Go see Rolando! He is very knowledgeable and his customer service skills are second to none. We were able to have all our questions answered and find the right plan for our family. He helped my mother set up and use her new iPhone. Rolando was very sincere and respectful throughout the entire process. Thank you Rolando!

Went in to get a new phone on my business account and was told because they did not have the phone that I wanted I could simply walk into the mall and get it from the apple store. After going there, waiting inline for what seems to be forever we were told they could not help me because I have a business account. So went back to the AT&T store and spoke to the same associate who said that she forgot that Apple store does not handle the business customers. So decided to order the phone through the store and wait to get it delivered. After several Errors on her system she Took our money and said that the order was completed and we were good to go.After receiving the confirmation email today we realize that she had ordered the wrong phone after all and now Im bouncing back and forth between the store where I purchased the phone and AT&T customer service. Store is telling me theres nothing they can do (how convenient) and customer service said I have to wait to receive it and then take it back(or send it back) and wait for the correct phone. I should not have to jump through so many hoops because an associate at the AT&T store is not as familiar with her job as she should be, this was a basic order for a new phone, not very complicated.

I came in today, Friday, April 2nd with a phone I had just purchased at a different store. The new phone I was attempting to activate was trying to verify my identity with 2 factor authentication. The new phone was sending a text to my old broken phone that I could no longer access. So I could not read this text.I spoke with Chris. Drawing on his experience and expertise, Chris was able to activate my new phone. During the whole process, he was professional and patient with me. I really appreciated his help.

I stopped in because my Apple Watch couldn’t connect to my AT&T cellular plan. Chris Williams was amazing. He listened to the back story and tried a few different options that didn’t work. He and the manager, Andrea, brainstormed options and Chris finally got the watch to connect. He wouldn’t let me leave the store until the watch could make and receive a phone call. BZ to Chris and to Andrea!

I want to give a good review but I just can’t. I added an extra line to my plan and somehow instead of the lowest cost line that I asked for I had all sorts of weirdness happened:1. One of my other lines had the plan changed.2. The new line had Next Up added, and multiple calls to both this store and corporate have either refused to remove it, told me they can’t remove it, told me that I have to wait 15 days to remove it, told me that my plan will be marked as unable to do any future trade-ins if I try to remove it, and other similar oddities preventing me from removing a feature I did NOT request.3. They have a voicemail but never return calls.I’m very concerned at this predatory style of adding costs to accounts and will not come back here and can no longer recommend AT&T until this is fixed.

This store has TERRIBLE managers. The sales member was great, Jalonie was helpful and knowledgeable. I just spent $900 on a phone. I went home only to find out that the phone no longer came with a charger. I drove back to the store and I asked why I wasnt told at the time of purchase as a customer service or just as a kind notice . The manager( she) literally said, thats not At&ts issue its a Samsung issue. Then she insulted me a second time by saying you cant expect something for free. I was shocked at how rude she was. I will continue to make sure I post to ALL social media about this horrible experience. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

I went to the store to add a line, 15 min before closing. I told the sales associate how I had been deceived in the pass by other associates. I asked questions and voiced concerns. The associate Rolo that helped me was patient and understanding. He helped me out and I didnt feel rushed at all. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Walked in at 11:00 am needing two phones upgraded. I was greeted immediately upon entering the shop and walked out in just over one hour w/ two new devices, one for me and one for my mom. During this time in-store my sales rep Morgan helped me choose the devices I wanted, transferred all the info between the old phones w/ the new ones, and added accessories for each. I’ve had nothing but excellent service during my 10 years w/ AT&T and always at this particular store, but this experience was exceptionally spectacular and quicker than I expected. I always appreciate excellent customer service because I work in the hospitality field myself and AT&T has always come through w/ their well-trained and efficient staff.

I was not getting text messages from friends and family that had Verizon as their carrier. I went into the AT&T location at the Tacoma mall and they were awesome! Renard was sooo helpful and worked through the problem until he got it figured out. Come to find out it was a SIM card issue.Thanks to Renard at AT&T my phone works like normal again!!

Good Customer Service...HOWEVER...My brother is on my plan and when his iPhone 5s finally died it was time to get a new one. Went to the AT&T Store and dealt with Kevin. The first thing we needed was the new phone...no problem. Kevin was helpful and polite and soon my brother had a new iPhone X. Now the problem. 1. I asked Kevin about possibly separating the account to where I was on my own and my brother was on his own (we had talked about getting separate accounts but it just seemed easier to keep it as one currently) Before I could even get my question out completely, Keven stopped me and said No!. Didnt bother to look into my account or check to see if a cheaper/better solution was available. While Kevin Im sure is quite knowledgeable on the AT&T plans, if a customer is requesting something pertaining to his/her account then the service rep should at the very least look into with the customer. 2. A couple of days later, I went online to check my account out and noticed that the new phone my brother got also had insurance added to it. After verifying with my brother who confirmed that he did not ask for insurance, I had it removed. Seems either Kevin just added the insurance without saying anything or AT&T just automatically adds it...either way it was shady. I even went over my billing with Kevin to make sure I knew how much my plan would increase with the new phone and nothing ever was said about insurance being added.Overall the service and customer care was fine but its the used car salesmen tactics of adding insurance without telling and not bothering to look up things on your account for a cheaper/better option that might suit you better that bothers me.

