Great option for relaxing close to the Tacoma Dome.Came from out of town and wanted a convenient spot to study between games at the state high school basketball tournament (Im in grad school but couldnt miss watching my daughter play!). Coffee Buss was perfect. Not too far from the Dome, free parking, reasonably priced coffee, and a great opportunity to support a fantastic program.If you care about perfection, this may not be the place for you, as baristas and others are in training. But if you care about social justice and want to put your money where your mouth is this place is perfect. I highly recommend it!

Ok, sit down for this: a coffee place that gives out FREE COFFEE. I kid you not. If you want drip Starbucks coffee, its absolutely free. You still pay for the fancy drinks, the lattes and mochas and chai teas. But giving out free coffee? Unreal, and kudos to them - itll sure bring me back when Im in the area!

Best place to go when you need coffee or food and the people are alsome

A coffee shop run by trainees from the Goodwill barista training program. They use the same equipment, supplies and recipes as Starbucks, and many trainees are hired directly out of the program by them.
