. I wanted to buy a Star Trek scarf they was $11.97 but when I got to the register the cashier (Melanie) said she wasnt sure what the price was. I showed her where I got it from, there were many more and they were all priced the same. She grabbed another scarf and then rang it up, she told me it was $24. She said someone put the wrong price. They should honor the price that was listed.

This store is awesome. The clerks there are super nice. They were able to hold our purchase for us while we finished our shopping at the mall. Greatly appreciated!

The store is cool. Its full of nerds and Geeks like me. I kind of expected it to be a little bit bigger, actually quite a bit bigger. Its still nice but with more space Im sure they could fit in more Star Trek!

Employees waiver from extremely over-it and disinterested style attitudes to the follow-you-around sales style of a car lot. Both are not strong forms of customer service. I would return for the products, but ThinkGeek is available online so why bother enduring the experience?

Ok so if youre looking for the perfect gift idea for the geek or nerd in your life, look no further. From Star Wars to Fallout, He-Man to Nintendo and countless others, they have a lot of cool stuff here. They do have some demo products out so you can actually see, touch and hear what it is you might want to buy. The staff has always been friendly when Ive gone there and I usually find something Ive been looking for or something I might not have been.

Awesome store but a little pricey! Although the stuff there you cant really find anywhere else except online. We love it and would spend all our money in there if we could.

This place is awesome if you love movies, video games and Funko Pops. They are even starting to cary some Funko Shop Exclusives.

Not as good a selection for me, but it was fun to see a storefront for one of my favorite online stores. Looks to be a little too recent anime focused to me, but maybe thats the normal clientele. Not enough old school stuff like Dr. Who. Staff was very friendly.

Ive always been a fan of the website and this store is the perfect extension. Focus is on touchy feeling, the one thing you cant get online. So most things are out of the box and if it is not they will take it out the box for you!Prices are about the same as the website, including clearance items. You still earn your online points when buying in store and if they dont have it theyll order it with free shipping. I will be back.

Spots of empty shelves and such. Everything they ever got is put out in front to sell in the store. Imagining an empty back store room. Walk in and to the back wall just to walk right back out.

Its a pretty standard store with a lot of popular geek culture stuff. Star wars, various popular animes and video games. However, most of the store is really expensive. $100+ for anything that isnt clothing or a common toy you can find elsewhere. Its all high quality stuff, but your wallet will hurt for that quality.

This store is fun, theres plenty of fan favorite things to buy there but I have to admit Id love to see some Firefly stuff!Im a leaf on the wind

Geek stuff galore? Only downside is most of the unique items in the online store arent in the retail locations. If they downscaled the Funco and shirts, they could get more merch in.

The place had a lot of cool geeky stuff, Zelda, Stat Wars, Star Trek and much more... pretty expensive... plus a billion kids running amuck and screaming.

Very unique the one in the Tacoma Mall is pretty stock and has a lot of things that I havent seen anywhere else

They have a lot of events and act like its going to be a huge, amazing event but its always lackluster. Promises prizes for events and then are never contacts anyone to give prizes.

I love this place and want almost everything here, prices are high but since its selling merch for some of the biggest fandoms thats to be expected I guess. They do need more Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff selection though because my daughter is looking for anything Ravenclaw and never finding it. If youre looking for Star Wars, Zelda or something else though they have all kinds of items you never even knew you needed. But you do.. Really.

First time in the shop and an employee asked to help at the pop selection when asked for what we were looking for we stated we were looking for exclusive pop we at the time did not know it was target exclusive only however the employee was rude and well snotty about even being asked for this pop. Not sure why she felt the need to take whatever was wrong out on customers but much like GameStop I won’t go back here.

Thinkgeek is the worst. They force you to buy useless garbage bundled with the stuff you actually want (like NES/SNES Classics.) Most of their products are cheap plastic toys that adults would be embarrassed to be seen with.

Awsome new addition to the mall right where the old charleys used to be in the food court. Some really awsome cosplay items and I loved seeing the diversity in items that did not only seem to cater to the mainstream pop (younger/big new thing.) crowd But seeks to offer some of the best things/fads of each generation that allows us all to have that moment of small child like excitment and awe and hopefully show and share something we loved and enjoyed in our past with those we love in the 🎁
