This is a unique place. Cutters Point is exceptional in having the best pastries and more variety and the best great-tasting coffee better than other coffee chains that I have become accustomed to... Im sold on being were there new customers.The ambience of this place is wonderful with the fireplace going and the easy chairs around Feels Like Home Away From Home

Went to 2 different coffee shops that were both closed for some reason. Stopped here and I was welcomed in and they were super quick and friendly. Will definitely come back!

I wanted something other than Starbucks and Cutters did not disappoint! The baristas were very friendly and the breakfast burrito was delicious and filled me up. Price was also pretty good! And the coffee was really tasty. They have a nice bar with 6 seats where you can enjoy your coffee.

Ive been going on and off since theyve been there and every person they have in there are so nice. Its always clean. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot however the parking lot is small. Definitely try. It does have a drive thru and can only access it from orchard.

Cutters Point coffee is pretty good, but Id recommend checking out a different location. When me and my girlfriend went in, the patrons (there were around 10, a mix of state troopers and police officers) werent wearing masks or social distancing in any capacity. On its own, thats just a shame, but the employees were also not wearing masks, or any other alternative facial covering. Again, Im sure the actual coffee itself can be prepared decently, but that isnt worth risking a case because employees and patrons cant follow rules.

The ladies here call their regulars by name and give exceptional service with a friendly smile. It doesn’t come with the smug hipster vibe that a lot of coffee shops suffer from. The coffee is good, the ambience is nice, and the WiFi is solid.

Only the cashier wears a mask but not the barista or manager. Anyone in the drive thru will be getting items made by a person who is failing to follow health and safety protocol. Dangerous place to be getting coffee from, its not even that good either. Supporting other businesses who follow food health and safety is a better use of your money

Several employees were maskless with the exception of the cashier. The manager and the barista making the coffee were not wearing masks. Would not recommend supporting this business due to their lack of covid safety protocols

Super cozy atmosphere and great drinks! The first time I went in, they forgot my order and when I went up to see what was going on, they immediately acknowledged they had forgotten and gave me a coupon for a free drink on them next time. So considerate! A really cozy place where you can keep to yourself and get work done, or come to visit with friends and catch up. Great coffee shop!

Always friendly service and a great drink selection

Only the Cashier wore a mask while none of the employees involved with actually making the drinks were wearing their masks. If your frequent the drive thru you should probably be aware that they dont have your safety in mind.

This is my all time Favorite coffee brand. Way better than Starbucks, by a long shot. The food is delicious (breakfast bacon sandwich) is amazing. The coffee is brewed locally and it tastes fantastic. Customer service is great. Since I’ve been going there for many years they know me and know my drink to a tea. I just have to say my name at the intercom and they’ll have it ready.

One of my go-to coffee places in Tacoma. Very cozy and comfortable to sit inside, but they also have a drive through for convenience. The drinks are always spot on, and the seasonal menu changes regularly so its always fun to see whats new!

Great coffee, inviting decor, plenty of seating, cozy, neighborly baristas always ready to serve, even at the busiest times of day they never behave as though theyre being rushed or imposed upon, they set the atmosphere that a good coffee shop should have. Love this place... The people who work there are very nice, and I love their selection of morning treats. I would love to give five stars, but the last couple times Ive been in the coffee in their self-serve area has definitely not been hot. Buying a second cup of coffee elsewhere is getting frustrating!

Very disappointed. I ordered a iced mocha. The server made me a hot drink. Rather than remaking my coffee as an iced mocha, she poured my hot coffee over ice and reserved it.

I always go through the drive through here because they do such a quick, delicious job!! 😊 Espresso drinks made well and brewed coffee always brewed consistently, too. They have ample breakfast and lunch offerings that I havent tried yet, but look forward!

There is always space for me to do homework, so thats good. Most of the staff is really friendly and helpful, some not so much but maybe they just dont like me and treat me differently. They also have a great rewards system of buying 12 drinks and getting one free. Not sure how good that is, but Ill take it. Im not a coffee expert, therefore I will not review their coffee, but free refills on drip is important for a student like me, so thats a bonus. They always try to engage the community in one way or another. They take care of the place, as it is always nice and tidy. Parking is sometimes of a hassle though. Sometimes overcharge for the drinks. Had it happen on multiple occasions.

Been going here for 7yrs. All the ladies are friendly and professional...some with some fun sass. They’ll make any custom beverages. Foods great cinnamon rolls and burritos are killer.

I am a regular at Starbucks and I am used to a decent customer service experience. I expected the same here and was mildly disappointed. It could have been an off-day, I will give them another try.

Difficult to access drive through, coffee was OK, but the staff messed up the order despite it being repeated three times so it kind of ruined it all. Order was 2, 16 oz dark (specified after 1st incorrect repeat of order) iced mochas, no special requests. Recieved 2, 16 oz white mochas.

Extremely dissapointed with the service! Usually I go to the Kent/Des Moines Cutters Point by the Fred Meyers, and have always received the upmost and respectable customer service. They used to have something like a “secret menu” on the counter with about 30 drinks on it they could make, and they would make them all no questions asked! I went to this location in Tacoma since it’s closer to my house, and asked them to make a chocolate dipped strawberry frappe and they didn’t seem to know what it was. As I work in food service, had they said straight up that they had no idea how to make it, as I realize “secret menus” are, well, secret, I would have gladly picked something off the actual menu. No big deal! I like many things there. However they said they would try their best and I told them it’s only strawberry frappe and add mocha sauce or chocolate, and showed them the menu that had been one ar the Kent store, and even if it wasn’t exactly how the other Cutters makes it, I would be satisfied because the ingredients were simple and I know what it’s like to work in food service. As they were making it I heard them talking jokingly about how to possibly go about making it as if they found it amusing someone would order something off a “secret menu” and know how to make it! When they put my drink up and called it the “chocolate dipped strawberry frappe” it didn’t look to have any chocolate mixed in, and when I tried it...it was a plain strawberry smoothie. No coffee or chocolate! You know, I work food service, I would have been fine with having been told they don’t know how to make it, and I would have had no problem ordering something else as I’m not too choosy, but if I’m told you will try to make it, have a good attitude about making it, and don’t blatantly LIE TO MY FACE when you put the drink up and call it chocolate dipped ANYTHING frappe if there’s not one drop of chocolate or coffee in it! Just call it a strawberry smoothie then and call it what it is, or be honest about your inability to make it from the beginning! Never coming back to this store. I’ll drive to the Kent store 30-45 minutes from my house where they have pleasant attitudes, and are actually qualified to work there...so disappointed.

Nice coffee shop with friendly baristas and it was busy at the time of my visit 08:15. Its restroom ( they have two ) was clean. My wait time was non existent. Its wifi is great. I speed tested it at 49 mbps down and 12 mbps up. They do have outside seating to be used during warmer days. A nice coffee.

Its Sunday, its soooo slow, I drove around the stand to see if it was open- YAY ! it is!! Lady Katherine is inside cleaning! not reading or other activities not related to work. She was working--She is fresh and clean in appearance and a true Happy to serve me attitude!! The coffee- always good, but today particularly delicious! It does make a difference who makes and hands ME a cup of coffee!!Thank you CP coffee for hiring Lady Katherine!!Keep her! she is great!!I will be back today for another (hopefully she is working) good cup of coffee and a great Personality to serve me.Yes.