The customers service was unfortunately poor. I would have walked out but this was the only location that had the 512G phone. Ill never go back to this location AGAIN. I know this complaint wont do anything and this will not change anything after this. But someone coming in pretty much throwing money at you should be treated with a little more importance. I felt like I was a burden on the sales man. He put the case on and pretty much threw the phone at me and just let me figure it out. I had to call Apple later that evening for help cause the salesman didnt help me. I regret giving my money to this store.

Avoid a light skin guy with a white beard if you go into the store here. He will scam you to make an extra $ ...he quoted me and my girlfriend $150 a month for 2 iPhone 11’s and we got our bill and it was $350 for 3 phones and he made separate contracts for each phone (so 3 phones 3 contracts) and we only wanted 2 phones one contract. Luckily we were able to catch this before the billing cycle and fix it through at&t customer service.

They are not professional! Their welcome lady asked us what kind of service we needed and checked us in. After 30 minutes waiting time, another guy came and told us that they are actually can not provide the service we needed, and we will need to make a phone call by ourselves. I just wanna say, they should let us know immediately whether they can serve or not at the beginning instead of let us just wait there for nothing. The welcome lady should have known what their store can do for their customers. AT&T, please train your employees!

They keep sending back to their phone number and their customer service keeps sending me back to them to fix a bill for my son who is incapacitated at the time I have power of attorney and all they do is continue to play games I am sick and tired of this store and AT&t has a whole. I will never have AT&t as a service and my son will never have it again either are horrible at customer service and helping the person who needs it they just walk them out the door and say call this number

Walked in and was greeted by a lady that said she’d be right with us then disappeared never to return. Saturday afternoon at which is prolly the busiest time and only one person working while 6 pairs of people wait around. And the one worker kept disappearing into the back room so not a single worker on the floor for 5-10 minutes at a time.

I was helped in the AT&T store by a guy named Ben. I was in a bind with a broken cellphone in contract with Verizon. Ben helped me find a new plan with AT&T and I left the store with my new phone in hand (plus a free tablet). Ben was very clear about what to expect on my first bill and those following, and he did his utmost to get me the best deal possible.So far, Im happy with AT&T... this particular store already feels like home.Thank you Ben :)

I have loved AT&T for years but got some terrible customer service from Jelani. After seeing him shew a lady away that asked him to show her a feature on her phone, he just kept telling me how important it is for him to meet his sales quota and how some of his time is wasted because he opens 30 mins before the store does. He then referred me to 611# even though they said I needed to go in store but he refused to give me service (probably because I wasn’t buying anything). Went to another location and got helped right away! I get sales and quotas are important but you aren’t going to get them without customer service!

I would definitely give this location a zero, my wife and I had terrible experience with AT&T, after shopping for our galaxy phone at this location, they gave us a expected bills that s fit our budget. but after 4 days check our account online, our bills twice double our expected monthly bill, so we return our phone back havent use yet, they charged us $ 250 for restocking fee. and told us thats it. after few days got a bill from the mail saying I still own them $136, and threatening me if i will not pay it immediately it will effect my score. so end up with $300 something dollars, that I have to break my back to earn it. my advice try another carrier.

Cindy was amazing. We went in to upgrade phones. Got set up with an iPhone 6s Plus, and my husband with a galaxy s7 edge. She was patient with us, as we brought our 3 year old who hadnt had a nap yet today. Very knowledgeable. Great customer service. Was not pushy when we declined certain add ons. AND, found a way to get more data, direct tv for $100 less on our bill. Thank you Cindy!

Misrepresented a tablet as being included “free“ with the purchase of a new iphone. the sales person “Tiare” involved the store manager during the invoicing of my purchase, and they still ripped me off. Did not realize I was paying $10 a month for the “free“ tablet until I received the first bill. Went back to the store and they said, “there’s nothing [they] could do.” isn’t that illegal? this particular AT&T store is managed and operated by dishonest people. I’ll never go back. If I could give this AT&T location a zero or negative review, then I would.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! This location did some real shady things to me. They pulled my credit without my authorization or knowledge. I advise all customers that check your credit report if you see DirectTv HARD PULLS on your credit and arent aware of it, well its from AT&T. I have contacted management and AT&T they still have not resolved the issue. Not good customer service. As a customer of 10 plus years, AT&T has lost me as a customer!
