This foot locker is okay, they have good customer service but rarely ever have my size in shoes especially for common pairs like AF1-s but they store is great and I don’t have any complaints👍🏼

So they don’t answer the phone there... just let’s it ring ring ring don’t mind calling

They had the Nike SF AF-1 and it was only 50 dollars. Amazing, life saving, and affordable. Ive been hinting for these shoes and was not willing to shell out 200 for them. Thanks guys, you rock!

What should’ve been a quick transaction dragged out to be a long wait. Felt like we were a hassle to the employees, which was strange because it wasn’t that busy and we were amiable customers.

There is a serious lack of customer service, and management is not typical management that can make executive decisions. All I hear is I am the manager but I cant do that. I am a manager of a big chain and i am aware of what management can and cannot do for a customer, especially when the store is in the wrong.
