Personally, I havent had any issues with the store or the workers. But, I went into the Tacoma Mall for the first time in maybe a year, under the impression that the store was still open (as was indicated by Google), but it was nowhere to be found and was even removed from mall map listings. So Google, please try to update business conditions.

If I could I would give them 0 stars. They are the most disrespectful people who work there. Also bought some earrings from there and gave me the worst infection in all for of my piercings in my ear. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

My daughter bought a pair of heels for prom here, tried them on in the store and when they were put back in the box, a dust line got on a shoe from rubbing on the other shoe. So, 2 weeks later my daughter tries them on and they kill her feet. I go to exchange them and they refuse. They were not worn nor dirty, but still they refuse to honor their policy thats on the receipt.Bad business practices, and no customer service.

Cute store, employees act like they dont want to even be there. I have been in two of these now and both times I get a snotty teen girl on her phone, hiding behind the counter who gets annoyed when you ask them a question.

4 of us went to this store yesterday, 2 Adults, 1 14 yr old female and 1 10 year old female.Was very excited to find killer boots and 14 year old found a great deal on shoes.The service was horrible. I was about to leave w/out buying these boots as the first lady: ignored me when I said excuse me do you have these in, looked at me and walked away, second lady: decided after she got the boots not to bring them to counter, so third YES THIRD lady went and got them,she then decided to clean up the store on her way back to counter where I was waiting to buy the boots.We all were excited to check out the clothes and things you had there, but honestly decided to take our business else where.Customer service gets a big ZERO

Dont have clothes past XL unless itsfashion you dont want so i have ti choose between a shirt that will fit or a shirt that I actually like, when I asked the two clerks up front they looked at eachother smiling then when I walked away they laughed and snikered like it was funny well if they think its funny not to make a sale then jokes on them. Then because of their poor scanners my bag set off the alarms and both me and my husbands bags were checked. I feel violated as they digged through both of our bags I hope corperate or the manager can read this because Im never shopping there again. If I could NO STARS

The customer service was terrible, there was one lady who was extremely rude and would ignore us completely when we asked for shoes, than we got to the counter and asked her again for the shoes and she completely ignored us, we left our stuff but later one came back to ask to talk to the manager which she refused to let us get the managers info so we approached the lady in the back and she was so kind to us and helped us get all we wanted but still the girl working the counter was terrible !!
