I love Bigfoot Java! I tend to make excuses to go out of my way to go here vs any other coffee stand. Never had any trouble with making dairy free modifications or alterations to any drink. Staff is friendly and helpful at any time of the day.

I am very impressed with Bridget, the manager. She works hard and takes care of her customers. Seems to be a great trainer as well to new employees! Also, the other girl in the window early weekday mornings is fabulous as well.

The coffee is great but the service is so bad that I couldn’t give them more than 2 stars. The ladies are always rude and this morning I heard the woman making my drink call the lady that was in front of me stupid for saying her drink was made wrong.

The baristas weren’t helpful in helping me order. Told me I couldn’t have ice on the side with my drink. Bad customer service, worse experience. Lol, figured why they got the lowest ratings for Bigfoot Java in the area

I love the fact they have every flavor. Weekends get a lil busy. The people working are usually in a great mood. They do cost a lil bit more than your typical coffee stand.

Watered down black coffee. Barely warm. 2 stars because she was very nice, so good customer service, but bad coffee.

I’d say probably avoid if lactose intolerant or diabetic. I asked for two simple mods away from the standard menu item and they made me a std menu item after I reconfirmed the mods at hand-off because they weren’t listed on cups or the POS screen. She just lied to me.. there was no line, just rudeness to be honest and I’m a friendly human, so it’s unjustified. You can get better coffee and service elsewhere.

Orders were wrong and not made to the description. The drinks didnt taste all that good either.

I would usually rate a five star because I love BigFoot Java the infused energy drinks are my favorite I usually get the two canned infused which is 32 oz but the employee working the night that I went was not paying any attention to anything that I was saying because she was in the middle of a conversation with somebody else and instead gave us small ones.

So I have not lived in Washington long and Bigfoot Java is new to me. I went to one in the Puyallup area a couple days ago and had a wonderful experience. This particular Bigfoot did not have a chocolate chip drink I wanted on the menu so I asked if it was still available and was told yes. After waiting for a minute or two I was told that they are out of chocolate chips, with zero apologies. They made no suggestions or no additional offers just asked what else Id want considering I already paid and tipped. I thought there was a caramel crunch type of drink but again I dont know the menu by heart. I ended up with a drink that taste just fine but was nowhere near what I wanted. I think the main complaint was that they just werent very friendly, apologetic, or accommodating about not getting what I wanted. And then they didnt even bother to offer me or ask for my rewards card to give me the points for the coffee purchase.

My drinks were chunky and I did not ask for frostbites. And my vanilla chai latte tasted more like oat milk than chai. I like oat milk but when I ask for a vanilla chai I want to taste it and not have chunks at the bottom of my coffee. I stopped at Bigfoot because it was on the way to my destination but I almost wish I would have gone out of my way to go to Gravity or Cafe Elite

Other than some of your original staff members who have been there since Ive started going to this location over six years ago, this location is a complete joke. The girls that work now dont even come to the window and acknowledge youre there. Apparently it is much more important to chat with friends instead of helping paying customers. This happened once again this evening Saturday October 25, 2014 around 6:45-7:00 pm. Another problem with this location is that every employee charges a different price for your coffee. I have stopped spending my hard earned money at your establishment and since gone else where. I may pop back through this specific location every once and awhile to see if it has gotten any better in the customer service department but still to this day, it has not and that is a real let down. Sad when you have great coffee but nobody wants it cause the service sucks. I think this location needs a little more supervision or perhaps some re-training on proper means of customer service since thats what this specific job is all about if Im not mistaken. Thanks for your time.

If I could do a negative 3 stars I would. I was in line at 1150pm and didnt get serviced till 1213am then it took her 61/2 minutes to make two coffees. Well actually one as the other one she pumped from a container that already had premade coffee. Not very good service time.

According to Megan they raised their prices but their menu doesnt reflect that. Way more expensive than Starbucks or any other local coffee shop. I used to come straight to BFJ from the airport when I would come home to visit but service with a bad attitude for an overly priced drink is too much.

Love BFJ! Open 24/7 365! On holidays I definitely tip double, sometimes triple! My coffee tastes the same regardless of which BigFoot Java I use.

This is the worst big foot java ever. I work less than 5 min away. I work a night shift. I have to be to work at 10pm. No matter if its 30 or 15 min before I have to be to work, they always say they cant take any orders till 10. Tonight I went by and it was, she couldnt take cards only cash. I have never had any of these issues I think any other big foot java.

Im usually super understanding when it comes to food or drinks taking a while since I used to work in the food service industry, but seriously today was enough. My husband and I waited patiently for 15 minutes and after even correcting the wrong order not once but twice, we just left (with the wrong things). I will not be returning even though I live a stone throw away.

There are only two places good enough to get coffee at. And Bigfoot Java is one of them. Cutters Point is the other.

I think its sort of okay. I would go there again but I experienced really dramatic differences in the same drink with different baristas.I like that they are 24 hours. I like the size of their drinks.I mostly go to chains because of consistent experiences when it comes to drinks and food. I was a little saddened when my drink was either too sweet, too bland, too weak. Went several times within two weeks. Couldnt get a consistent drink when I order the same thing every time....

The Carmel blended is the best! but all the blended drinks are good as well!:)

Very rude made me a 16 oz blended Mythical Mocha. When the gave it to me I took a sip and she told me owed $6.25. I was shocked I asked why so much she because they up the price and have to pay now. I asked if I could have the recite she said it was already gone and I need to go. Never will I go there again said because I love Bigfoot Java.

Longest wait ever and when we finally got to the window there was only one person working while the other talked and walked around and made her self a very large special drink even though there was a line of cars on both sides. I have never had to wait for coffee that long and it was not even that special. If that employee was on break she should have been in the back not walking around ignoring customers doing whatever she felt like doing. Very bad customer service!!!!

At approximately 2:52 pm on Wednesday the 5th of September I witnessed a blonde female employee wipe the bottom of both of her shoes with a wet rag, and then wipe the counter tops down with that same rag. That is not only a health code violation, but very disgusting. She needs to retake the food handlers course, but I won’t be back at this location! 🤮🤢

I was told big foot makes great coffee so I thought it try it. The coffee is good, but the service was terrible. The girls working were both rude and made it seem like making 2 drinks was a hassle. Never coming back.
