Ok let me tell you about this stand....the lady working there was so freaking awesome and friendly and all of the things working in customer service requires. She made my drinks on point and our food was cooked perfect! She is super customer service oriented and really makes you feel like shes known you forever and this is the 1st time Ive been to this location in years but Ill be going back more when Im at that side of town!

Hidden gem of a coffee stand. Perfectly fine to take the whole family through. Coffee drinks, smoothies, teas, and Italian sodas plus treats and delicious bagel dogs. Staff is quick, friendly, and accurate. Relatively easy to get in and out safely.

I would give a thousand stars if I could. Stopped here on my way to the zoo which is almost 2 hours away from home. The girls were so bubbly and sweet. The coffee my husband got was delicious and I am now addicted to the mimosa menu with the house energy drink. We loved it so much that we stopped again on the way home lol. I need one opened in everett!!!!!

Ive been to alot of coffee shops and this one is the best. The customer service is amazing and all of their drinks are delicious.

The girls there are amazing. They spoil us. They shower our dogs with treats and pup-a-chinos. They memorize my boyfriend and Is detailed order. Always love when Macy and Shelby take care of us!

Horrible experience today I been coming to this place for years but today while the girl was making my smoothies she was licking her fingers. It made me gag and all she offered me was a new straws.

The drinks and food here is great almost every time I have visited. Unfortunately today I was given a noticably moldy bagel that smelled awful when I took it out of the package. Drink tastes amazing though!

Noticed they are not very vigilant with their masks. Only one of the three girls in the stand was wearing a mask properly the entire time I was there, the other two either didnt have their masks on or had them pulled down under their nose. The girl who made my drink did put her mask on, but then pulled it down entirely in the middle of making my drink. I was too tired to make a big stink at the time, but looking back it makes me super angry that they arent taking this seriously. I wont be going back any time soon, certainly not during covid.

Some of the worst coffee in Tacoma. Too many red bull drinks. Make sure you can make the basic coffee drinks. The coffee tasted like it was drip coffee for my cappacino. Yuck

I asked for coconut milk latte and they gave me cow milk latte and charged me for the coconut one. It’s just ridiculous how they could play with a customer’s order. I had severe muscle cramps and later realized that they deceived me. Shame on you people!

I have enjoyed the coffee and customer service for years, but was there today..no masks were being worn.Whether they believe it is necessary or not, its the law and i am quite disappointed 😞

This place is conveniently placed next to Fred Meyer. I ordered a caramel macchiato and it was okay. The drink wasn’t as hot as I’d liked and grew cold within the first 15 minutes of grocery shopping. Additionally, the first woman I encountered wasn’t the friendliest but the second was super nice and welcoming. I’d say this place is okay. Not my favorite coffee place in the area.

The staff here are awesome! We stop here once or twice a week. It is the only espresso stand in Tacoma that we patronize because of the way they abuse us and keep us on our toes😉. The coffee drinks are to die for and they add special flourishes to them to make us feel special. Another plus is that they are fast. Im talkin lightning fast. Dont waste your time anywhere else:go there and say hi to Alina and the rest of the crew.

Horrible customer service!!!!!! I recommend going in only the weekends.. The girls on the weekends are amazing! Very polite and respectful. I dont know what the owner was thinking when hiring alina.... I hope the owner gets a grib on their employees because as of today they lost about 500$ a month from me because of their choices with alina..

Great espresso, energy drinks and more. The morning ladies always greet you with a smile.My favorite is the mocha or the strawberry banana protein smoothy. Great way to start the day.

Friendly helpful employees! Told them Ive never been before and they kindly recommended a tea I would love! The Asiago bagel is to die for!

The staff is not only friendly they were actually having fun and joking around with one another. They were fast and able to make and take multiple orders at once. The price is one of the cheapest Ive paid for a 32 oz blended WITH a milk alternative. The only reason I gave 4 stars is becase my drink has a slightly odd flavor but I will go back and try again. The ladies in the morning are wonderful. Thanks for the before finals pick-me-up!

Great coffee on the go. Friendly staff. Be careful pulling in from 19th, the line only really accommodates 2 cars before you are blocking the other line. I recommend entering from Stevens and going behind the gas station.

I come here often and they never mess up, BUT this time I asked for a soy cappuccino, she handed me my drink and said latte, I thought she must have messed up her words but I trusted her. 20 minutes later I’m having severe cramps and bloating, then I realize she must’ve actually given me a cow milk latte. Thanks for the allergic reaction and not paying attention.

Great people and service. However, the coffee always tastes burnt. I think its the blend they use, not what they do to it. It has a bitter taste.

I liked the taste of their coffee until I noticed every time I buy coffee from them, they change the price. I purchased one of their reusable cups hoping this would help the discount my coffee. However, my coffee always winds up being.75-1.00 more expensive than LISTED on the board and that INCLUDES the discount Im supposedly getting from bringing my own cup. So I pay MORE than what is listed on the board even after a discount... which makes ZERO sense to me since I BROUGHT MY OWN EFFIN CUP.The girls who work there also decided to tell me they had gone out that weekend (including their manager who was in the stand at the time) and that they got into some coke and that it was so crazy.Normally, idc what my barista does with their spare time. However, I do care when I suspect that they are changing my coffee prices to pad their own coke pockets. I tried to be professional by emailing the company and never received a response. So here it is.

I can definitely tell its a micro-roastery. It has very good pricing and was very surprised by the quality, especially since most drive-thru places suck. Very rich in flavor and the espresso is perfect. Its much better than metronome or blue beard. Im guessing you are paying for the environment, but the quality of the coffee is the entire point of going to get coffee. Since everyone loves talking to the workers; yes the workers are nice.

Great coffee, caught them on a half price deal which was sweet. They forgot to takeback my signed recipt so I had to get out my car and bring it back. Otherwise they were really friends and a great experience.
